think my average this year for 2025 was at least 10 hours overtime for a good 45-50 weeks of 2025 cause dont cha know most folks think where i live a full time job is beneath them? idk went through about 25 people that year for many diff reasons but those said reasons all spawn from the same thing......."a sense of entitlement for being unemployed" Its either showing up to work to slowly sip liquor.....have a scratch ticket addiction.....have a thieving addiction. Or be an able bodied man who has kids that enrolls in a welfare program that has them go to an employer to work for a "set amount of time" to appease welfare criteria only to IMMEDIATELY quit as soon as that time frame is hit. Claiming being on welfare is their "livelihood" and being employed is for suckers lmaop. So if the overtime coming back in taxes rings true i should be close to the cap and able to upgrade a few things. Maybe find a line with ONYCD i can pollinate to keep in my boxes. Chem dbl d is great from JJ...........the doggystyle he sells is really good. I should try the piff/hazes and his jj haze too!

I am an old roofer. Used to do 50-hour weeks whenever possible. Now we stick to 40.
People of all ages just don't want to work anymore.
My job is far from glamorous but pays well.
Ask someone if they want to roof and they all say no way.
Ask them if they would like to make my annual salary and they all hate me~!
I have never told anyone I know outside of work that they should be a roofer.
I don't think many of my friends really could eat shit like I do and would lose their shit in under 1 month anytime of the year.
It's a marathon not a sprint.

Know clove hitch knot before i had hair down there.........Family did slate roofs here and they still stand strong multiple decades later. Makes me kinda nauseous that what you say is so pervasive.

There's a lot of stipulations on this. The first being that you're not eligible if you make over 100k. Second, you still pay taxes on the regular time side of the OT so only the .5 is exempt. Third, there's a cap at like 10 or 15k worth of deductible OT wages.

It may be my seat in the middle of the bus but it does not look good out my window.
People expect to make bank just sitting home.
NYS is $860 a week for unemployment [ union guys get a supplement putting them over 1k a week], yet I will work all winter.
Not sure if it is integrity or stupidity at this point but there is work every week.

When i learned, i learned from a family here the bilados, they taught me well. What you say rings true because ive seen quite the scuffles on jobsites between contractors, Most recently seeing alot of buildings that went up way too quickly LITERALLY falling apart less then 5 yrs old. Its like ringing in my head "we cant find good workers in america" and im sad by this........i grew up watching detroit auto manufact and the like so seeing the way things are now coast to coast renst space in my head and it kinda hurts to be honest

The only good thing i see in this is ....someone with multiple years of exp is still offering help to customers (instead of a flake who break more then fix) and your being active which will help you stay healthy in the long run. things i was told by my elders 20 plus yrs ago ...im living in it now.......wush they were here so we could shoot he shit and i could get their feedback lmaop

I am spinning with this second long holiday week and having so many days off.
I hate to say I enjoy work, not even sure it is true but I do choose to go and I am not looking for another job.
Being outdoors everyday has to be good for you. I have not been sick in decades and have not seen a Dr. in over 20 years. My last contact with their type was my physical at 40yo demanded by others~! :ROFLMAO:
What shame they said I was all good without any of their help~!
If it was just good genes I would think I should be smarter also~!

Our HR department had to have a whole hour long staff meeting to explain to hourly employees that tax break was not as advertised and how it really worked.
It was like kids getting lumps of coal for Xmas after. Sure they got tax breaks but it was around a $20 increase in monthly pay but not the couple hundy they had hoped for.

That's crazy. 900 a WEEK from unemployment?

I don't claim unemployment, or couldn't even if I wanted to.

I want to work, but reasonably, not break my body for 60 years for 10-15/hr.
20-40 makes me happy/comfortable but without serving, I have no skill or credentials....fucked my self there.

I'd come do roofing with ya for a little bit, well, if it paid me a salary I can provide, I'd probably stay.

I'm keeping an eye out for apprenticeships.

ive been experimenting with grams of dispo weed that ive never tried before like cap junky and boof for example. IDk what boof and super boof come from lineage wise but i enjoy that one. Had a grape GMO that was tasty. IDK where it went bu the dirty taxi they had available was pretty good as well. In my experience rarely do the best quality growers provide to dispos..........Can only imagine what those lines would be like with caring hands growing them

JJ said get back to him in a couple weeks for the ONYCD line he is releasing so ill save cash aside for that once its avail........Can you guys suggest a serious potent line i could try that is for high tolerance folks?
