Euclid's Proposition 42

Indeed! They're working out great man. The original line clips failed, and the screws to secure em to the blocks are a little wonky, but they're serving their purpose exactly as needed.

I still have the files I created for that project and can dip into them and change things. Make more durable etc.
No weird reaction between plastic and nutes?

I have a far better printer now and even better filaments. I'm still a beginner in 3D printing but not a noob anymore so can probably do a much better job today then back then.
I have a long que of projects I'm doing but if you wanna revisit this I can maybe print more or do a better design by the time Spring comes around

In the two-ish months I've been running them, I haven't noticed any weird reactions. After harvest will be the for sure tell once I can inspect the bottom sides that remain in constant contact with the wet rockwool.

Only things I can think of modifying is maybe making spikes on the bottom instead of the holes for the screws, and maybe making the center hole for the trunk slightly larger (not a whole lot of room to work with right there, really). This run I changed my approach a little, and do have some concerns that a couple of the trunks are going to swell enough to completely fill the center hole.

While that wouldn't necessarily be a problem for a lot of people that do this style of growing, I decided to veg super long and do some root training to really fill the slabs completely with roots (game changer compared to previous runs), and as a result those trunks are damn near as big as the ones I've had at harvest in the past. This particular pheno also develops some serious girth based off the mother plant (her trunk is damn near 2" across), so it might just be a trait specific to this pheno.

Day 21 defoliation. Thought I would have time to get through the full cleanup but lights out came on fast, so I'll continue tomorrow. Ladies really put out a ton of foliage, making airflow from the bottom completely impossible. It'll get cleaned up completely tomorrow. Switching to a vegetative fertigation schedule as well, been on generative for the past two weeks.
