Great Lakes Genetics Extremely Bad Customer Service -Stay Away 🙏

I ordered a few packs from Great Lakes Genetics. And my 2 orders got lost in the mail. I sent them 4 different emails over the course of 8 days. And no response. I made a thread on another forum to let others know and later that same day GLG sent me a message.(Isn't that a nice coincidence)
But still no new tracking number or updates.
So do yourself a favor and use a different seedbank. One that has better logistics because Great Lakes Genetics has horrible shipping. Idk maybe it's their local USPS warehouse but it still affects everything they send.

I had a recent order made to GLG and everything went as well as it could.
USPS can get wonky. Maybe 1 in 5 of my outbound or inbound packages take some sort of unexpected detour adding anywhere from 1-2 weeks extra travel time
