bad experience

I ordered a few packs from Great Lakes Genetics. And my 2 orders got lost in the mail. I sent them 4 different emails over the course of 8 days. And no response. I made a thread on another forum to let others know and later that same day GLG sent me a message.(Isn't that a nice coincidence) But...
