yeah I got my money on genetics..from what I’ve read it’s usually the result for recessive mutation of a primary gene necessary
for chlorophyll production.and goes on to say..but if they can't produce chlorophyll why do they have green, you might ask? Turns out, the mutated gene is part of a gene family with partial redundancy between genes. So when the primary gene is inactive the secondary (or tertiary, or w/e) gene will be activated to produce chlorophyll, at a given frequency, resulting in green sectors.

2 weeks down..getting close to pulling them out to stake so I can position the branches where the plant will benefit the most.I’ve already started taking the 2nd and 3rd sets of leaves from the top branches to allow some light through.I’m going to try something a little different to postpone taking a heap off while they are just starting to bud.my goal is to try and get to day 21 when stretch has just about wound up then give them a good trim,but as I have found out before it doesn’t always workout like that but I wanna see if they get bigger because I haven’t slowed down there growth.switching to canna classic Flores very soon.

Well I didn’t get to day 21 .i knew that was going to happen though. got to 19 .plenty of light getting through them now.still have one to do.plants are smaller this grow as usually the rh is in the 60s .but I’m hoovering around mid 50s right now..it’s been super windy here,has been for the last couple months.that would b helping the rh I bet..

Hi guys.this is my new home now so the show must go on. ..this grow will continue on from over on …what was it called….I’ve forgotten already .the 6 girls are still going strong..on day 10 now so the show won’t b far away from starting.another 4-5 days I’d say.plants are staying short but that has always been the case running these lights.I do think topping them beginning of flower does slow,delay the stretch which is exactly what I want.I don’t like going under 19’ to light as it seems to stress the plants and the buds will grow a little foxtaily,knobby like with the leaves tacoeing up..,a nice white frost here tonite.that just kills the rh in the room keeping it under 50% so the dehuey isn’t on tonite..sitting on 550ppm on 500 Hanna scale and gradually creeping it up.phing 5.93. Using 4 gal pots.70/30 coco/perlite with some chunky perlite added .b more like 60/40 now.3 litres of feed everyday ,plenty of runoff. looking good

I don’t think I’m gonna get any coneheads this one chem my grows seem to b getting smaller or smaller yields with the dude your drooling..i havnt changed much apart from not running silica everyday since week 3-4 veg right through flower,and no cannaboost .the plants are actually smaller ,whether I’m just picking out the wrong seeds that don’t yield so well I dunno .I’ve have some really good phenos sometimes but none really of late.i might pack up after this grow and order some good seeds in.something high yielding that really knocks ya socks off..where’s my list

Nooooooooooo.i knewI wasn’t seeing things..last night I thought I seen a nanner on one plant and thought …’nah ..max doesn’t get nanners this early ..never had my glasses with me so tonite lights on a had more of a look and to my horror the first thing I seen was receding hairs .so ripped her out to have more of a look and …Yep she has nanners scattered about though the plant so she’s outside now .i just hope the damage isn’t too bad .i do see some receding hairs on another….this is the first time this has ever happened to me and when I have found the odd nanner late it flower I’ve never seen any green seeds as I though the pollen mustn been viable.but this is the first time seeing hairs receeding.that tells me the pollen is viable..damn.that’s peed me off.i started plucking them off at first to try and save the plant but there’s just too many scattered through her,plus the ones I can’t see.fucken cross dresser .

I would only recommend a plant I have experience with.
I have not grown any of the others you listed.

Nooooo I’m not going there..I already have bout 3500 of these…you want some of maxs hermi seeds .
well it looks like the top buds on the back three have been pollinated by the cross dresser.can see in these pics the hairs browning off and I’m 2 days short of 5 weeks..it looks like there’s been nanners out for a few weeks with those hairs browning.i never check for them.not with this stain anyway…oh well seedy bud for Christmas..I’ll give that to some friends

While I am no master like you I have had hairs go brown 'early' in my grows without any seeds.
I know many consider the change a sign but hopefully you won't get many or any seeds.

I really hope your right Steam but ive grown these for a few years now and they usually don’t start till around week 9 .I’ve had nanners appear when buds are just about done and have never seen any un ripe seeds.I’ve had a good run though.so this strain has herm traits hidden or using the elite x elite spray reversing a female has done it.i cant say it’s a hermi though as that is a plant showing both sexes.

I actually don’t know what it is..I reversed a female plant .it completely changed it to a male.once you spray it you throw it into the flower room and after 14 days or so you will see male flowers appear ..then after say day 21 roughly the sacs start opening.the selected plant was only bout 15cm clone.it completely knocked it for 6 but recovered after 12 days .worked really well.

Here’s a pic of an sunset sherbet plant i reversed over another plant same strain.I threw it together.man I got some seeds off that..I then collected some pollen and threw over a couple buds on a Zamal plant .and I grew those out the crop before this one. I think it was Stoney luv that called it tasmanian dragon panties .talk about vigor.grows big buds too

I used reversal spray once a few years ago.
I read you only have to spray 1 branch to get the male parts so that is all I did.
Most of the plant remained a normal female with 1 branch that had balls.

Yeah i used that one yr or tried to spraying it on a branch for like 3 weeks and it did not work at all.thought the guys at the store sold me some snake oil so I bought the elite x elite and worked exactly how they said it would..I wouldnt use anything else.even though it’s pricey but .i still have pollen in the fridge I’ve saved for a rainy day.i think I have roughly 9-10,000 seeds lol from 3 crosses.fuck knows what I’m going to do with them .maybe sow them in the neigbours paddocks
