This reminds me of that time when I was riding my bicycle and a wasp started chasing me, in my panic to out-run but also swat the wasp I ended up cranking my steering wheel which jammed my tire which launched me off my bicycle and onto a gravel path. It's not libel because it is making defamatory statements about someone. It's defamation by impersonation, but I'm not sure what the legal term would be for that.
