Well it's that time of year again!
Seems like every online head shop has sent me a sale notice. Nugsmasher too.

But I'm looking for fans and figured this would be the week to buy. The little guys, 6"-8", clamp or pole mount, oscillating would be nice but not required. I need at least four.
Anybody seeing any quality fans on sale?

Ac are 39 and change. Iam looking at 4 as well. Been using the monkeys for years but thought I would give the ac a try

The Cloudray S6 are on sale, 20% off at Amazon and Walmart. $39 each down from $49 each

Another option closer to the disposable fan category but a really good deal on fans with good reviews...a 6 pack of fans for only $25

do you mean these.........look at my discount........only $83.94....+ 15% tax on top....what a deal......not for me!1689083232007.png

With most of these fans the grills prevent them from giving a good flow of air on low speeds so I cut every second rib out to give me more airflow.....High speed seems too fast and low there was little air moving...remove a few ribs and alls good

You in Canada or something? Somebody needs a swift kick to the groin over that pricing.
I ordered four ACI fans and still felt I over paid but almost $84 for a single six inch fan is absurd. Most I ever paid before today was $30 for a 6" Pelonis which did oscillate and was one of the only fans in that size at the time with that feature. I'll pay $20 for an Airking because they last but everything else in 6" class is pretty much disposable, worth maybe $5/fan, and hope to get one year out of it.
Hopefully the ACI fans are not in the disposable class and I get at least 2-3 years out of them

These are dope power strips. I actually use these with my tent as a light timer. You can also hook up a humidifier and dehumidifier through it and set parameters to where when one kicks on the other kicks off. Pretty neat little power strip. Ordering another 6 outlet one today for my second tent. They've definitely went up since last December when I ordered the 6 outlet I got now.

'Nova Bloom 42% off. All GH stuff is on sale anywhere from 5%-50% off and a 10'x30' 2 pack of SCROG trellis net can be had for only $11

That's pretty cool!! Going to have to put that one on my prospectives list for when I revamp on this next run.

Seems like fans are the item most are looking for. I was thinking of picking up an ACI fan to go with the ACI controller I have but decided I don't really need a controllable fan like that. I've been using Honeywell Turbo Force fans and I like how sturdy they are. Not that bad to clean either. I'll probably go with the same model fan but with the oscillator function and hang that from the ceiling while using the stationary model for my undercanopy air movement but that S6 pricing is tempting!

Hell yea just swooped up some calimagic to go with the gh trio...

You recommend the nova bloom? Any opinions on how well GH nutes work in soil? I used it on my last grow at the beginning but switched to gaia green because I thought it was frying my microbes and I also got a little tired of mixing nutes. Mainly just curious as to the thoughts on how it works in soil, I know it works good in hydro

I just grabbed the cal mag bc I feel like I had a bit of a mag deficiency....should I just cancel the calmag and use epsom salt if this occurs again?

I liked Nova for it being a one part all in one mix and it played nice with my tap water without swinging pH like a pendulum every day.
I've seen it do very well in soil too but I used it in ebb and flow and NFT hydro applications with bare root, coco, or hydroton mediums.

It's a bit on the sludgy side so it needs to be mixed very well. It will also stain plastics & roots and can clog drip lines so it's not as clean as many other lines but that's what you kinda get working with semi-organic nutes like Nova.
Only real issue is stained roots can often be mistaken for root rot because it almost looks the same without the rotting odor and necrosis in later stage root rot cases.

I'm a lazy ass so I like that it's all in one no muss no fuss.

It is true that it could cause problems in drip lines but I would imagine a drip cleaner could keep that issue at bay.

That sale has been on for at least several weeks. I bought one at that price at least a month ago.

I haven't had that problem. These are 10-speed fans, and I've found that slower speeds are best for a smaller tent. I haven't found any other clip or pole fans that run at slow speeds.

Inkbird Co2 monitor is 35% off
I have one of those. I got it for writing a review. It's interesting to watch the CO2 levels. The WiFi is temperamental.

I use Alexa smart plugs for my lights and a few other devices for my tents. These six addressable outlets would be helpful because the smart plugs are large and tend to cover up other outlets.

I own a 6 outlet and a 4 outlet currently. Would be superb if they could communicate with other power strips (if the 6 could sync with the 4). Anything with parameters set (if plug 2 is on then plug 3 shuts off for example) has to be all on the same strip.

But boy once they can communicate in the future I'd suppose they'll be perfect

I get 90% of my fans & equipment for$4.99 - 30% seniors discount. We shop at a Value Village store here... a walmart sized used clothes and shit...my stuff is around the outside edges. From humidifiers, fans, power bars, lights, pots....you name it....I can test drive the stuff to see if it function as it should and a lot I think comes from the dead.....lol.....grannies & granpa's and relatives just get rid of the stuff and they've been given as gifts. The things I buy look brand new and small fans I can clean if they run well.....
