This will be my grow journal for indoor. Still not sure if I'm gonna try some more outdoor again this year or not. Anyway about me for the new users that may not know me. Just started growing again last January when my state went recreational. Used to grow many a moon before that, guerilla style outdoor. My first venture into the cannabis community was in January as well, but I had lurked off and on across boards prior just reading for tips and stuff. Been smoking it over half my life, helps with a lot of things doctors would rather see me on pills to treat.

I am growing in various types of soils trying to burn through what I have. I will probably run happy frog after all the other stuff is burned up I like the way it plays with my nutrient combo vs the other soils.

My nutrients are Gen Hydroponics Micro, Bloom, Cali magic, and armor SI. Using the "Lucas Method”.

15 liters of water distilled.
5mL armor SI first
15mL calimagic second
22.5-25mL micro third
25-50mL bloom fourth
pH to 6.3-6.5.
Water in 1 liter of solution per plant.

Grown under a ViparSpectra ks5000 at 100% power, hanging about 16 inches above canopy.

Veg tent

Feeding today

5 liter distilled water
1.25 mL armor SI
5 mL calimagic
5 mL gh micro
10 mL gh bloom

These lazy bikers had a little vpd issues and drought stress. The ones on the right stayed in solo cups too long. They'll bounce back though.


Here are some of my contest winning seeds, starting with 4 fems.

Durban Thai x c99 bros grimm from sshz
Cocoa nibbles (I've dubbed cocoa nipples) rare dankness from sshz
Afterglow Irie Genetics from mysticepipedon
Gelato from b2acg

Again, vpd issues and temp issues.... was colder than cold for a while they pulled thru though with only a dehumidifier for heat in their space of the basement

Here are the two sf-600's I'm running, for a grand total of a whopping 150watts. Do pretty good for veg though, had 1 in here prior and it was full wall to wall, pretty neat that it was capable of sustaining that.


Soon to be added to the circle of fems I got a super glazed haze from old sogs cabinet of curiosities. I'll get a pic when she breaks ground.

@GrumpAzz Yea kinda doin a heads up with them a bit. I'll try to get a pic later and maybe I'm tripping but the cocoa nibbles and the Durban thai x c99 which both have c99 in them, really share some similar leaves. You can really see it in the 3 finger leaves before the first 5 finger ones. The gelato is squatty which I dig from that. The afterglow has taken off well, she may be the biggest one....I plan to clone each before I flower them. They will be in the next flower run ideally. Then keep them in the veg tent until the smoke report is in, to see if any see a 2nd run.

Excited to store a lot of these seeds and pop them over the years. I'm just getting started in my grow journey, and got ambitions to start playing around with the genetics eventually. I had pretty good success on germination with bag seed I never stored properly at all, every seed I've ever bought or got from a real pack has germinated. So I feel like if I store these properly I'll have high success 5-10 years from now.

It's like spanking your kids or something...a horrible feeling but sometimes they need it. The more I grow in succession the more I wanna beat the crap outta these children just to see if I can cross the line

Super glazed haze just breaking through the soil, actually trying out this Bio Biz I got from Moe. Seedlings really seem to dig it. All four of the contest girls started in it as well.

Little midweek update on the contest beans and the super glazed haze.

Super glazed haze sprouted...so far she's a leggy broad... probably got it too far from the light but I'll move it closer over the next week ish as it adjusts to the light

Topped the other 4 from the contest yesterday and watered them some this morning. Getting ready to turn up the growth now

Little bit of leaf twist going on with the gelato...may try to feed all plants a lighter feeding....we bit of tip burn on the left one and the bottom most one

I believe sshz was saying they don't yield all that well or veg slow so I'm gonna keep my eye on this one and look back and see if I can find what info he has. So far she is outpacing everything else....so maybe, just maybe I lucked out and got a good one

Liking the full tent, trying to beat out the 2 plant 15oz harvest I pulled around Xmas. I think it'll happen I just don't know by how much. This will tell me if I go back to bigger plants and potsize or stick around where I am now for a bit longer. Thanks for stopping in.

Some yellowing but it is week 7 so about 10 or 12 more days of feeding them water only. She'll be fine I reckon

Found my keeper bud lol, this one must've got pinched a little late...it's a 2 headed bud lol

Smells just like last run, looking good I'm not sure how yield will be im optimistic but I'm seeing alot of lower trash I couldn't really get to with the net that I hope plumps up over the next 21-28 days.

Trying to find my ideal potsize, up in the air on if flowering more in 3 and 2 gallons will be better than just a few in bigger pots...shall see

I'm gonna try my best to set it aside and get a trimmed picture of it. Only weird tops I've seen are like fox tailed, but I've probably harvested less than 100 plants lifetime so not the biggest sample size.

Wonder if this is sort of like late fimming? Or late topping id suppose...fim usually results in 3....from my understanding which i barely understand hah

Thanks dude I was also a week off so that speeds things up went from week 5 to week 6 in about 30 seconds of looking at a calendar lol

I went 9 weeks last grow on these...was gonna try to make it 10 on a couple this time just to see if I can up the couch lock some. Shit may look pretty tired by then

Rounding out week 7 heading into week 8. Cutting my nutes back. I had actually doubled my cal mag from 1ml per liter to 2ml per liter but it didn't help the yellow and minor spotting. Home stretch though now so it's cool .

May as well list out the feed so I can look back on it later
Previously - 30ml calmag, 22.5 mL micro, 45 mL bloom over 15 liters of distilled water.

Today - 15ml calmag, 20ml micro, 40ml bloom

Will continue to dial it back over this week and water the last week.

A little dark but you can see this plant is having trouble supporting itself, I'll take blame on this I vegged these long and tall and didn't spread them out or do any real training

Just noticed I thumbed this pic whoops. Ok starting at the more yellow plant where my thumb is then going clockwise we have Afterglow, cocoa nibbles, gelato, Durban Thai x c99...that durban thai has has crinkly leaves for a while now I may try giving her a lighter feeding to see how she responds

Upped the pot today on the super glazed haze, the new precious her bottom leaf got hungry so it's time
Here's to hoping she is easy and not temperamental

Veg tent these fuckers on the right are about tittie high, yea I said it...and they're about to get chopped in half to knock them down even with the contest plants on the left. Make a few clones with the tops and if they don't make it so be it....or ill flower a couple if they make it with the contest plants here in about 2 weeks
