But it's the original Maverick made in California before Mav sold out and all their glass got outsourced to China.
The difference in quality is very noticeable.
Most people believe everything is coming from China now but with the vintage pieces (this one is a 19 year old bong) you can tell if it an OG by looking at the back and seeing the made in California stamp

But I'm guessing you're more interested in that cooling chamber filled with glycerin huh?
It's a gimmick brother. It looks cool and that's it.
Yes it's cold or cooler than without and it does add travel distance to the smoke which probably cools it more that the pig tail tube but hey...It looks cool and is fun to use. Worthy of adding to any collection IMO and hits great.
You freeze it before using so your bong will be cold AF trying to hold it lol.
TBH, when I use that Mav rig I don't even freeze it anymore and can't remember the last time I did freeze it.

The strange thing in all this...I think hot water may be more soothing to the lungs than iced bongs. Just sayin'!!! 🤣

Yeah that's what I was wondering about, if it was gimmickecsca....
I smoke alot threw the day little bit here ,a bit there...
Don't really have alot of sit sessions, figure if it did what it says I might make time to sit a little more....awh well probably just break it anyways......

Warm water...first time I've heard that, make sense, if you think about it...

They thaw out in about 5 minutes at room temp and even faster if you burn a big bowl. The cooling is effective for a hit or two and that's it.
Being frozen and then thawing, they'll sweat water where it sits too so you need a coaster lol.

A large straight tube filled with ice is better and longer lasting. The finer the ice is crushed, the better and any length of distance you can put between the bowl and your mouth is gonna cool and make the hit better as well.
I'd say you pipe hit is like punch to the face hard hit while an ice bong is like an avalanche coming down on top of you.
Warm water is different but yeah it's strangely soothing more so than ice. Like the warmth moisturizes the smoke or something. It's nice.
I've also tried different juices and flavored water but can never get the flavor to get into the smoke and just dirties up my bong with sticky juice grime

I.ve done the warm water and flavored juices at Bandits suggestion.
I would have never thought of it.
Both are very pleasing.
Frozen bong like deep breath out the freezing cold. Some love it some weeze.
Warm water is a deep breath on a summer day~!
I like grape juice with grape buds~!

Hahaha yeah they tried selling me a clean solution kit thingamajigger....as I checked out....
Gonna wait till it gets here, see how weak it is, I don't know if I can use acetone on this or not, we'll find out..

there are quite a few people online that seem to like the warm water, i know when i clean mine i always leave the hot water in for that first rip or two. same as he cold for me though, just doesn't last long enough.

If it’s a PITA to clean I pass. Looks cool, probably hits well, but to much trouble to look after.

Son uses his GRAV bong almost exclusively. He’s just been filling it with fresh snow these past few days. I’ll stick with the vape until March I think. 🤔

If you mean Gordido it’s okay. I use it as the mood hits. I think @Bandit420 uses his often.

It can be a pain to clean if you don’t do it right away. Now that I have a ultrasonic cleaner it’s better but still a chore. Most things I have can be cleaned in minutes with just hot running water and/or alcohol wipes.

I'm just happy because both teams have Longhorns on the rosters and we'll use that in recruiting as an edge. Just one little thing we can say to the next guy up...wanna be a Super Bowl champ? It starts here! A lot of teams cannot tell an 18 year old kid that so any little thing we can use as advantage, we use it.
Super Bowl also starts the oven on Daytona!!!! So when I'm making the guacamole for the big game, I start smelling burning rubber and high octane fuel

We have a thing here where if you do something stupid, you could lose your job or spot on the team.
Earlier this year we gave up a 4th & 19. I was surprised we didn't fire a coach after the game. We won the game so I guess they let it pass.
No, they didn't. That defensive coach was fired the day after the regular season ended.
Basically at Texas, giving up a 4th and 19 will get you fired. Other things like blowing a huge lead, being unprepared will also force an immediate firing. You embarrass the program in any way like that on the field, you're gone.
If #27 is still on your roster next season, I'd be very surprised. Here, he'd be cut the minute the super bowl was over
