What can I do with alcohol extracted THC if I don’t want to consume alcohol?

I know, weirdest question ever, but I have a personal reason for not wanting to imbibe any alcohol, but an alcohol extraction seems like the easiest method.

What can I do with an extraction to evaporate all the alcohol and not end up with a tarry mess?

Its gonna be a tar mess when the alcohol is gone. I mix the decarbed tar in butter and make cookies.

I received a Vivosum herbal extraction and decarb machine for christmas from my kids (early exchange).
I suppose it’s easy enough to make oil or butter!

What I want to do most is end up with potent little gummies.
Something with say, 50 to 100 mg thc in a small package.
I’ve not even begun to research the best gummy mix yet.
Cookies are okay, but a few more steps.

IDK, never tried. The way I do it, I'm left with decarbed oil/tar. Since I know the weight, I have a really good idea how much to use per batch of cookie. If I just cooked buds in butter four hours, I wouldn't have a clue.
The way I estimate is amount of tar/oil x 0.80 = estimated thc. 1g oil = 800mg thc = 8 x 100mg cookies. Try to make them all the same size, and test them by eating the biggest one -or smallest if newbie to edibles.

The machine you have sounds alot like the Levo. I have the Levo. I was using it to make my Honey.
You can just let alcohol evaporate of slowly or speed it up with something like a rice cooker[$20].
If you get it down to an ounce of fluid still you won't feel the effects of the alcohol.
If you remove all alcohol you have a tar like mix that you mix with herb,maybe vape, or install into capsule for ingestion.

If gummies are the goal I think you want to use coconut oil as your solvent.
Look at the Levo site and they will have tons of recipes and flavors/mixes you use with the extraction.
These guys have been at it and many people contribute recipes. There are 26 pages~!
It is an art to get the mix right and have a gummy that doesn't fall apart or seem all sappy.
Hard candy is another option.
