Hello, here are the Seedlings, all Autoflower, and transplanted into their forever homes...two photoperiod are still in the tray, to the left of sub woofer, in front of window. The photoperiods are Watermelon Zkittles.

Forbidden Runtz
White Widow
Blue Dream
Mimosa

As soon as the weather permits, they go on patio. Right now they are sitting on the radiant heated floor. Soil temperature is 70ish degrees and room temp/rh is 80/60, with ceiling fan keeping things moving.

Scarifying some Chedder Cheese photoperiods now.

Photoperiods will go directly in ground.

I'll keep posting updates.20250404_135850.jpg

I should toss an auto into my outdoor grow too! Get something to cut down before the outdoor season is over!
Photos won‘t ever start the stretch until the first or second week of July in my neck of the woods. Autos would likely be ready for harvest in August if I get them in the ground before June 1.

This is the latest update.

I started too early, and these autos suffered from lack of sufficient light.

I finally surrendered and put them in the tent.

I am hoping next week, they can be placed outdoors.

Lost a couple to the shock. Three already started flowering. I assume due to shock. They have been in flower and still stunted in growth, for about two weeks with very little growth to account for.

The two 1 gallon pots are photos so they will be up potted to the biggest pot available "the earth", lol.

Lost one...a fucking Male Autoflower?!

Oh well. Okay, hopefully next week they all go outside here in the Northeast.

It's a bad start with these autos, as they were in shock. My bad and I learned my lesson.

I'll salvage what I can. Might start a couple new plants. Uggghhh...

Update...my second male autoflower. It's Blue Dream. Aside from culling, is there any use for this male autoflower? I have several other successful autoflowers that are in flower now, and one photo period Seedling. Should I harvest the pollen and try to pollinate a photo period female, to harvest seeds?20250519_133401.jpg20250519_133346.jpg

If you use the male for anything I would think with another auto would give best results.
Crossing the auto with photo could go anyway it wants how I see it.
You could hope to get a fast plant but might just get a photo or an auto.
Not a big deal besides not knowing what you're growing/ schedule.

Thanks Steamroller. Yeah, I would agree wholeheartedly that it would be an understatement to say the end product of such a marriage would produce just about anything. So, maybe just cull it.

It’s an opportunity if you have the time and space. I’ve only done seeds twice. Almost did a third time but decided it wasn’t what I wanted and tossed the male.

Good luck either way. 🍀

i used something very similar years ago to protect some young peach trees from a swarm of insects. they worked great and don't regret buying them for just that one time.

i hung these above them, worked surprising well!!
