Does anyone have any idea why I have a 27" auto full of large buds and full of mostly cloudy resin and I don't smell hardly any weed?

I have had plants that lost alot of their smell after cut, but it comes back in cure.
Some strains are not loud.
A lot of the genetics today is about bag appeal.
