Idk if its that or something else that makes the Colombian effect, especially in the oil. I'm just trying to keep that pure sativa effect but not take forever or be almost completely fucking impossible like these. I'm hoping to get some pollen to freeze.

I have some IBLs you might be interested in. For example Malawi Gold. If you want to try something else to breed with that might speed things up and keep the pure sativa, I'm happy to share. I've got others from Africa and Asia too, nothing from South America tho, so I'm watching to see what you come up with here.

I've never grown any type of African weed, one day I might try. I have some Mexican IBL I made a long time ago I could use too. The one I grew were 9-12 weeks. I used the fastest phenos to breed, then never grew the seeds. LOL

I just screwed up. I left the CO2 off for 3 goddam days. Poor plants. They were choking in there.

Changed the tank. Got it back up. Backed off the lights 10" and turned the blue off completely. They will recover. But sux right at the good part of flower.

I already tossed the clone, I think I can finish this. The goal is mature seeds on a small 1.5 sqft max plant. I have another 12-16" height. I could prune it and tie it in knots like the male. I'm just thinking of different options-yield doesn't matter. The male (if it is one I still not convinced on either), is the real prize for me.

I would but I have other plants with them. I think they are kinda like autos they flower when the want. I even had clones made in flower reveg in 11-13. I might try adding red light at bedtime.

What I want to know is if I make 3/4 of 7/8 Colombian BX, how long will they take to flower? While I'm working on that, I'm going to try to pop old Mexican seeds I made long ago and never tried.

So both the CSB that flipped on day 9 are showing, and the two flipped 10 days later are not showing yet.

Day one for my Mexican American seeds. I named it Dirty Shame. The parents were less than stellar and took too long. I used the fastest male and kept seeds from the best female. I've not grown them until now. They are descended from Mexican weed.

Columbian and SA are lines I've wanted to dig into but got skunked. Got a few packs from snow high of the raw Punta rojo but at that point they were already 15-20 years old.

They definitely try the patience levels for sure!

A little off topic but something I've always wanted to see is a chart or list of some sorts that details which landraces are in popular strains every day people may encounter.

I get alot of afghani and Hindu go into the indicas, I've seen that skunk had Mexican and Thai or something....I just think it would be neat to see. Also would help to know which landraces aren't on many strains of today

What is something I may have smoked that has Colombian roots?

My goal is to keep it as small as possible and still get ripe seeds. For the male, enough pollen to freeze a couple packs.
