SSHZ does B2ACG's Roswell Code and Honey Fried Banana's........

Looks like B2ACG has removed all his seed offerings from the site..........makes no sense. Went to make a purchase this morning and everything in the last few months seems gone.

I am sure you can still get ahold of him on Facebook or whatever.
Was really convenient having him here.
 
I agree with you.
I really liked what he had to offer and mentioned on my own that my latest favorite strains were from him.
The High Mars and Frozen Cherry are fire. I am looking forward growing the Think Tank I got from him in the spring and I am harvesting my last two Sirius Black seeds that I would buy again in a second from him. Liked the Sirius Black so much got two clones outside and two clones trying to survive in tent.
Good stuff and nice selection, bum deal for sure.
 
I still have at least 10-12 seeds of 9 more strains from him, so I'm in good shape for at least 2 years.........and you can add the Roswell Code as another winner. Chopping tomorrow, here's a few pics, one from each plant.

The Roswell Code was great, plant to plant. They all look and smell the same. Heavily indica, just a relaxing buzz that built as time went on. Bag appeal galore. I bought 10 more seeds of this to keep around.

The HFB's had more variety plant to plant, and the plants that received the most light turned out better than those to the sides. The buds were smaller and not as dense, but only 4 of the 9 have been chopped. Everything will be finished by tomorrow. I haven't smoke the scissor hash yet so I can't speak on the buzz yet.
 
Just tried the HFB............good and more to my liking. It's got a little more head to the buzz. Smoking the Roswell, you cough like crazy since it's so packed with resin. I typically do not cough with the vape, but the Roswell was lung collapsing. I coughed after every single hit. lol This one is a little easier on the body. Both strains are worthy.......

My second crop using everyday UVB (last 3 weeks of flowering)....and although I'm convinced it negatively impacts overall plant health- I strongly believe it's having a positive impact on resin production. I will never grow another crop without it.

I guess what's important here is only use it if the plants are healthy. That way they are able to withstand the negatives. If your plants are unhealthy, I would not bother using the UVB because it will cause a more rapid downfall.
 
Roswell produced 34 oz from 9 plants..........about 3 3/4 oz per. I expect to lose another oz or so as it continues to dry and cure.

The HFB's are still hanging, and I'm going to give them a couple more days since we are getting a lot of rain right now. (high humidity)

For those wondering, I do a final trim up as I'm packaging things up..........so some of the little leaves you still see on bud pic's usually get removed.
 
That's everything in tupperware now. I leave open during the day, seal them up at night. Open and close the next week or so. The 3 to the left the Roswell's, to the right are image.jpgthe Honey Fried Banana's.
 
Probably about 4 1/2 lbs., or a little more when finally all dried.........at about 3 1/2 oz per plant, which is a bit below my norm. Remember, I used to do 24 plants in the room, now I'm down to 18 each crop in my old age.
 
First, I grew the 9 plants in a 4x4 sq ft area, under 1 Gavita LED. No CO2, and a strong inner room fan and exhaust. Plants were very uniform and stayed nicely short with no topping. No feeding the entire grow was above 420ppm, although I watered daily while in flowering. I I ran a dehumidifier in flowering, to keep humidity below 70% at all times. Past that, easy, easy, easy.......no issues or problems other than me hanging the lights too close and some plants towards the center of the showing some light bleaching. I took these to day 61 after a 30 day veg. They were nicely done, I'm assuming if you wanted a stronger knockdown buzz, let them go another 7 days- but these were well done for most of us.

The buzz is nice, and comes on quick after a hit. The buds are not particularly dense or large, just average all around. Still, I got over 3 1/2 oz per plant which is a bit under my average. The buds are spicey and maybe hints of red wine throughout. Bag appeal is top notch A+. Some buds are bit darker than the rest, it's probably a certain pheno but I didn't recognize while growing. So, there is enough head in it for me, but it's definitely relaxing and mellow, perfect for ipad playing and watching some tv/listening to music. It's not an over powering, knock down and drag out indica that will put you out in minutes. But it's strong and long lasting, with a flavor and nose to die for.

I like everything about it.........easy to grow, fun to smoke, with an enjoyable ride. If you want a functional indica, this gets high marks all around. A winner, for sure.

After thought........let's not forget the UVB, which was used the last 3 weeks. More and more, I'm becoming a believer.

And........I feel asleep about an hour after smoking above, although I didn't think I would. lol Just a 30 minute nap, but it did knock me out after all. Lol
