Max Growing Weed

shiiit.had a little bit of an episode in and outside the grow room tonite..I went to slide the back middle gal back more towards the wall and 2 of the legs weren’t secured properly so she fell over against another,so I hurriedly pulled out the water container with 40 litres of nutes and i slipped on the step to the grow room and near fell ass over tit and lost about 10 litres out of the container and thought for a moment I was going to get electrocuted 😂😂😂😂..lol..I wish I had some of that tanglefoot ..I would of clung to the walls like spidey .i was on my tiptoes and quickly got the wet vac going.turned the floor fan on to dry it out…I might buy some wooden clogs just for my room…anyway I’m ALIVE haha………so I ended up defoliating 2 plants and staking…talk about clusterfucks.they make a complete liar out of me..i didn’t think they were that bad till had them out of the room.top half looked fine till you have a peek down low….i have forgotten how bad these can get…..shoots….shoots everywhere.they took fucken ages to do..cut 5 branches off one..had to..I don’t know about how other guys go in soil but growing hydro way they sure turn into a mess…once you get that under control they grow lots of bud.pretty heavy yielders for there size.87A2E3A9-00A6-459A-86E3-9FE49D93AB6F.jpeg

I feel like a jerk I haven't really read many journals on here I have been kind of been posting my own stuff and not really paying much attention to other grows and I need to start doing a better job of that because I missed this current grow and its really nice. @dragonsflamegenetics glad to see you back I kept forgetting to ask you something and last time you were on there was some drama so I didn't wanna be a jackass and start asking you plant questions while that was going on. Cant speak for anyone else but you're the only reason I found this site and you were cool enough to send me seeds when I won a photo contest and you didn't have to send those sends so you'll always be cool in my book. So the question is about the Jabba Stash strain. I am currently in the middle of a jabba reproduction and am planning on hunting the f2's to try and find a decent male to pollinate a sunshine 4 and a mother milk female. I noticed you used it in the blackberry moonshine and was just curious what types of phenos you found when you hunted them.

Jabbas stash was an incredible line. lot of excellent plants. When you repro those, I would gladly trade ya some DFG beans for some packs of those. coffee, chocolate, body sweat terps. Was a better yielding, more resistant bubba kush type line. the snow lotus side makes her a bit more narrow leaf, and less stoney then the straight Bubba.

the secondary branches have grown too far away from the stem and gone all stringy and there’s not really a great deal I can do .the tops are going to b absolutely loaded though.not the genotype to grow but there is some really great genotypes that throw down when they show .really clean ones too.aand BIG BUDS .only got to look at my last grow of Zamal dreams..i think I’m just unlucky this time..nothing I can’t manage😃day 17 and 4 out of the 6 are not budding yet.shouldnt b too far away 🤙🏻

this one is near perfect..see how the buds are still tight on the stem..this would b the one to clone.dwarfs my dehumidifier..a big strong branched plant and budding.I’m still staking her,to position and bring those branches in abit for more room between plants…the one to watch.odds on favourite.

Fire Cherry Moonshine..front middle..won’t b taking many leaves off her..just stake.I’ll do front right tomorrow…she’s another going stringy but nowhere near as bad..got to lift up 2 back ones a few inches get them on even terms…looking good still

Hang in there man. I went the yo-yo route this time. Still not great but I can deal with it easier than poles.

After a few yo-yos there’s no removing to take the plant out any more. Always a trade off.
 
Ive never actually thought of running yo-yos .i could do it once all the plants are all defoliated.it could b a pita if one of the back plants were ready before the others .that would only b the only problem I can think of atm..i might setup a square frame or screw a series of eyelets into the ceiling to run those yo-yos after this grow .I gotta get the bar light out to do that...💡 I’m actually thinking I could stake the front ones and put the worst on yo-yos at the rear….that will work 👍

I’m hoping to take an indoor break. After this run. G$ is sending a few autos to try outside.

So this will let me set things up better after a good cleaning. At the moment I just use a string line with loops spaced out. It works okay.

First use earlier.

My current grow that’s okay so far but two plants grew on a slight angle for some reason. IMG_1130.jpeg

I just go cross ways or corner to corner. Clips are dollar store tomato clips. Just happens to come with one’s big enough to go around the bar.

Can’t wait to see what you setup. 👀
 
Hey Jeff @dragonsflamegenetics .do you have much Charlie’s stank ass stashed away..that thing is a beast. The Maui skunk dog male you used was 💯 % a keeper for sure,or to b used when you start up again . yield a smidge over half a p this time off 1 plant….was 7 the one before.im seriously thinking of reversing charlie but I’m certain this will affect its yield doing so..you have hit the nail on the head with this one in yield.

yea i have maybe 40-70 beans left of the CSA. I also used a killer CSA and hit it with the mod mac moonshine male as well - named that one modified Charlies stank.

both in honor of Charlie RIP.

😂😂😂.that’s funny as…I’ve seen that quite often 😆..it’s the same thing when someone finds a rare car here and calls it a barn find lol and it causes a shit storm with people arguing saying we have sheds not barns.…but we do have barns Lol…

holloween is very slowly growing here with only a few houses dressed out.it will never catch on though ,you can buy all the outfits for kiddies and stuff to dress out your home….but that letter is right .it’s not our tradition.we are a bunch of grumpy cunts 😂

It used to be a big thing here but it’s been dying a slow death. Covid really finished it off for most of the area. Hard times and nut jobs did the rest.

I don’t need them much either .it’s only when I have to adjust the height of the light and stay in there to tweak there enviroment early on in flower which isn’t all tthat often…and pull leaves off here there .i wear a hoody too.most times I’m down low when I’m watering..I’d b still getting uv but not as bad.i was in there one night pulling leaves off with my sunglasses on I could feel the heat on my head coming off the light.the cmh I have packs a punch too more than the led when I’ve leant directly under it to water the young veg plants..
 
when I first bought my cmh,led and even t5 ho they were incredibly bright like fuuuuuuck ….I need shades..then I busted them and after awhile it didn’t seen to bother me much but I know it’s doing damage .I’ve even felt a little funny after coming out of the room.I get slack sometimes and havnt the hoody jumper on.too bloody hot to wear.

some of these girls are still stretching..I cropped one branch.on the Zamal dreams at rear…she is a Beast.they would grow ginormous size in the ground..I will do just that this time nxt yr as I’ve found a nice sandy loam spot that they can just go wild.def need a cage as there’s games everywhere..roo.wallaby.possums ,the odd dear and snakes lol…fuck I hate those

These look really nice I bought a pair of the AC Infinity ones that come with different lenses designed for the different lights and I lost the damn things they just disappeared into the abyss which is my grow room. When I finally clean up the room I will find them
 
they are good glasses.nice big lenses.they are bloody dear though compared to the prices I’ve seen in the states at around 80 if I remember correctly.cost me 175 lol..I got my store to order them…if you have a local store that has them I’d try them on for fitment.they could b a little more comfortable .i like my glasses curved more so they fit nice and snug like my shades do but they are still a very well made pr of glasses.much stronger than my shades.
 
same here i have a pair. i try to hang them on the door handle so i don't forget. i feel they really help my eyes and i don't strain them when i wear the glasses.

or i could just stop looking at my plants so much!! naaahhhh!!! 😆

start of day 28…man she is full in there..gawd omighty 😃.i don’t think I’ve had as many this tall in a grow….I’m going to put it down to not using the mono silic acid every feed.i can’t get the one I want..well I can but they want stupid prices even just to post it.light is just about maxed out too so I might have to reduce the the lumatek down to 450watts if the tops start cooking..I could crop it all but it’s just a lot of muck arsing about .I’d love to have a yo-yo setup in there as I can see those very top branches getting heavy in about 3 weeks time from now… feeds at 600 ph 5.96 .gave them a taste of cannaboost and will start using that in a couple weeks.the 5 litres has lasted me well over 2 years..it’s expensive to buy at around 600 bucks but if you break it down over 10 plus grows it would b bout 50 bucks a grow.that’s not bad.i only use it for 2-3 weeks max…555385F9-3A9D-4417-B336-B2FAFE277D5E.jpeg

Hmmm.i seem to have this occurring problem pop up every now and then and it’s the same scenario..the buds just aren’t filling out ..at all..usually they are dark green but when I check runoff it’s under what I’m giving them.for eg feeding 600ppm runoff was 470ppm ph out is 6.3 6.4..it’s not drinking either when all the others are.if the vpd is out why isn’t it affecting the others..I’m thinking its too much N.the plant doesn’t smell either same as the last one,different strain too…I couldn’t find russet mites last time so I’m a little stumped to what the actual f is going on.the top leaves aren’t all gnarly either like you see with a russet mite infestation…oh I should add the lower buds are usually bigger that the tops.

Yeah she was the first to start budding on day 10 the front left was bout day 15 and the others a little later around day 20 ish .there’s tiny buds towards the top no bigger than the tip of yor baby finger for nearly 3 weeks growth…like I mentioned I have had this problem bout 5 -6 times so far..first signs is the plants darker than the rest .2nd is is poor top bud growth and it will continue right through the grow.3rd sign it’s not drinking so something is up.I’ll take a better closeup pic tonite..
