Thinking of replacing my oldest lights.
I need 2 to fit my space.
No complaints with what I have but think maybe a new light could be better.

This is the light I have[ my first light years ago].
Mars TSL 2000; 300 watt.

AC Infinity IONFRAME evo3; 280 watts.

Leaning towards the ACI

Hey for a 2x4 the Mars FC4000-EVO 320w is outstanding for price and coverage, They just had a $30 coupon on Amzon for them. They were out of stock online. Amzon beat their price by $40....but off amzon I pay tax, off their website I don't. Amzon ended up $10 more aft tax. I bought another to replace 2 - Spiderfarmer SE3000 300w each

Id go aci. Everything I have from them im happy with, and I hear great things about their lights.
A good name for sure. I double down on the FC4000 after watching a Ytube vid from the migrow guy comparing a bunch of 2x4 lights against his and the mars was at the top for coverage and price, I'll see if I can find it

Not on this comp and even searching YT I can't find his review for 2025 on it...I'm on a hunt on my other comp later.....A lot of reviews to look at.

The Mars EVO and ACI EVO lights are exactly the same. They're both from the same assembly line of parts but get different boxes and brands. The SF EVO light is also the same and comes from the same factory but configured slightly different to make it look like it stands alone but it's the same thing under the hood.
Basically, any light with EVO in it's name is gonna be the same thing as the next same size light with EVO in it's name and that's because they're all using the same Samsung tech under the hood.
When all three are the same, then I suppose it just comes down to price, warranty, and customer service.
They're all an upgrade over the Mars TSL2000 as well

Samsung has also gotten out of the horticulture game so the EVO diodes are likely the last of what Samsung will offer. IDK If that means no new models coming and development has stopped or they'll still make EVO for companies like ACI, SF, & Mars to build new lights.
The Samsung EVO are top shelf. Not quite there with Osram but very close and so close some strains and some growers would not see a difference when comparing the two.
The discontinuation of EVO may leave a void for another so in the coming 2-4 years or so we may see a reset button on LED with a new wave of tech hitting the market.

The one constant though, never pay retail sticker price on a light. There's always a sale or a code. Some as little as 10% and as much as 30%. Just never pay sticker price
