Is this a virus or just a fucked up plant?
Its NOT bugs as its been this way since it popped its first set of 5 finger fan leaves.
Ive sciped that plant for hours and found absolutely nothing on it.

I have 6 clones of it in my cloner inside so i figured i should see what was up with it and if its ok to have around other plants.

Its been fed absolutely nothing since sprout,20230604_185233.jpg20230604_185236.jpg20230604_185246.jpg20230604_185249.jpg20230604_185304.jpg just living it up in promix bx.

Looks what I have seen pictured as Russet Mites?
You need stronger magnification then just a loupe or scope to see them I believe.
Not saying I see them, but start reading up.

Could be, but idk where they wouldve come from, i havent even had gnats in months.
That plant was sprouted march 3rd, inside until last week with 4 other plants and those 4 look great, and its not a plant or seed from you know where lol.
it was a seed i found in some bud, its been doing this since it was like 3 weeks old.

Dis this just go outside ? UV can freak them out for a week or so. But that erie feeling of russet mites is still there
I just put it outside maybe 5 or 7 days ago. The leaves were not tacod when i put it out, i think thats from just putting it right into full sun, and it was wicked dry one day, like hanging on the ground droopy.

Ill go out and spray it down with sulfur spray, along with the plant next to it, and then ill hit the ones inside again too just to be on the safe side. Last thing i need is a bug infestation 2-4 weeks from harvesting 5 plants.

My guess was based on first two pictures, not where you get your plants from. :censored:
This is from a specific search of what I see;

Ill check out that link, and bookmark it. Could be helpful some day.

Im still leaning towards deformity over bugs, mainly cause i dont wanna say i have bugs just yet🤣

I hope you don't also.
Believe me when I say I did not want to say it.
I wrote my post and then left without posting it then came back and felt I had to say it.
Just trying to look out with fresh eyes.
I won't be upset if I am wrong.

I get it man, i really hope you are not right lol.
Im gonna let it go 3 more weeks if it doesn't improve its as good as dead.

I have seen plenty of grows over the years on forums with russet mites…. It does look like it and if it was going on before they went out then m sorry but im over 90% confident that russets would be the likely cause

Well its outside now. Ill spray it for the next 7 days and keep an eye on it.

I'm going with the freakout even though it has a lot of the same properties as bug BS. You mentioned that the plant has been like that prior to your taking it outside. I'm guessing it's just a weirdo. I get those every once in a while. Something weird happening in the "rootsosphere" that developed from an early age.

It did get stuck in its seed hull for like 6 days while i was gone to Maine, and it never developed cotyledons, straight to its first set of leaves so its been weird from day 1.

And dont think that i dont trust you guys saying mites, i just don't want to admit it til i see it with my own eyes lol. All ive ever had is 10-20 spider mites on isolated clones, and fungus gnats so my bug experience is zero imo.
