Yea man exactly, this guy is giving back, creating content to keep us thinking. Just doing a bunch, and I really love that. Very articulate and constructed in his thoughts listen to how he sets all the questions up, gives you his answers and why....thorough stuff.

Most breeders can do one or two podcasts this guy has like nearly 900 episodes

10ft above sea level sounds kinda cutting it close did you get hit with that hurricane a few years back?

I'm like 36ft above river level here and it's not enough get flooded from time to time.

Mom just had her place fixed for the second time. Hadn’t been an issue in over 100 years. She buys the place floods 4 or 5 times already, but only got into the main floor twice. No basement.
