Is there a lawyer in the group here?

Correct me if I am wrong, but a coupon by the business is considered a contract. It can be retracted but those of us who had a valid purchase "could" hold Vivosun legally liable for cancelling those valid orders.

Now, I'm not going to do anything myself other than not shop there anymore. I would have been "okay" with the email explaining the glitch like we got and the cancellations (as long as we get our money refunded - none of which has yet been returned to me). I'm not okay with being called a thief because I wanted to get in on the deal. It was their error, not mine. Shame on Vivosun for such a nasty response. They have lost my business going forward.
