September 30 these clones arrived from @Anthem275. They will be 7 weeks tomorrow. Apparently as Anthem said "the strech is more than normal and they are heavy feeders " cleaned them up yesterday and plan to flip tomorrow. Plant #2 had some "slime"

Is this a Sativa dominant strain? Toad is running this currently, got his clone from Anthem too. So far, his grow of this strain is looking great and I think Toad is pretty excited about this one, me too!

What do you think the flowering time will be?

Yea i would say sativa dominate, NL#5 x haze

How far along are toads? Is he using the current culture modules?

I think around week 3 flower, not 100% on that. I built that system for him using those parts you gave us and it's waiting for him whenever he gets time. Pretty sure he is getting close to getting that system up and running but not yet.

Today is day 15 flwr, ppm at 570 / 700 scale. Heavy feeders eating up to 100 ppms a day and they drank 14 gallons today. Feeding GH 3 part and Cal-Mag
Ratios are
1 part green/ 1 part brown/ 1.5 part pink , Cal-Mag at 3.5ml/gal in auto top up rez. I see no problems to speak off. Haven't lifted the plant to look at the roots in a while but everything up top looks good imo.

No bennies or harsh chemicals added to the water.

Neither/Live/Sterile i run Neither

Ever use or heard of the Lucas formula for 3 part gh nutes? A lot of work was put in to figuring shit out in the early days. The lucas formula is 0 grow, 8ml per gal micro, and 16ml of bloom per gal

I remember it being the craze but never really looked into it to use in my room. I feed daily into the epi center what the plants are eating, my top up rez contains only calmag and RO water.

I read about it ( the lucas formula ) years ago but I get such good results using all 3 I'm afraid to cut back too much. I do cut back after 3 weeks into flower but I don't cut it off completely. I stick pretty much to their feed recommendations just not as much for so long.

When I see folks with leaf problems I usually think poor use of nutrients somewhere along the line....or watering issues.

Someone said long ago that they'd let the scientists at General Hydroponics do the work for them and they'd follow their advice. Sure sales pitches & BS but they seem to be a proven product with many followers.

I speak without ever trying it but its a you try it first thing with me and I'll see how it goes
 
Talking myself into "stretch is done " about 3 " more to crank them up. Drank over 20 gal since yesterday, water changed out yesterday ppm at 480 /700 scale. Calmag was reduced in the rez now 3.5 ml/gal

Plant #1 was 51" tall at flip, today 20 days later she was 84"

I'm getting these posted at Toads website today and taking a closer look at numbers on this one. Hit almost 3% on the Terps, pretty good, but most interesting to me is the strain brought in a measurable amount of THCVa @.26% or 2.6 mg per gram. I don't think I've ever seen this.

@Moe.Red, you might be interested in hearing this.

I'll have the reports at the website sometime today for those interested.

Edit- I've discovered why I had not seen the THCVa before, it's because the lab just started testing for that as far as I can tell. I do remember when talking to the lab, they mentioned they are adding new terps and cannabinoids in their offerings.

Random pictures day 30 flwr, drinking 15 + gallons daily, eating is slowing down and planning on doing water change. Must get the top wire and yo-yo's done soon.

Day 42 flwr, ppms around 420 on 700scale. Thirstyiest plants ive ever fed, drank 22 gals since yesterday.

At day 42 of flwr these girls (health wise) have to be one of my better attempts.

New here, so howdy and amazing looking girls you got there @smoke ! I just received this cut and other than being silver haze, there is very little info on this cut i can find. Kinda surprised oldsog said 8-9 weeks, seems fast? Anyway stoked to watch along here, i think this is the only athens sh journal out there.

If anyone can add any info about this cut it’s be very much appreciated! Especially effect. I’ve heard it comes from athens ga, apparently from the same crew that popped the cush (gc) and jabberwocky. My experiences with sh are from the 90’s in amsterdam. Still my #1 smoke of all time.

Lets tag @Oldsog and @Anthem275 and see what they have to say. Personally I'll be surprised if it finishes in 9 weeks.
 
Thanks for the welcome and info guys, those labs are bonkers @SweetLeafGrow ! . Silver haze is an underrated line for sure.

Not a lot of offerings seed-wise out there still working the original sh releases. Looks like oldsog working with the athens, and some uk place still working it. Can’t remember their name. And TNF has his at f3 or something now.

I’m contemplating reversing the athens to see what shakes out. I know there’s magic in those genes. Silver pearl was also excellent. I’ve heard there’s an heirloom silver pearl floating around the west coast that has piqued my interest as well.

Ive never really been a fan of the labels/strain names, how does anyone really know what anything actually is without genetic testing?

And if anyone can enlighten me on the relation/genealogy.
