Sad looking plant vs other what am i doing wrong?

So heres the simple breakdown ive been doing pretty much the exact same everything water temp swap each plant from the fan humidity is good but i did trim a little bit much my one plant looks so sad and lame and the other looks amazing and this is my first grow so idk what to do?
The first plant is the sad one and the second brighter plant is my good one
