Hi, my plant started looking very sick and I don't know why! The soil is still somewhat moist, I am using 18/6 light 250W HPS

I’d guess the OP cooked it with that HPSLooks like it molded and died
I missed the 250w hps comment. Those things crank out some heat for sure.I’d guess the OP cooked it with that HPS
Chop n toss, no saving that one.
Yellow browning leaves is your warning sign, when it travels up to the buds she's toast. Basically if anything on the bud is looking orange/brown and it isn't a hair(pistil) it's probably mold/rotI didn't check it for only 2 days, could've O saved it othervise? How do I tell if it's starting to mold for the next time?
The more I look at it the less it looks molded and the more it looks like it dried out and got cooked by a 250w HPS.I didn't check it for only 2 days, could've O saved it othervise? How do I tell if it's starting to mold for the next time?
Hey, I think you had more issues than just a few days that you didn't check on her.....Shes done man, no recovery from that I'm afraid to say. Start again with a new seed or 2 and we can help you grow something you'll want to smoke.I didn't check it for only 2 days, could've O saved it othervise? How do I tell if it's starting to mold for the next time?
Might agree but need more info. He's only running a 250 wtI’d guess the OP cooked it with that HPS
Pretty small tent by looks of it.Might agree but need more info. He's only running a 250 wt
0.6x0.6mThe more I look at it the less it looks molded and the more it looks like it dried out and got cooked by a 250w HPS.
What size tent is this in?
x1.5m tall0.6x0.6m
Yeah, you fried it with the light would be my guess.x1.5m tall
Didn't even consider overfedA little calmag oughta fix her right upJ/K
18/6 and it has/had flowers? Must be an autoflower I suppose.
Looks like you nuked her with nutes IMO. What's the runoff ppm like 5,000,000,000? Anything over 1800 will burn it up in soil and ideally you want it in the lower hundreds.
Soils still wet means she wanted nothing to do with uptaking anything in it. If it was just heat, she woulda sucked it up dry trying to stay hydrated.
Curled upward tips and twisting leaves are the sign of the burn in progress but when necrosis sets in there's no saving it and this can happen very fast. From burn to death can happen anywhere from 24-72 hours. The hotter the nutes, the faster the nuking and you went full on Hiroshima from the looks of it.
Kinda hard when there is nothing left but smoldering remains, lolDidn't even consider overfed![]()
I didn’t see that other plant. Excellent observation. The plant in the background looks OK. Maybe this was root rot?
Plants usually don't go from alive and OK to dead in two days. Did you just add something to it before the disaster?
