SSHZ does B2ACG's Roswell Code and Honey Fried Banana's........

So a few notes.........

I have the lights higher than I normally do.........just trying to avoid any yellowing or light bleaching. About 22-24 inches. Yield may suffer a bit I imagine.

I haven't touched the plants, no spraying or additives of any kind. I do want to do a root wash with Venerate soon:

"Effective Bioinsecticide & Miticide For Broad Spectrum Pest Control On Agricultural Crops In Fields & Greenhouses!

Venerate uses killed cells of the Burkholderia spp. strain A396 and spent fermentation media to control insects in fields and greenhouses. It works within several modes of action: It's toxic when ingested, degrades insect exoskeletons and interferes with the molting process. Any one of those can cause mortality in target pests; but Venerate combines them for maximum control. These modes of action also reduce risk of target insects developing resistance making it effective as part of Insect second week Resistance Management programs.

Venerate offers broad spectrum control against a wide range of foliar feeding insects and plant feeding mites. These include my oldest daughtsaphids, beetles, whiteflies, russet mites, thrips, leafhoppers, stink bugs, lygus bugs and more. It is effective against both adults and nymphs."

I use the above as a flush and Grandevo as a foliar spray but this one only when necessary (not as a preventative). Various breeders I know use these regularly, and they are both very safe. I've used the Grandevo on fully budded plants with no issues. Other than some occasional gnats, I really haven't had any issues the last couple of years.

I'm trying to use less Cal/Mag this grow, and staying around 5ml per gallon. Neither of these strains seems like a heavy user.

I have my nieces wedding in Sept and for the first time ever, I will be putting the lights on timers. I've owned some high quality digital timers for years but have never use them. This will be a first, leaving for 3 days. It won't be this crop though, but the next one and it will be in the second week of flowering. My brother flew to Mexico for my oldest daughter's wedding 10 years ago, I can manage a trip to NJ for him. And I get to see the grandkids for a few days.

I've topped every crop under the led's except 1 or 2 strains that stayed exceptionally short in veg.............I think the stretch is over now, so they are pretty manageable.

Anyone know anything about 12/12 Seed Company.........I just won 2 strains in a contest over at RIU.

8x - Redbag S1 testers (fem)
12x - Tropicana Cookies x Squirt Sak (reg)

I know the RedBag is a Star Dawg hybrid. See below. Only issue is it's a 70-80 day strain.

Uh-oh......RedBag takes 90 days if you start them at 12/12! Read below....

"Redbag is another heavily worked strain which has been carefully selected and bred for 5 generations. The parents in this cross consist of Stardawg and Cherry Diesel and was worked from a pack of Greenpoints ‘Cackleberry’.

RedBag consistently expresses our targeted unique terp profile which is hardly traceable to either of the parents at this point. The terps are describable a complex bouquet of floral notes, flowers, coffee, maple syrup, and shoe polish. Redbag not only packs a heavy punch, but the flavors linger and coat the pallet.
Vertical height and stretch are both very manageable and the finishing time is right around 90 days from seed using the 12/12 from seed method. Yield is outstanding and is one of our largest producers, it will also take a lot of nutrients and has a decent resistance to mold and heat. Expect a very consistent structure, terp profile, and end result with very little variation.
RedBag is the name we have given to a particular expression found in the F1 ‘Cackleberry’ strain, and this expression has been essentially locked-in through 5 generations of selective breeding. There is one other rare variation that will appear as the RedBag with a slight bit of added citrus. Both we consider top shelf.

Its rare in our experience to find a strain that consistently brings high scores in each of our criteria and RedBag checks those boxes. We are certain that Redbag will satisfy even the most picky of connoisseurs and we are very proud of the work we’ve accomplished here."

I saw your name on winners list! I won some too.....I didn't see they took 90days even at 12/12 though!
I plant to run them in the Aircube as soon as current grow finishes up in a few weeks.

Nice.........Most likely I will not be growing these out and will give them away to be used in the monthly contests here.

Remember, that's 90 days starting the seeds under 12/12........... under a regular veg/bloom cycle, it could be way more.

Smell has really come on the last few days, it's starting to worry me.....lol

And the yellowing continues so I've raised the led's again, the 4th time.
