Fungus gnat, maybe. Looks like something I knowingly and wrongly lump into the drain fly category. I'm just guessing, though. Definitely not an authority on these things. Hopefully someone who can give you a real answer will post up.

FWIW, I had something that looked similar get into my house plants. From reading around I found some flying pests lay eggs in the damp soil and it can help to let the top layer of soil dry back. I watered in some neem oil and that ended my issue pretty quick.

Few more pics, I'm thinking fungus gnats but I'm not hundred percent sure and if it is fungus gnats What's the easiest fastest way to get rid of them ?

Thankyou pal, my initial thoughts are fungus gnats too but I'm not too sure

I just had that one experience with something similar. Google mentions drying back the top layer of soil, a peroxide wash, neem oil, mixing dish soap with your water... Someone here will have real experience in a grow tent environment like yours to share, tho.

Hey, I've never really had them bad so I don't know how my method would work with an infestation but I use fans over the top of the pots after I scrape the top inch of soil from around the edges then fans. I read one time it stops them from flying and therefor mating. It seems to work for me. I add the fans at the first sign of flies around the edges of the pots but that sucker looks bigger than what I've had

I have also read where many people use diatomaceous earth to kill.
They dust the surface of soil while dry.
It is like a million little razors for them.
