you should see they have "texas" edition trucks there.. they have their own badges on them and everything!!! not sure whats in the kit.. probably a heavy duty AC and a bigger trans cooler!! hehehe
it turned out nice man, no runs or masking bleed at all!! i got lucky!! i almost went with the color change flip flop paint.. i'm gonna pick up another body when they have a big sale, i'll go flip flop on that one!!!
hahahaha yeah i did... well hey if you only grew weed i would never ask... for all i know you picked up a couple orange trees to make your own juice!!! hahaha
i really like TMS and Michigan a lot man, but there's just something awesome about short track racing that just gets my juices flowing!!!! and bristol night race is king!!!! seeing a race there is so incredible man... you sit at the same angle as the cars so you kind of look through the cars instead of down on top.. i am so freakin happy they ditched the dirt race there!!!!!!
man i almost missed check in on saturday night.. i was behind on dvr about 100 laps and with 100 to go i went oh snap i almost forgot, i clicked on my phone and there were only 7 laps left!!!! close one!!!
very sweet man, glad to hear work went smooth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
is that the same one Zen's son has?
I think it's the same printer. There's the A1 and A1 mini. Mini is a 10x10x10 build volume.
If you need any parts off my Max Neo lemme know.
If not, it will be recycled rather soon.
Man, those Texas branded trucks are cringe around here. I'm thinking you guys are probably seeing King Ranch F150s?
Sorry if I offend anybody with this take, but those trucks are for the carpetbaggers and fake ass cowboys & politicians. Like I fully expect somebody like Ted Cruz to be driving one of those things around Houston.
One thing that sucks about Texas are the stereotypes so when people come here to live they do the following things to fit in:
Buy and wear a cowboy hat in the city. Real cowboys wear baseball style hats unless they're on a horse. Other exception is being in the desert.
Women will buy and wear cowboy boots with skirts & dresses. Don't do this ladies. It looks like the floods came and you had to run and the only thing you had time to grab were the boots. Wear cowboy boots with jeans.
The truck and this is the tricky one because you have to decide...Are you a cowboy or tech bro. If unsure, have you listened to Joe Rogan lately? If the answer is yes, Cybertruck, Rivian, or Jeep Gladiator. No? King Ranch F150. If you're Hispanic, Chevy Silverado preferably with an airbrush mural of that same Silverado on the tailgate. 3rd option is lifted Ram with wheel lights, chassis lights, roll bar & brush guards with lights, and not a spec of dirt. Even better is when Ram guys change the letters around to read WAR. Look under the rear and that's who also has truck nuts hanging from the hitch.
It's weird and truck culture in Texas overall is weird.
But gotta admit, I kinda wanna do the same thing as ram guy with my Tacoma but drop some letters and just make it say Taco.
It was a nice weekend for collecting points!!!
I'm still on every streak except for Cup and crossed over the 10K mark. 10,115 as of this morning.
I'm starting to sort my favorite tracks and some are for the racing and some for the city or area.
COTA and Watkins Glen are top in RC
I really like Atlanta, Homestead Miami, and Darlington.
Kansas, Michigan, Vegas, and Nashville are kinda in the same bracket for me.
Texas is just pure all out baddass speed. I've never seen cars go as fast as I have there. That area is considered it's own city within Fort Worth and it's called No Limits, Texas. That speed on track lives up to that name.
Bristol and Martinsville are really growing on me and becoming faves. I also like them because you like them!
Seriously as I try to understand racing there's some tracks I was like "whatever" with all the nostalgia but after a while I was like "I don't really get it but if Y'all like it and are happy then I'm happy too." And I just try to get it then like Saturday night I was like "Oh yeah, so now I get it!"
Richmond is meh along with Sonoma. I really wanna like Richmond but damn boring racing and half empty seats would have me find another track if I was NASCAR. Sure enough, Richmond lost a race. Now there's regret. IDC, as long as there's racing at COTA, my butt will be there because I want that race to stay here!
Dega and Daytona are cool for the venue but the racing is a slow burn until the end with the Big Ones peppered in to keep it on the edge and crazy dangerous. Not my fave but not the worst. The worst would have to be The Clash in LA.
Street races are just one off cool IMO. As long as it's a cool city and they make it a racing festival I have no complaints. More fans the better and those races get new fans.
Yeah I was just breaking your ball on the greenhouse.
Decent rig for a Miracle Grow!
I'll use it for growing weed but will also use it for Winter protection for some special plants and starts I have growing for the landscape.
Always nice when the wifey surprises us!
Welcome to Bambu Labs
Now I can steal your prints with little to no changes.
I haven’t used it in months but picked up a spool of petg and petg-cf the other day when I took my son to the computer store.
First print was last night. Should be done by 5am.

He’s got a bunch of extra/spare parts now like the rubber(?) boot that goes over the nozzle.
Best of luck with the new toy. Look forward to seeing what you come up with.
We printed the four spool holder but had to buy the feed motors. Cheaper to print it. Now there is an updated version you can print.
Oh yeah plenty of silicone boots and nozzles are on the shopping list!
Is this what your slicer looks like?
I was pretty high when I uploaded it and after I moved a project over to it, between the THC and my ADHD, my brain shut down and said nope, not right now.
It's far more advanced than my creality slicer but I'm clear headed right now and am able to figure some of it out. Still fucking with my ADHD but I'm getting thru it. Just takes time.
I'd say 90% of my projects are from nothing since they don't exist so I have to create them then move to a slicer.
That project is a turnbuckle for an adjustable trellis.
I haven't even looked at the other stuff from the Bambu program.
Doesn't take much for me to get information overload with this stuff and make it harder than it should be.
IDK if I coulda started with the bambu. It's like I needed the Tina2 kid printer for my initiation, creality to know what I was doing, and now the bambu to fully unlock the potential. ADHD has fought me every single step of the way
Wife did real good.
I had about 4 options I was looking at but I let her know the Bambu was ahead of the Prusa and both were ahead of another that was really wild and had so many features but I was concerned it would be another that died too soon. Prusa was the same price but only a 7x7x7 build volume.
I thought I was destined for the A1 mini but she splurged on the bigger one.
I'm not even gonna try to make this thing and will just ask for it around Xmas lol. I think it's a $360 upgrade in the USA and that's like the price of a whole other printer!
Man youre gonna love it. I hated all 3 enders I had, I had the same exact issues you're saying you had.
Fix one thing for another to break, prints great for 10-15 minutes and then fails. Im super happy with my Elegoo centauri carbon, I just wish it had the multi feed capability.
Sometimes I wonder if there is a virus or malware in my creality giving it a self destruct option.
I've seen others on reddit where it seems to be a thing nobody can figure out.
Also looks like Creality is #1 in dumpster find printers. Lots of "I found this printer, what is it?" threads and the first thing I see is a creality logo. Like they have a 3 year life span and give up.
Some issues just didn't make sense.
I pretty much Dr. Frankenstein'ed the entire hot end to get it working. I feel like it's something small but there's been some times I think it's the motherboard.
Oh and the extruder. I think it's shot too IDK. I get the sense it was made to fail so I have to buy the Sprite upgrade which also requires an upgrade to the motherboard. It's like either go down this rabbit hole of buying parts or bail and get into a different brand, hopefully more reliable on the long run
Not the best color but the best choice for what they had in stock.

So far the petg has printed threads much better than the other filaments we’ve tried.

Elegoo and Sunlu are the best so far.
I use PETG the most so that's goo to know.
Creality got an E for effort on prints with threads but they never came out clean and perfect but usable most times.
