Having been really uncertain about the hierarchy there, as the first couple bans happened, I was trusting that the people really did leave of their own accord.

It didn’t take long for that to turn into, “something happening here, ain’t exactly clear!

As soon as the badmouthing started, it was obvious what happened.

I’m still puzzled as to what his endgame is???

It reminds me a lot of a divorced couple where one parent is blocking the other from seeing the kids while telling the kids the other parent doesn't want to see them.

When they made the statement about Moe I believed it. The basic story made sense that they removed him as a mod over a dispute with a sponsor & he just said "fuck it" & left. We weren't directly communicating so him just leaving didn't raise any alarm bells. I was in the initial wave of bannings, so it's hard for me to say how I would have responded was I actually there when the mass bans happened, it's harder to explain when it's dozens of people. Hell at this point they're running a locked daily thread where the staff rips on Moe. I would have to think it's pretty obvious at this point something isn't right.

Yeah I don't get his endgame either. He's selling a community. Without people in the community sponsors are going to lose interest fast.
 
Truth always comes to light. Details of the drama or events that led to the rift aside, the simple fact that veteran accounts of contributing users and staff members were being banned for expressing your RIGHT to sign up on and use WHATEVER forum you so damn well choose is what sent the strongest message.

I also don't know @Moe.Red personally, but we have had a few conversations over the 1.5 years or so that I was on the farm and just from seeing his interactions with other users and how helpful, kind, generous he always was you can get an idea of what kind of person someone is. Stark contrast to what we see from Logic and his minions.

1Diesel1 went on an anti-mole rant and advertised free seeds for the members of the site formerly known as TMF for turning in fishing emails. The bait taker in the attack was Dean1964 from Az, and he was really pulling a Willy in tone -- saying he had the goods. Dean's point was "why would one of the world's largest and successful sites care about a bunch of separatist BXXXtndrs." There are still many good folks there and I wish them well ...and far away from us. I'm used to being dejected, delisted and thrown out of much better dives, but come on, we're talking plants here. The irony, the scorn shame shame shame when you play the 'B' scarlet letter game. Installed Surfshark VPN very easily and now I'm no longer banned. My screen name will be Herbalstilskin.
