Greetings Fellow Bud Builders!

First of all, a big WELCOME to all the new members that have came on board since the launch of this effort in April of 2023! To my knowledge, Bud Builders takes a different approach, a novel one if I may, to Cannabis growers forums in that we aim to keep this resource ad free for our friends who use this website. If there is another version of this kind of thing out there in the Cannabis world, I am not aware of it and I believe we have a unique opportunity to forge new ground here. This is why you won't see any formal advertisements on this website and why we have made a way for anyone interested in supporting this effort to donate via our Patreon link.

The staff at Bud Bulders wishes to give special thanks to those who have stepped up with their monthly donations to keep the lights on here at Bud Builders!

This is how it's done folks and we see this example working all over the place with various public radio and television stations, no reason we can't make it work in the Cannabis forum world! A 5 or 10 dollar a month donation is fairly easy for most folks to do, and makes a huge difference when many do the same thing. We are not out to make money on this website but we do need to cover the monthly bills and we need your help.

With that said, there is a new opportunity to support Bud Builders and I wanted to make everyone aware of a special, very limited time offer. I have managed to get my hands on some old barnwood from an old livery stable that is being torn down in a nearby town and I am maikng picture frames from this old rustic wood. I am offering these up for sale as part of a framed photo package where I will frame and mat a photo of your choice in one of these frames for whoever wants to buy one. I am asking for a donation of $100 plus shipping to Bud Builders via the Patreon link for each frame. Shipping will be our biggest cost and we will ask the buyer to pay full shipping, I am donating the barnwood and my time. The prints, mats, and glass will be around $10-15 so Bud Builders will make approximately $85 from each of these frames.

Of course, if someone just wants the frame itself and will take care of the artwork, mats and glass, they are welcome to do that and Bud Builders will get a few more dollars in that scenario.

Here are some photos of some I have made in the past. Each one is different.

As of now, I only have 4 of these available so don't wait too long if you want one.

what is the sizing on these? would i be able to send you a photo I already have printed (and shamefully have needed frame for a few years) and you do the hard work of putting it in?

love this idea!

I should have put the size in there, sorry.

So these frames will take an 8"x10" photo without a mat. I like mats so I had envisioned a mat with a 5"x7" photo or something like that. Most of the examples above are 8"x10" with 5"x7" artwork, frames are roughly 14.5" x12.5". The exception is the one with the green mat and that one is 11"x14" with an 8"x10" photo.

Yes, you can send me your photo and I will do the rest if you wanted to do that.

Thanks bro 👊

let me measure some stuff and see if I have anything that'll work. rather support a fellow farmer than the big box frame shops that are local! i agree about mats, especially with photos. the frame should accent the work and not detract from it. when the photo runs right up into the frame, you lose some of that visual field and it's subtractive instead of additive.

Does anyone else only see the last picture of the 4 frames?
The first 4 appear broken on my end.
