Hey folk's it's been a few weeks they're coming along nicely, I've been been getting the the final bits and pieces into place.

A bit mylar makes a big difference to light intensity 25/30% immediately inside falling to 7% in the middle.

It's a lot of light for $3 tbh I underestimated the value of a reflective wall right next to the light.

I found pics of the light meter readings with and without the 2ft of mylar


You can't find many upgrades like that for a few dollars.

7wks and 4 days this crop is winding down its ready to harvest anytime now.

I soaked more seeds for 24hrs then planted them today, just a handful

Oh I forgot about my gg4 I've decided to flower it so im going to try 100% perlite?

It was an afterthought so it's not really ready to flower but it'll be ok.

After a clean up it looked a little more appealing.


I'm feeding it canna coco ab idk what to expect, it's coming on a week and looks fine, let's see how it is nearer the end?

Damn gnats, eye floaters and bits of dust getting illuminated are freaking me out momentarily

I've got a zapper to test out it appears to be effective on gnats.


if any gnats get as far as the room I'm fairly sure that'll pick them up before they can cause me hassle?

A few pics of the new crop, I can't see much I'm shooting blind in there.
It's 3wks today since potting them up to flower.

Out my last crop I've kept sour tangie it's a tasty smoke and grows well, its got loud terps, I like it even although sour isn't my favourite terp profile, I'd recommend it if sour is your thing.
I'm growing Jetfuel from the same breeder (12-12 seeds) this crop.

I'm expecting another delivery soon omg I can't wait for the next crop

I've had a look over my diary and I'm actually shocked by how much I've grown in 1 year.

Without a doubt adopting 12-12 from seed is the best move I made in pheno hunting, to grow that same number of plants in the regular way would've taken me years.
If you'd like to pheno hunt your seed collection and get faster more compact crops while doing so I'd wholeheartedly recommend trying it

Hey folk's I've snapped a few random pic's to share with you, end 4th week.







I bent them over after sexing + 1wk ±
they're all looking well except the gg it looks a little sick, it could be because it's 100% perlite, I've been turning the reservoir on/off daily perlite can't stand dry spells, I've increased the light intensity fairly quickly this week and the gg was late in so it could also be light related...idk and it's too much hassle to find out so I'll see how it goes left as is?

I potted up some clones tonight I'm planning to flower them next with a few seeds after my current crop is finished.

Sour tangie, lemon cherry gelato, cocoa kush, grape fog and blueberry.

The plants are a month old today I've switched to bloom nutrient (ionic coco bloom)

Hello folk's, its 7wks today yeh!

I've been busy in the greenhouse my back/hip is hurting I can't get into my tent for pic's, I could but it hurts!

I snapped this from the side door.

Previous crops have been under 11-13 to flower and have averaged 7/8wks to look like the pics in my earlier posts, this crop I tied them down so I opted for 12-12 to get the benefit of the additional vegging then changed to 11-13hrs after a month iirc?

It appears 11-13 is a fair bit quicker, if you compare earlier crops to this one I'm sure you'll agree?
My current crop is still growing strong at 7wks.

They're getting there, I've been lowering the ec and dimming the light I'm going to harvest them this weekend ±, I've no updated pics these are from last week.


With things winding down I started a few seeds at the weekend.

Atm there's 7 growing, 2 I'm suspect about and 3 still to sprout.

The lemon cherry ggelatoclone I re potted isn't coming on as expected so I cut some shoot from it on Mon/Tues and cloned them, it's something to fall back on worst case...any port in a storm



A while back I bought a new clone tent for vegging my seeds and maybe making seeds at some point.
I installed a ks 250w tonight then decided there's too many way to fk up especially with newly sprouted seeds so I changed back to t5s.

When they've grown on a bit it'll give me a bit leeway changing to led its too risky right now.

With the seed situation not being great I started 2 lemon cherry gelato s1

I've also got a range of clones in 4" pots ready to go if need, I've keept a blueberry handy just incase the current one is tasty

I'm in love and it's the first time in over a decade I've found something that can do what airpots do. And buying 100 for only $20 is even better.

I've been using them in flood and drain and they've worked flawlessly for me.
You plant it into the soil too without removing it? If so how much of the bag do you see decomposing during the grow? Is it gone or bits of it remain?

Tbh they've raised an eyebrow regarding de composing, I put some in bags intended for the garden over a year ago they're still quite whole and wouldn't fall apart in use, I would say they're in a shed and they've dried out mostly so that could have a bearing on de composition?

I got all the plants chopped down and hung up to dry over the weekend so there's not much happening there atm.

I'm testing out the biggest pouches I have, I dug out 1 lemon cherry sprout from a 2ltr airpot and planted it into a large pouch, then i put a grape fog x lemon cherry gelato seedling into the lcg pot.
Pouches rock!


The clones I cut last week haven't rooted but they're good I've no concerns about them they'll root?

I cut the lcg from the 1st shoots that sprouted after re vegging, I think they'll be fine I can't see any reason why that would matter but I'll know soon enough, let's see what happens?

I've got a few other well established clones on hand if required, the pic doesn't look great.

They're actually quite lush in the flesh.

1 of 2 blueberry reg didn't sprout the one that did is (maybe was) glacial slow

I'll try my best to get it to the start in time

I changed the timer today they're in 12-12 now until sexed

the lcg and blueberry muffin are in another tent I'm keeping them on 24hrs for a few days longer.

Ive always just left them as on to not disturb the rootzone. IME, The roots don't even realize the bags are there. Personally, I've always loved how there is zero transplant shock period!

Fwiw guys I tear them off as a alternative to cutting the roots, I seen something in the past a couple of times that encouraged me to cut or break up the root ball in future...by chance I've a pic!
Check the inner circle of roots compared to the outside, that's the vegging pot size on inside, I could break the outside off the roots were in two layers?

If I vegged then re potted without cutting/breaking the main roots preferred to stay inside the original medium only the finer roots extended out into the new coco?
Check one that was cut at re potting.

I've no concerns about the actual pouch itself restricting root growth.

If you just use them once, you'll be hooked on them. They've all but replaced my solo cups altogether and they build a dense and strong root ball, they're also extremely cheap. Really were a game changer in my garden, especially when sexing regs. If im not hunting for a male, i just toss the males out and then up pot them bag and all into your final container. They come in so many different sizes to fit your needs too.
