I think the guy was a breeder, he did some nice crosses.........

I was a mod on a now defunct and offline forum ran by a hydro shop. Shop closed and so did the forum but I ran some epic contests and gave away all sorts of great loot with 100s of participants.
Something was off on a contest for a light give away. The light company guy turned out to be a scammer and never ponied up the light but during the contest I noticed some peculiar votes. People would get a small handful of votes each day but one was getting over 20 and his entry was ok but not leader material. I asked our IT lady to dig deep on those votes and look at the IP addy of who voted. 1 dude had 137 accounts at the time we caught him and probably woulda opened more since the contest still had another couple weeks left in it
