Happy New Year from Ol' Siam and time to plunge some of these Dragon Flame beans into baptismal water for 24 hours. Then going to xperiment with using a few bananna slices as growing/germinating substrate. The others wiĺl get the kraft paper coffee filter treatment. Will also germinate some Gelato 33 bagseed from last year as they are all regular 1 size fitz all seeds. I have also attached a life-like recent photo of some 100% Siamese toes for comparison. IdK about KNF, but will be using SNF soil with lots of charged biochar, azomite, dolomite lime, batman/batwomen/Alfred guano, cork, volcanic dust, dead ants and old soil in the mix which has been sitting outside 6 months. The grow space is ready and really clean, thanks in advance for your toungue lashing, teeth gnashing, sacred and profane comments all those who have become my surrogate American family. If you see something, say something.....

Here are the bananna substrate seeds (4) which can start ok outside today, then come inside B4 dark. Put a layer of dirt over the slices and then added a humidifier layer. If I see some more dome plastic tops I can rejig. The other seeds are in coffee fllters doing their thing. I more batch of 'notorious bs' in H20 today.

This completely did not work, not even a little bit. What was I thinking and why didn't any of you try and talk me out of such madness. Started again and am seeing some sprouts, nothing to really show. Did not have enough perlite in the mix and it was probably too hot anyway.

Lettuce entertain you greenies with a current photo showing matriculation following a tortured gestation process. I just kept adding seed with only 24 hours of soaking time; they all came up. Going to growcubes next time as some cups. With lots of luck DFG Garlic/Orange will peek through the jungle. The blue light/blurple/Mars Hydro combo about 22" from plants. Used mosquito bits for the gnats already. Must get more rice husks and add to the mix -- it was initially too hot.

Pak Chi Falang growing up with the ganja to make use of the light. Going to add arugala 2. The crowded house cup is growing the best so far, just started with some light Organics fertz. Found the ph bottle, so can also dial that into the grow. FYI Pak Chi Lao is dill....Added a bit of alfalfa to cover. Humidity in the 80s, so added second dehuyey...

Thanks @stonemason -- if you can do it then it can be done. That be great if mayan turned out as well. Thankfully my wife helped gently transplant them. These are magic beans and hopefully will be mostly female.

Them plants on the right got new bigger homes and on the left should up pot tonight. Found another seedling breaking through so it is going to join the 'ladies in waiting' i.e. waiting to find out if they are ladies. I think the soil mixture is ok, using rainwater and roots organic tea fert with nitrogen supplement from Mayan brand's Yellow Stream line -- distributed by I.P. Daily & Co.

Just ask the plants, only they know for an absolute certainty.

Topped all plants, removed bottom leaves & topped with alfalfa and toasted Thai rice hulls. COCONUT water feeding with you know what coming. Rotated the plants. Howabout this for movie title: Have Blurple will travel. 20240224_214455.jpg

This looks badly like a mr. Here, what dyou think?

That does look suspect.
Get us a better picture and maybe the whole plant to see if it is a herm or real male.

The suspect is also the tallest in the grow...the others look less martial and more compliant. Maybe put ut in the backyard, the way things are these could be the igood old days here. Lots of pressure to close shop by 2025...We'll see...20240301_200207.jpg20240301_200219.jpg20240301_200207.jpg

Took bold action to up pot every plant from the cloth jobs. Hung the Phlizon 8 up on the rafters and stood back. W/O home team, not happening. This time brought the prepared air pots inside and dumped them carefully into new quarters. Anyone old enough to remember Grandma's ice chest? My 16-year old Hitachi revisited the ice chest era while wait for the Mega Home delivery in the am. BIG QUESTION; Stay in veg for a few days or flip? Thinking 50% to start. OLD CHUCKY sends his best regards to all from the ykwhere.
