How to choose the right PPM for a plant

I have had great Success with DynaGro. But I use the whole line. Protekt silica, Grow/Bloom, Mag Pro.
It even says on the DynaGro website. If you want an easy grow then just use Grow start to finish.
Also DynaGro just got bought by Superthrive. It's now called Superthrive Grow/Bloom
I noticed 6 months ago they had a new dyna grow. Bought it, don't like it and now I see this explains alot. They put more ammoniacal N and less Nitrate in the formula. FP and DB work better for me. I'm gonna use this stuff outside.IMG_20230711_020500962.jpgIMG_20230711_020518187.jpg

This is their original product. This came out before Foliage Pro and Bloom. You need to go low on the dosage with the Grow or you can burn your plants with too much nitrogen. I personally prefer Grow to Foliage Pro.

That being said. I don't want to continue to use Nutes derived from metals and shit. So I am looking for a replacement that is reasonable in cost and performance. I may try Jack's but it's hard to just pick one nutrient brand when there are so many snake oil sellers lol.

Not sure what you mean derived from metals

DynaGro update:
Superthrive bought DynaGro 2 years ago. They have not and will not change the formula I was told by authorized dealer. Apparently they have been working on the new bottles for awhile trying to get a better cap so the bottles don't leak in shipping...
