How long can they stay cold?

I’ve got some of these ‘79 Florida skunk growing out here in the greenhouse. Well apparently these take twelve weeks! We are already getting freezing nights. This week it will be between 30* and 42* at night with highs in the fifties. If I have to take these twelve weeks it would put them done at November 21st. Three more weeks. I’m out of propane for the heater so I’m at the mercy of the thermometer. I guess my question is how long can these take cold nights or freezing nights? I’ve never taken anything past Halloween in the greenhouse.
