My opinion is no......clones will have the same stability as its mother. If the mother hasn't hermied, it's likely the clone won't either. If the mother has hermied, it's highly likely the clones will too. But it could be the mother never saw any stress, but the clones did (which might cause it to hermie under those stress circumstances).
Also, I guess with "genetic drift" over time, things could change too.
In 1998 I was growing in a large warehouse with about 875 plants at any moment in time, from clones to finishing mothers. All were Nevil's Northern Lights 5x2. Every plant ever produced in there came from 1 mother. Mothers would be regularly cycled, but still- all mothers came from the single main mother I kept around for years. Never saw 1 hermie, ever. Breeding was different back then.
