Wasn't a loser till I was... damnit... it's all good.

Yeah as a substitute you always go last, I substitute for the entire league not just one team. I just couldn't make that commitment this year.

I used to play real steady like almost everyday two legs a week plus Tuesday mornings at a senior center League it just got to be too much, and stop being fun.

So now the league calls me and others substitutes when they need a players extra so I just end up kicking their ass part time and I always have to go last so my shooting goes cold. Hard to win 4 games against some of them.

One of my buddies is the grand poobah (I forget the real title) at the local Moose Lodge. The only stuffed Moose I've seen in there is the taxidermy mounts. I can't wait to see him and tell him his Lodge ain't shit if they don't have the stuffed mascot.
 
Tried to get a rise out of my buddy over the big mascot, but he didn't bite. HGe said they got rid of an extra moose mount that they could have offered your Lodge and said the only stuffed Moose they have are "Tommy Moose" that they donate to first response departments to give to kids in car wrecks, house fires, etc.

They have real dead one on the wall , they have it somewhere i remember seeing it . The moose Lodge has two teams that play in our league.
I'm not a member, although I should be they got some of the biggest TVs in town

With everything you have going on, I don't know how you find spare time. Any idea what kind of wood that beam is? You guys have big ass cedar out there, don't you?

Good luck with the halibut. I love eating those, but have to buy it frozen around here.

Hemlock glue lam beams, there's 2, there pretty common....

Yep pretty big Trees all around...we took some older cedar & for off our property last summer. It was always dark and wet.

I remember that photo. Great shot with the pups out on the logs. Bummer on the slow fishing. Sometimes we just have to put in some time to pay our dues to the fishing gods.

no sir, not yet. i know some that have though. @ninjadip bought his chiller from there i believe?

it used to be an all china site but it says US shipping for it.

i'm almost all done paying out my expenses right now.. car insurances, tags, inspections, home owners insurance, business insurance.. all that shit due within two months of each other.. fuckers!!! if i have $150 left over i'm buying one. i budgeted a bunch for the cars themselves and the only thing i had to replace was a sway bar link like $6 so i'll have extra from that.

i'm still dumping in an ice pack three times a day... PITA!!!!

Alright I'll give it a try . I didn't want to be the guinea pig....

Tired of packing water buckets. It gets to the point to where I just want to get it over with, watering that is.
And the frustration of packing the water and being tired from it, I just want to get through it and I don't get a chance to spend any real time on the plants other than just water.
So yeah a chiller is next on my to find list.

I have gotten crazy amounts of stuff from AliExpress like this DeWalt impact driver a lot cheaper than i ever expected

I've gotten two chillers from there, a huge humidifier i can pipe into the grow tent with a 3" dryer duct, cool ass mario hat for $2, a migswitch flash cart that lets me play roms on my unmodded switch, vinyl wrap, the list goes on and on

If you know exactly what you want it's great, just takes a little extra time. Usually free shipping if over $10

Nice! I'm sure it's on your list, replace the packaged hosing with solid black 1/2" tubing to block all light.

Edit, highly recommend to give the thing at least 4 inches on all sides to breathe and vent correctly

Thanks man! it was not on my list. But it is now. Probably gonna run it form outside the tent along with the res for space.
It's all up in the air when it comes to set up. It's a new way to me. Well I know what it's supposed to do are kinda do...🤨😎

Oh oh yes, i learned the hard way, do not let any solution sit longer than a day in there without being used.

Between runs, make sure to cycle with bleach and clean water and then blow all the water out with air. This will prevent any nasty shit growing in there when not in use

i could tell by the photo it was a bigger unit than i got. my system is 25 gal and the chiller i got is for 42 (claiming) i only need to drop 3 or 4 degrees for like 3 or 4 months of the year. hoping it does the job and lasts long enough for a few seasons.

i could tell by the photo it was a bigger unit than i got. my system is 25 gal and the chiller i got is for 42 (claiming) i only need to drop 3 or 4 degrees for like 3 or 4 months of the year. hoping it does the job and lasts long enough for a few seasons.

With the soft sided res is going to make me warmer than I'll want in my shop, it's been awhile now it's been over 70 in there, for a little bit more , I feel if it works it won't hurt. The other one was 350 for a 1/10 so WTH.

How you have everything insulated will make it's job easier for sure. You should be ok

i'd like to hold 69-70° i think i'm at 72.8 right now and i have an ice pack in there... from what i understand 69° provides the most amount of dissolved oxygen possible. but i also believe the difference between 69 and 71 degrees isn't much of a difference at all in O2 level. but i figure every bit gotta count. idk.. i'm still learning as you see...

i'm really hoping so... i saw a big temp difference in doing that so i think the chiller should have no problem.

do you use a second pump just for the chiller? or do you use your recirc pump?

i was just wondering due to heat.. a second pump even more heat.. i have my recirc pump located outside my rez to keep heat down, can't imagine how warm it would be if the pump was inside!!

but adding heat from a pump will cause the chiller to run more. i wonder if it could be set up as a siphon with no pump at all?
