Rock movies have been really bad lately and I'm not giving it a chance.
I don't watch anything Xmas until Xmas eve and it's all the debauched stuff I own and rewatch every year. Xmas day it's Ben Hur and A Christmas Story then I'm done and ready for Summer.
Football is on Netflix Xmas day so that's new!

But Dude...I'm really surprised this aint on your list! ;pervert

Didn't like Red One. My kids did tho.
 
I'll show my age on this one..........lol

The movie I watch every year is called "It happened on 5th Avenue" and it was made in 1947. Essentially, a bum moves into a large deserted mansion every year after the owner and staff go to florida for the winter. Its dated of course, but the characters are memorable and it's very funny.

Like me and Big Bang Theory, Avatar movies, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings shit. Never seen 'em 😋

All Die Hards except the one done in Russia are really pretty good IMO and worth the watch.
They're all pretty much some sort of heist that mixes with terrorism, tons of action, explosions etc. Lots of good one liners and memorable scenes. I've seen them all lots of times except for 5 and don't get tired seeing them.
Bruce Willis is pretty much a wreck of a human, wife leaving him, alcoholic, about to get fired from NYPD, etc but he's also a baddass, swears a ton, and kicks ass without mercy as he saves the day.

1 is certified Xmas movie no matter what anybody says. It's a heist set in LA during Xmas at an office Xmas party
2 is set in DC at the airport during Xmas. American ex-military terrorists take over air traffic control trying to free a drug kingpin from US custody.
3 is set in NYC. Terrorists, one being the brother of the main guy from the 1st movie, terrorize the city to rob the vault under the NY stock exchange. Samuel L Jackson costars and it's a twist-a-plot fun watch.
4 is modern and probably my fave. Hackers pull an elaborate heist while hacking and crashing the FBI cyber crime division
5 is where he goes to Russia to find his son and get him out of trouble but his son is actually CIA and working to stop a nuclear heist

big bang is some funny ass tv man!!!!!! i saw avatar once, along with the first harry potter and the first rings.. only watched em once though... same with die hard, i've seen it..once. just never rewatched it is all. i remembered the plot and even some one line jokes just never felt it was good enough to watch again is all. violence in movies is not really my jam, don't watch many shoot em up movies except for scifi flicks.

we had gremlins on today and the night before...

at 4am this morning our fire alarm in the bedroom decided to let us know the battery was low!!!! that was like a whole comedy movie right there just watching me try to get it off the ceiling!!! :ROFLMAO:
 
If it was not for drive ins I would not have seen a movie that was not on TV somehow since Gran Torino~!
16 years there and probably 10 or more before that~!:oops:
No Harry Potter, Lord of the rings, or Avatar.
Just not my thing still even being easily viewable at home today.
Wife tries to keep me current, but I have a limited attention span or interest.
@GoodShit97 I just caught part of Wonka last night and thought it was pretty cool. I'll try to see the whole show.
Someday I may say the same about Avatar or Harry Potter, but probably not~!

No they were outdoor. They're boss got wacked and they just sort of assumed the position.
