It really is amazing to watch somebody who knows they're lying throw out the okey dokes to keep people distracted by dangerous THC while they plunder the country for personal wealth.
 
Honestly with the ability to grow and create, and the serious lack of trust and morals I have in others the law may have just saved your life in my make lemon aide out of lemons view.
A high schooler was just narcanned up here in NY after falling out.
They were exposed to fentanyl using a THC vape pen.
There are dispensaries on every corner here now like you wouldn't believe.
There is abosolutely no way they are being properly regulated.
I still have never been in a dispensary.
I hope I never need to go in one for more reasons than offering a corrupt state more tax money than I already have to pay them.

Basically there's credited and uncredited and this is where Texas and Oklahoma are getting it so wrong.

Uncredited is black market but uses a brick and mortar business front and also serves to launder money for organized crime.
These stores are all over the Southern US and are disguised as gas stations and head shops. The gas stations have pumps that don't work and the only thing you can really buy inside and is vape shit, K2, weird energy drinks you've never heard of, and cold medicine, usually counterfeit, to make meth. Head shops the same way. Maybe some old dusty glass on a shelf but the big seller is the weird synthetic drugs.
These stores are a serious infestation and they're allowed to operate in the open.
You take THCa from them today, tomorrow they're selling that same cart as a nicotine brand. They really never were selling THC but were selling fenty and saying it was THCa.
As the law moves the goal posts so do they and TBH, it seems like the law looks away unless it absolutely has to get involved.
Even then it just results in a shut down for a few days and reopening under a new name.
Kids go to them because they know id is never checked.

Credited is licensed and certified just like other food & drugs. Lab reports are available and it's adults only with an ID check every visit. This is an industry of thousands of legal and legit jobs and people who genuinely are trying to do the right thing getting people access.

By outlawing and criminalizing all forms and amounts of THC, the laws target the credited and ignore the uncredited and in fact awards the uncredited by eliminating competition.
It's Whack-A-Mole politics really.
Las Vegas has a similar issue with fake dispos preying on tourists but at least there they have the sense to not cast such a broad net and shut down everybody. In Texas and Oklahoma they cast the big net and are so stupid about it, they miss all the bad fish when they do it.

Have not seen k2 in years, but wouldn't surprise it me if it's around somewhere

Yeah the fake mushroom shit is big here too. The shroom heads have been good about telling people to stay away from it. Lots of Kratom because it's the tech bros drug of choice when coke isn't around.
The really weird shit is when I see a QR code for a plug. Like who scans a random qr code off a telephone pole for drugs?

It blows my mind that they are selling Amanita Muscaria Instead of psilocybin. Well I understand that they are federally illegal but this “replacement” is crazy. People can go bonkers on that stuff. Like delusional out of their mind in confusion, madness, insanity. They may as well be selling nightshade. It blows my mind they make illegal the stuff that can’t kill you yet you can go buy poison. They make fun drugs illegal. I don’t consume mushrooms but I used to. I never had the desire to consume mushrooms like Amanita. Why would anyone want that? It’s not even near the same effects as magic mushrooms and this info was figured out when I was like twelve reading about the effects of the stuff I wanted to consume. I went to the library lol. Plants of the Gods etc. there was no internet. It was a lot harder to research but kind of important when consuming mushrooms.

Bottom line is politicians really don't give a flying fuck about any kids or public health.
They follow what the booze lobbyist tells them to do. The booze industry isn't threatened customers turning away from booze and going to gas station heroin. Naw they're afraid we'll quit drinking and just smoke weed so eliminate that competition by lobbying the state.
Rile up the god squad and lie about the dangers of weed so much they become truth. Tell the baptists their kids will go gay if they smoke pot and get them into a frenzy over that.
Weed then once again becomes the Devils lettuce like is here in Texas this morning after 8 years of forward progression and responsible use and distribution.
Ban the weed and funnel the population into using alcohol as their only vise and yeah, never mind all the DWI and alcoholism stuff because remember this was never about public safety.
 
i didn't know some of this went on like this... really sad to hear about. i mean i understand there are bad drugs and bad people in the world, but i wasn't really aware of it being hidden in a packaged product that kids aren't aware whats inside.

I wasn't aware of fuckheads putting fentanyl labeled THC/A vapes if that's really happening which I wouldn't doubt it, that's fucked lol.

I've done fentanyl too made my dick last for 5 hours with some cocaine
(Just being honest, lol)

But I don't advocate anyone just do it and I agree with safe and responsible drug usage wether recreational or medicinal, but there has to be a Balance.
