Bandit on a Safari and I'm Hunting Unicorns

Might have pics of it around here in a file but yeah the NASA space center down in Houston is awesome!
I did the shuttle simulator too and burned that fucker up on reentry every time.
Got to see all the famous rockets from the space program going back decades and have a selfie standing next to a space shuttle engine.
That's probably my favorite museum deal in all of Texas. And the town it's in, Kemah, is super fun.
It's a Houston suburb so that's why NASA is considered to be in Houston but Kemah is pretty much like Texas' version of Coney Island in NYC.
In fact the funny coincidence is we're likely headed down there to spend a day or two this Summer. North of Kemah in another suburb is Conroe and every Saturday night they have dirt racing so we'll try to a do a little space, racing, and foodie adventure down there in several weeks.
WE stayed right across the street to the south in a small hotel/bar, a famous franchise I can't remember the name of. We had a blast everyone loved our accent....we thought that's funny cause you are the ones with accents....lol...we'd have fun trying to mimic each others speak...lol

We flew to Houston, rental car, Space Center, Galviston, New Orleans, Orlando, Miami, home. a 2 week Spring break 88-89 ish

When I was cleaning up my steeltainers because I forgot to order more groves, one container was still full and labeled "More Cowbell"
How long has it been since we grew that??!!

more cowbell?!?! man gotta be around nine years ago according to youtube.. i remember shooting this video for you one sunday afternoon before you even followed these clowns!!!! hahaha

The new sonic cleaner has none of that fancy stuff man. Even a drain valve would be nice but it's bare bones.
It gets warm and buzzes. 🤣
IDK what sort of weird Chinese gobboldygook deal there is on the temp display. I'm pretty sure it's not 3000*F and more like around 90 but it does a great job.
I do one of two things with the iso...Use it until it's so brown and gross I dump it down the toilet or actually try to strain it thru a coffee filter and reclaim it. That just depends on what I've cleaned and how dirty the iso gets.
Overall, I'd say 1 quart of iso gives me a month worth of cleaning.
I'm also using 70% iso I buy in bulk at Costco. I'm not sure but I don't think it's very flammable at all so I don't worry about fumes or anything.

thats pretty much how i do it.. leave it in there till it's pretty gross. it takes a while, i only really clean my atomizer and dip tips..then i put it in a jar of clean iso right after i take them out of the sonic cleaner.. but man i wish mine had a drain too, or even a spout would make it nice.. always made a mess so i started using a giant syringe..

i don't even know why they would make something like this?!/! but i got one!!!!!

I'm still super late on veggies but I think there's still time to get some peppers and melons going. Maybe some squash too.
Will drop seeds for that today and also drop the freakshow.

oh wow you're starting the freakshow already!!! sweet man!!! my seeds are almost here.. sitting in jersey city right now!!!

Have another idea about the VG I think you'll like. Gonna test it out today. I want to see if I can use newspaper. Either completely replace the paper towel or a single layer over the paper towel.
I want to see how well it wicks up water. If it can wick then it can replace paper towel but if it don't wick too well then just use it as a surface layer over the paper towel.
I'm doing this to slicken up the channel. You were saying when they fishbone they can grab the paper so I'm thinking newsprint would possibly fix that. Newsprint works great for making paper pots, biodegradable, plant friendly...Just makes sense.
I can't fix user error when it comes to that thing but I can address some things and figure them out. Grabby roots is one I think I can cure with a little thought and innovation.

man it's more than just the fishbones the actual tap root sometimes grows through the towel on me!! so i'm not sure if this was intentional or not but when you sent me your controller you wrapped it in paper towels for protection.. i noticed they weren't like the bounty towels i use so i saved em... then i forgot to tell you that one of the seeds i started recently i used your towel instead... fucker grew right through the middle!!! hahaha i've just learned to slide them out carefully!! maybe newspaper would help me. i'll try it!!

eah I grabbed up my all star points! No fantasy points this week though. Fuckers.
I need to hit big on the pwerball. Like a fatty 500 or something would be nice.

it was nice to ge the 10x streak along with the check in today!!! at least i sure hope you got your 10x!!! i scored like 165 points today i think.

That's a real good idea there!
What about decarbing and processing it into a sauce or cooking oil?
I also like the idea of handing it off to a commercial extractor then using that distillate for edibles.

i think i'm just gonna decarb it all and portion it out and vac seal it on pouches and leave it in it's rawest form so i can make anything with it. a long time ago i made a huge batch of coconut oil and was so sick of it by the time i was half way through i ended up just giving it away!

i'll leave it in material form and freeze it, then i can just pull out a pouch and throw it in the magical butter machine or something and make a small batch of oil or whatever whenever i want...

i was planning on decarbing most of what i have.. i'll just mix it all together.

You know this post was supposed to be done last night but I went down a rabbit hole looking at tea for two hours thanks to you.
I'm gonna order some of those fruit teas for Summer.
That's all I drink is tea, hot or cold. Well bottled spring water too.
Cold, I mix with fruit juice or hibiscus fresca juice and warm just honey and lemon.
Their fruit flavors are super unique and tantalizing to me. Plus I have my mint plant taking off ready to garnish some tall glasses of iced tea!

i bought that sampler too man, just got it today, econo shipping was next day fedex for me!!! ships right from NJ about 25 minutes down the road!! now i know when i buy coffee if i pay the shipping i'll get it way quicker than the free service that goes through three shippers to get to me. plus fedex brings it right to my door. probably the coolest fedex driver i ever met to boot!! we chatted for a while, even gave fist bumps a few times!!! hehe

i was working for texas instruments in sugarland, i stayed right across the street in a dive hotel next to a walmart.. thee most disgusting walmart i've ever been to in my life!!!!!!!! i'm not sure what it's like now but 15-20 years ago that town was the nastiest place i ever visited.. and i've been a lot of places, takes a lot for me to say it was the worst!!!! wasn't just one trip either.. when ever TI houston came up on the schedule we all made a sound like ewwww...

That sounds like an awesome road trip!
Any good food experience in New Orleans or those crazy Cajuns make you nervous with all the spicy pepper they use?

One of these days I'll make it Miami and further south thru the Keys.
The Gulf Coast region is by far my fave in the USA. Gulf waters are always warm, no snow, and the food is always great.

I think the biggest news here is my man Stoney here damn had himself a mullet!!! 🤣
You can see the Raider fan in ya from way back then! 😋
Very ez to believe you found the worst walmart ever down there. El Pasop would be one to say hold my beer one that one but yeah Houston is very much like NYC in a way. Like the Southern version of NYC. Lots of awesome but you'll also see the worst of the worst there.

Man I haven't seen a syringe that big since I worked with cattle & horses in my youth. Yeah that thing there is for large livestock buddy!

Yep got all my points on the weekend. Sitting at 4889 thanks to that 10x boost this morning.
Was hoping there would be two check-ins for the open and and main last night. I checked during qualifying but didn't see a box. I hope there wasn't one for the heats because I missed it if there were.

I ended up not getting my seeds dropped. Just got thrown off by other projects and work.
The good news is my work had this big donor party in the stadium and I snuck into a $2500/seat party with Lynyrd Skynyrd. Sat behind the stage and watched with the roadies and just acted like I belong there. Couple people asked and I just said "I work here" and held up my lanyard with my proxy access ID. A few coaches saw me and just grinned. They knew what I was up to hahaha.
I mean fuck man...They'd been setting up the stage and party all week and I had been walking thru it because I damn near park on the field. So I just did my thing and pulled it off!
Band was good. Not $2500 good but free, very good. I think only one original member is still there, maybe 2 IDK.
6 weeks off on vacation has been secured too. 51 years old still living like a kid with these Summer vacations only now I get paid to be off hahahaha!!!

Pretty tired from it all yesterday so we ordered in some TexMex vegan enchiladas and settled in for the all star race.
Maybe today I'll get to all my planting and also start work on my cowboy pool if the Amazon driver shows up early enough.

Hey, Yes I've liked road trips and when going south from Tallahassee we zigzagged through some gorgeous area's I can't find on google maps after trying, I just drove south had all day to make it to Orlando and we just roamed map and compass in hand... We Flew to Orlando one time went to some Disney thing with the Big Globe out front.

Then drove down past that big Okee???? lake and man it got dark down there I mean dark dark where were were the only white folk anywhere to be seen dark. low slung old 2 story motels old run down homes hanging moss on the trees, chicken joints and folks out with BBQ's in the rain as it poured and poured like the skies were falling we had to stop driving we couldn't see the road heavy rain, gators in the ditches. We were in the South, just like the pictures or movies.
No issues all went well stopped for chicken got looked at funny but all friendly and after the rains all back to the BBQ's and what ever.

Drove down through the Keys stayed a few nights Key west, Flew to Fort Jefferson in the Dry Tortuga's. Then back up and out of Miami stopping and golfing at par 3's along the way. That was a hoot, really a couple courses had ground owls everywhere and the wind was so high any shots with 9 iron would send the ball 3 holes over . Ground owls would scatter back to their dens when the balls bounced by or if we came close....ah them were the days....

That's the way to Florida right there!!
Yeah Florida people are just different man. They're odd even by Texas standards.
Lake Okeechobee? That's Seminole Indian territory 'round those parts so every place has that native American theme going with the "ee" tailing almost every thing with a name.

The ground owls makes me think of one of my favorite movies, Hoot. About a kid who moves from Montana to Florida and ends up trying to save some endangered owls.

If you ever get an opportunity to watch this doc, "The Swamp" by PBS, it's a really good watch about how the Florida we know today came to be

You're making me itch for that trip in a bad way now man!
Can't do the Disney stuff so Orlando is out for us.
I wanna rent a van or small RV and drive the entire Gulf shore from Texas to the Keys with my wife and dogs in tow.
Trump renamed it the Gulf of America for 4 years but in reality if it's name was to be changed, it shoulda been the Gulf of Margaritaville because Margaritaville stretches from the Yucatan Peninsula to Cuba. It's not Mexico or America IMO...It's Margaritaville!!! So yeah that trip is dubbed the Road to Margaritaville. Maybe next year or the year after we make that trip happen.

Finished up this project today. 27 hour print!
Heart meds in a heart shaped box ;gr

One of my favorite sayings. I first saw it on a t-shirt decades ago. I bought the shirt :) I know it's a much older phrase. I won't waste time wishing I still had that t-shirt, because there's no way it would fit me, now 🤪

Hell yeah man! I've embraced the bad heart thing and accepted it as a challenge.
Things like being peaceful and kind and letting the "little" things go I tell ya is just as beneficial as meds.
I had so much going against me that was all self inflicted and when I told my doctor I would stop all of it, he and his staff response was "yeah sure you will" in so many words.
Then last week for my eval they were tripping out because the meds were working so well. He said there's only one way this could happen and that's if you really did stop drinking and stop eating a poor diet. Then he asked "You really quit cold turkey didn't you?" It shows right here and I don't see this very often. I was like "Cold turkey, yeah. So what man, no big deal?" I'm also going vegan but not 100% yet just like you said would be good for me". He and his PA just looked at me like I was not normal at all but did give me hi fives lol

This is another project for the heart but also mental health and beating the impending Summer heat.
Don't look like much now but by the end of the week I hope to have this 110 gallons of oasis complete and looking like a cool & refreshing cowboy pool complete with 3D printed cup holders

That's pretty awesome. Kudos for the good report. It's no wonder your doctor and staff were shocked. Not many people follow through on necessary lifestyle changes to improve their health. I'm not built like that. I flipped the switch on tobacco, but that was after years of mostly not trying to quit with mini, half-hearted efforts to quit sprinkled in there. I still don't know why I quit when I did. I just decided I was done and that was that.

I've been eating more plant based, but have bad binge tendencies. Especially when I'm tired. Not good for the fatty liver.

I'm definitely in to follow whatever you're working on with that tub. I was only in Texas for basic training, but July/August was a bitch. Anything you can do to cool down sounds like a worthwhile venture.

It's this man. Stress kills and anger and malice are just ugly forms of it. "Water off a duck's ass" is what I always say.

Peace and love is the way. Kindness is just as contagious as negative energy and emotions. The negativity is just easier, almost like a cop-out. Anger is easy as hell, just makes sense and comes second nature. Positivity and optimism take actual work but they become second nature.

Super cool your heart's on the right track in more than one way. We grow individually so we can grow as a whole. Keep up the good work, Bandito.

have you done this process?

Never have but I may get into bubble hash this Summer. Wish I had never gotten rid of my washer now because I have to buy another but it's on the radar.
Curious and may have missed it in the video, ADD kicking in on me, what's the temp they cold cure the hash in?
My cooler has every temp from -4 to 80 available so I can do anything with it 😉

Thanks buddy!
Got the rest of the parts I need for my cowboy pool yesterday and hope to start assembly today.
Later I may tile the rim to make a coping but I think if I put in a good 2-4 hours today on it I'll be filling it with water later today.

Have you tried plant based Beyond Seared Steak? I'm not much into Beyond or Impossible meats but that seared steak is freaky how good it tastes but also gets texture perfect.
There's some mid to lower tier restaurants that will offer steak in their food. Say like Chipotle offers a steak burrito. That steak and what's offered by some sandwich shops etc would do well not serving that gristly poor excuse for steak and just switch it up to Beyond steak then their burritos and sandwiches would not only be edible but taste good too.
There's a new burger joint here that just moved from shared space in a food truck to it's own brick and mortar space. Al they do is alternative meats and vegan so one of these days I'm gonna give them a shot and see how good they are.

Thanks Brother! I'm trying!
Docs may end up holding my heart together with duct tape and zip ties but I damn sure plan on getting the most out of this body I can in this life!
I agree kindness is extremely contagious. Simple something like asking a stranger "How are you doing today?"
Yesterday, almost everywhere I went the person helping me looked a little down and just trying to hang in there. Just that little bit of humanity and asking how you doing today brightened them up and got a smile and thanks for asking. To stop, take a breath, put business aside, and take that moment to be kind to each other. No matter how little, it means something. A little drop of kindness goes a long ways in this timeline of humanity.

🔥

Pardon me with a multifaceted update.😋

Sent my boys off to Hoover, Alabama yesterday for the SEC tourney after claiming the SEC regular season title in the first year of membership

It's been a grind but for this weekend I get a little breather to take a couple days off.
Feeling like a Marley family sorta Thursday.....

rosin infused lefthander

Dispo run for the family and picked up a treat for myself

IMG_8867[1].jpeg

made some vegan nachos! No salt 'tilla chips, tajeen, Pace Picante, sriracha, avocado, sliced peppers.
Even the cheese is plant based

IMG_8869[1].jpeg

Finally found a joint that makes a California Burrito and a pretty damn good one at that!
Sorry Tejas...Y'all know tacos and bbq but you don't know the burrito like a left coaster!!

Mint doing well too. Loves it some hot weather

You saw it here first. Probably. The retractable and disappearing trellis net.
The 3D printer played a major role here using the cad program to design and create the table mounts for the poles and the turnbuckles up top for the rigid stability.
Each line in the net is repped by a yoyo and only pulled put when needed then retracted at harvest.
If any grower has used a horizontal trellis net as support or scrog....You know what this means in regards to cutting buds from nets and eliminating a major PITA at harvest.
Being made of fishing line, no nylon fibers will be in the harvest either.
It's set high for now so kinda gives you an idea of what I expect from this herd of Vietnamese sativas and Ethos hybrids

If you have some thump in the trunk...Now's the time.
Bass from this one will rattle the cars' next to mine windows ;pervert

A hazey shade of Summer?
Now the fun and the challenge begins.
Will there be a "weeping willow" pheno?
Will the Ganja Gods bless this grow with the elusive and legendary hallucinogenic cut?

Summer time / hot weather operations in the room.
Operating temps are in the hi 80s and low 90s.
Whirlwind airflow 24/7
Reversed 11 hours on 13 hours off light cycle starting at 10pm and ending at 9am.
Fresh air injection on a timer between 11pm and 7am so I have cooled down air flowing thru.

Just add water organics because they're sativa and they'll bitch about anything else right now. Might feed them when they have cotton balls.
All lights at 75%.
Tons of branching and will likely need to continue cleaning and pruning to direct growth into fewer larger colas rather than a billion little nugs. Also going to clear out old lower growth now that it's shoot has taken off and no longer needs it.
Not sure what I'll do if a weeping willow pheno shows up but I'll figure it out if she gets here.
I suppose a clean up in the next day or two, get that old leaf material out of here, then unleash a bug bomb before pistils show

Hey, Glad to read you're hearts mending and you're following Dr.s orders no point dying early eh...weed to smoke things to do. Do you like yoyo's, I find a pia, Cheap ones anyways and I keep banging the lines, sometimes doing damage to the plants.
I find bamboo poles where needed, when needed for me. Things at the end things are sagging pretty much and a bit of a mess, but ya in age we get that way anyways so its kinda fitting...lol

Don't think they mentioned it, they showed they vacuum sealed the dried paste and they said letting it set for a week to a month it turns into that butter like substance.

Been a long time user of yoyos and they're my go-to. Velcro and poles in an emergency.
My favorite is really horizontal netting but as-is is very flawed for my uses and what I want.

Yoyos...the key for me there is run 100LB test fishing line spanning the rafters of my grow space, kinda like power lines, and the yoyos hook onto that. Then hook onto the plant well below the top, around the middle of the plant

IMG_2146.JPG

IMG_2220.JPG

Some grows have needed yoyos and poles w/ velcro ties

IMG_2208.JPG

IMG_2222.JPG

But this overall is ideal for me. It's just flawed in so many ways.

IMG_3813.JPG

I love how it disappears below the colas to give support but is not invasive at all. It really doesn't need upkeep to watch out for leaners because it's ready to catch them when ever one decided to fall over

IMG_3918.JPG

The major negative to it is harvest and needing to cut it out of the plants. While cutting it will release nylon fibers and with weed being so sticky, picks up the fibers.
So with using yoyos in a horizontal grid to create a retractable net I'll get to do my favorite type trellis without the negative issues of a net

Oh I know you know how to use them. Maybe its because inside my tents above my lights tangled everywhere and the 2 feet or hooks getting caught up I don't like, Strong as fk though, I just removed one during clean up that was tangled and I thought I'd just snap it, Nope, stopped just before it cut through my skin..had to cut it.

I kinda thought the main reason was looks, your pics look great with no posts or barriers and as you say the lines disappear. You do have the coolest grow room ever so I get no posts or nets or things that mung up the view.

Docs may end up holding my heart together with duct tape and zip ties but I damn sure plan on getting the most out of this body I can in this life!
Hey man.. I've held together some serious shit with duct tape and zip ties.

There's an old saying in the construction biz:
"There's nothing as permanent as a temporary fix"

I agree kindness is extremely contagious. Simple something like asking a stranger "How are you doing today?"
And it's easy man.. really. It's such a simple gesture and it's so rewarding to see someone light up with the simple notion that someone else cares, especially a stranger.

Keep it up man. I admire your attitude around all this. Many folks would just assume end it all instead of making a few simple changes to their diet and lifestyle.

Can you UNburn that tofu chilli book or is that sucker long gone?? 🤣

I stand by my burning of the tofu cookbook and would burn it again if I could!
Just saying the word tofu or even thinking it has me all....

Nah if needing a big ass pole in the room meant I'd grow good pot but the view would be obscured there would be a big ass pole in my room blocking the view. 😋
It's 100% function before fashion here but if something is pointless like white or reflective walls, I'm gonna have some fun with that so the walls are all about aesthetics and making it fun to be in there. Everything really is thought out to perform at a very high level and sometimes it might look cool. I appreciate that and hope others enjoy my view.

There's things I take into consideration like difficulty of post grow clean up and storage of equipment. I really loathe post grow cleanup. I hate waste and garbage from a grow.
So some things I do during the grow are done to make the post grow easier. Trellising is a part of that so at harvest I want a trellis that doesn't tangle up all my branches to speed up the chop and to stow out of the way easily.
That's why yoyos have done so well for me. After the grow they retract up to the rafters and hang there like bats until the next grow. That function is the #1 reason I use them and tolerate some of the hassles that can come like not rolling back up that happens from time to time and I have to replace it.

wow all kinds of good stuff going on here!!! next round loaded up already?!?!!

can't wait to see your cowboy pool!!!! if i put one of those outside right now it would be an ice bath!!! hahaha

I think the biggest news here is my man Stoney here damn had himself a mullet!!! 🤣

hell yeah i did!!!! like billy ray!!! hahahaha

Very ez to believe you found the worst walmart ever down there. El Pasop would be one to say hold my beer one that one but yeah Houston is very much like NYC in a way. Like the Southern version of NYC. Lots of awesome but you'll also see the worst of the worst there.

ya know the walmart sucked but man one thing awesome about that area was the Red Barn!!!! (bbq joint) haha that was the very first authentic texas bbq i ever had. our second trip to texas was then round rock.. we went through our whole meet and greet with the customer and all that and at the end the ceo asked if we had any questions.. we said yeah where can we get good BBQ? hahaha like six guys all chimed in at once with like six different places!!! hahaha

Man I haven't seen a syringe that big since I worked with cattle & horses in my youth. Yeah that thing there is for large livestock buddy!

damn good thing i didn't buy the "used" one from amazon!!!!! hahahaha

ya know one time a bought a new toilet seat from amazon and there was an option for a used one!!! who the hell sells or buys a used toilet seat??!!? wtf?? hahaha

ep got all my points on the weekend. Sitting at 4889 thanks to that 10x boost this morning.
Was hoping there would be two check-ins for the open and and main last night. I checked during qualifying but didn't see a box. I hope there wasn't one for the heats because I missed it if there were.

i tell ya man i'm scooping em up quick with this mid tier multiplier. i should hit the next one by the end of the season at this rate. we get all three checkins this week too!!

so i guess fox is over now... greeeeaaaat.. that means it's all downhill from here. i shouldn't say that, i should give them the benefit of the doubt before i complain. but i have a strong feeling it's gonna be one douche bag, one whining puss bag, and one very talented commentator that should be in a different country announcing races.

i know think positive stoneyluv... i am.. i'm glad that i now have max and can watch and listen to the in car cam instead of those clowns!!

(tell us how ya really feel!! hahahaha)

51 years old still living like a kid with these Summer vacations only now I get paid to be off hahahaha!!!

oh man that sounds like a blast man!!!!! funny you just blend in like you belong!!! haha

six weeks, NICE!!!!! too fuckin hot there to be working anyhow!!!

very cool the baseball team crushed it too in the sec!! programs awt to be rolling in donors this year!!!!

hey, did you happen to look at your fruity freak beans? they sent me an extra in the pack!!!! you happen to get four as well? are yours all albino looking like mine too?

how about you @steamroller , did you get any extra beans in your pack? are yours all white?

I got the same freebies you did.
They also gave me 2 extra Fruity Freaks on top of my 7 I ordered.
I have 4 of the FF in the VG now with the two Canna Fun.
I picked the 4 smallest to start with.
That leaves me 5 for indoors.
The seeds are definitely not dark and on the lighter side for color.
Hopefully I see some up today when lights come on at 6pm.

I'm too far out to find stuff like that at our local grocery stores, unless Walmart carries it. I haven't been in a Walmart in years and then only on vacation. I have to check grocery stores when I'm out of town to find the cool stuff.

I have an AF buddy who lives in the SF Bay Area. Potentially hereditary conditions his father had spurred him to become vegan, years ago. He'll send me photos of plant based lunches he grabs off of food trucks and restaurants. Not gonna lie, I wish we had options like that, but people around here get suspicious of food that didn't moo, oink or live in the woods.
You saw it here first. Probably. The retractable and disappearing trellis net.
I ordered clips to try trellising tomatoes for the first time and have thought they could come in handy for my outdoor plants. I don't have the yoyos, though. Do you just hook those yellow legs under a node, bud, etc.?

I was once in that category and probably called a vegan a commie at one time or another in life. 😋
Yeah things change and we get older I suppose. But I see it like this...all the macho shit like lite beer is for girls, milk only comes from teets, red meat is good for you that I used to think about often goes away when you damn near die in the back of an ambulance.
Then it's like well I can eat this 20oz steak, get drunk on fine bourbon after and be fat and happy, or eat this salad and enjoy maybe another year on this Earth enjoying what I love most.

Yeah for the yoyos to work well they have to hook onto a line above the plants and those yellow hooks will hook onto a plant where the main stalk and a branch meet. You want that internode to have some age to it and be firm so it doesn't give way to the tension on the yoyo. If the tension is too strong for the plant then there's a stopper button in the yoyo to keep it from retracting and ease the tension pulling on the plant.
I use them outdoors often as well to redirect a tomato vine back into it's cage and to lift and redirect cucumber vines.

I prefer to buy them in bulk at 25/bag. The yoyos we get today are not as good or durable as they used to be.
Used to spend about $3/yoyo but they were made so well I still use some that are close to 15 year old.
Now they cost much less, maybe $1/yoyo in bulk but quality is way down. In a pack of 25 at least 2 will probably be broken and not work and I seem to need to replace at least one after every grow

pole sitter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;bris;bris;bris;bris;bris;bris

pretty cool our guys are on the front row for tomorrow!!!!!

Funny because last night the softball ladies went into extra innings so to kill some time I went out and turned some laps.
Tuned her perfect before too. Ran so straight it was like I put it on a rail. Seemed like she had a little bit xtra going too. Little faster, little xtra run time, good heat on the tires getting great grip. Just a really great run and kibnda chalked it up to a nice cool night, good vibes etc.
Got back to my office, set everything down, hit the vape and took this pic thinking "It's good weekend for the ;bris"

Looks like a few of mine up in the tissue are indeed on the pale side but about on par with what I've been seeing lately from others.

IDK man they're freaks so I expect everything to be a little different than usual.
I used news print like I was talking about. Well kinda...it's the Memorial day sale flyer near the checkout stands at HD this weekend.
They look super pale in this pic!

Taught the Lobo a new trick....
A sugar bomb capsule!

IMG_8902[1].jpeg

The little fucker just crossed into rarefied air for me. Best dang dry herb vape I've ever used and now, manipulating it's concentrate capsule by taking out the mesh wad and replacing it with flower is some madman shit I've never seen in a dry herb unit.
That load was about 8 hits of pure awesomeness that left me all fucked up.
I had also rolled a doob to smoke about an hour later but couldn't spark it the vape tore me up that much.

Making some progress. This is not going as ez as I thought it would but it's going

glad to see i wasn't the only one with pale whites.. my first reaction was i chalked it up to the name and figured they'd be freaky.. just had to ask to be sure!!!

i seen that vape in the thread and want to get a new dry herb vape someday and figured i'd read that thread to help decide. i tried to keep up at first but it exploded quick and i got left in the dust,, or duff as vapers call it!! hahaha

Pepperidge Farms remembers 🤣

The things that have come and gone in this game called Let's Grow Some Pot has sure been a wild ride at times.
The good thing though is when you compare them to something like hermie white beans or underdeveloped white, they're not that. More like albino.
I dropped all that came in my pouches yesterday so we'll see what comes of it. One is called Super Fun Haze and that made me giggle. If there was ever a strain name cut out for me that's it.

Yeah that vape thread is uh...well it's a thread for sure!
Influencer stuff and single topic participants of a forum are not my jam. I'll put it like that.
I had done some off site snooping around and landed on the lobo. Came back here and used the search to see if anybody else was too and happy to see Zen using one.
Times and places to partake are very specific for me so it takes a certain type of piece that may or may not be for others and I'm fine with that.
The Lobo is kinda like the Pivot for me. I use the lobo different than Zen but we still enjoy what it offers so that's kinda cool that it can adapt to a lifestyle and not a lifestyle adapt to it. That's really big for me.
I use the Pivot different from probably everybody because I've removed the cap and use a glass straw from the Lobo pretty much like a terp pen in a dab jar but reversed so think dab jar heats up but pen stays cool is how I work that.

Another reason I like the Lobo because I can take it to the doorstep of combustion. I'm not a vape guy. The vape flavor sucks to me and I'm not looking to save ABV weed for edibles or anything else. I wanna burn it the fuck down like it was a pipe and flame but clean and filtered thru cold, water. Lobo comes very close to that and gets hi marks in a category from me others may give a low mark IDK, but the Lobo is great for what I want in a herb vape

Agreed. I just happened to be looking at the time as the free Utillian 722 warranty replacement was shit. Kept over hearing and DID burn the weed. Wouldn’t always turn on.

Same. But I didn’t see any trusted reviews. When I saw the plug here I looked up more reviews and noted that it used a lot of glass accessories and was easy to clean. The fact it was cheaper than my old one and had replaceable batteries sold me.

Exactly! It fits my needs and works okay for sharing. Did I mention easy to clean was a big deal? 🤔😂

Agreed. My sons all about the bong and not big on vaping. My wife likes joints over all else. I want convenience and something I can smoke inside that doesn’t stink it up. But it has to last and give me my money’s worth. So far, so good. It’s my day to day most often used device.

I use the Pivot different from probably everybody because I've removed the cap and use a glass straw from the Lobo pretty much like a terp pen in a dab jar but reversed so think dab jar heats up but pen stays cool is how I work that.
Cool. I use the short black glass mouth piece as a joint holder or backup in case I break the longer one, again.

We don’t use the ABV anymore, other than for the garden soil. I’d rather smoke and just eat the chocolate. 🤣

I tried Stoney’s idea with hash but didn’t really find it worked.

We’re about to try your diamond idea Bandit. Just enough left to top off a bed of flower. That’s usually how we smoke hash in the pipe too.

Wife will be happy, she likes it cranked up high so she gets lots of smoke. 😝
