7 weeks in Flower
White Truffles is a huge plant, it dwarfs it's sister plant next to it,
In the same pot but much much smaller.
She was a week or two behind and never got going like the other one.
I would not put two plants in the same pot again.
How big would she have gotten if no other plant was fighting for space and nutes.
It's huge with many shoots off the main staulks.
Lots of colas and flowers climibing up to them.
I am almost in awe! I try to seperate branches, scared of mold appearing but nope none so far.
I used garden poles to keep back the "bush" from over growing the other plants.
It's a light and space hog.

The pot is a XL 6.6 gallon and gets smaller towards the bottom that ends round not square.
The nute mix for this week is 1/1/1/2 +1/4 tsp, KB dry but might give it 2/2/2/4 instead
cause I screwed up the last batch and gave it 5 wk nutes instead of 6 wk nute schedule.
Light is down to 85%

Not sure if I posted these pic's before.
Hard to see but I lightened them up some.
I think there is a black one but not sure it could be a very dark tabby.
I don't bother them, this is only the 2nd time I have looked in.
No touchy either.Once they start to walk around I will check them out for sex and cuteness haha.
No names either. No attackments and we have a person that will take one or two to a farm.
Daughter is taking one too. So maybe only one left. That black one better not get to me hahahha.
These two are from when they were first born.
These are today 6 days old

Here are some shots of the cola's size in my hand for reference.
I forgot which is which, first 2 are Runtz then Sun Daze Haze and last is Tangi-Dream I think but for sure Runtz is first one.
I was on that side of the room cleaning up some more leaves.
I gotta get SDH next it is over grown with leaves, gonna be a bitch or clean up after harvest.
The flowers crawl up the stalks and everything is getting heavier.
So far so good always on the lookout for problems. But there are no problems!!! Amazing!!! (Knock on Wood)

Week 8 (Tues.) is almost here but I'll be busy with doctor that day. (colonoctomy)
Bored so thought I would take some plant pic's.
Everything is going smooth here.
I've lowered the light down to 75% because the par was too high for the tallest cola's.
Raised it a bit also. It's about 900 now at the tops.
I did not use my Red's or UV's this time, I guess I'm a bit lazy, gettin old.
Nutes at 1/1/1/2 + .5 tsp KB + 2.5 tsp DN
I keep the PH @ 6.7 the whole run.
They are still drinking heavy.
Some of the plants are super leafy and I take a handfull out almost every time I'm in there.
RH runs from 38 to 55% when it gets as high as 55 the humidifier kicks in and starts to lower it.
Lately it's hovering around 44% with no mold problem at all.
Never had to turn on the larger 8" fan so that's good.
Weather is breaking to milder temps so I've turned down the heater.
Keeping the room at about 82f in daytime and it drops to 72f @ night.
Exhaust fan was set to lvl 2 24/7 the whole run and intake fan was off most of the time.
I have a system of getting the rez tanks as low as possible before switching nute mix.
Never had to dump or wash out the tanks yet.
Runtz is rockin' it with the biggest frostiest buds so far.
It will be the first one to harvest for sure, maybe even next week .
They are all looking sweet, I'm just waiting for them to bulk up baby.

Oh My!!!
I had my colonoctemy and later that night after wifet went to bed, I was relacing.
The CO2 alarm went off, I checked the gas stove nada so checked the batteries nada.
Lights were off in the room and my monitor read high CO2 (1800+) in there and it should not be above 6-700.
Pulled the CO2 monitor off and took out battiers that I replaced that did not stop the bing bing bing.
Finally stopped it. But why did it go off?
I got a flash light to check the cellar. After a bit I seen the problem, the drier vent hose came off and I was using it so
all that lint and moist air went into the cellar setting off the CO2 , dam.
I had to move the washer to get to the drier to hook it back p before a cat got in there.
Done but broke the knob on the washer dam.
Next morning went down to straighten out things and happened to look into this box we set up for Sugar Buddy to have her kittens.
Whoa!!!! I yelled at wifey to come look at 4 kittens in there!!!
We checked upstairs cause we thought she moved them. Nope her kittens were there with her.
Then who were these kittens?? They looked a week old. wtf
Put the camera in there to spy and see if mother comes to feed them.
Yep Bella had kittens Oh My!!!!
2 Tabbies and 2 Tuxido's that was a surprise. Ghost does have a white spot on his chest.

8 now and I'm pretty sure Cissy is preggy too.
Then today a minute ago I went upstairs to look at Sugar's babies and one was Black and very fuzzy, Oh My.

I got barely enough smoke till the next batch is ready.

Not for long, these cats will go fast, everyone loves kittens.
At least they born in stages so will have a month between givaways.
I should put $50 on that black long hair one. It's got grey toes I think.
Then if no one buys I can keep lol no way!
But it is cute.
KK gettin fixed soon, making the appointment this week.
Ghost is next unless we capture him first.
Of course I wish I did it sooner but had no idea they could produce so soon.
I think the tabbies are maybe 5-6 months old as we got them twins when they were 8-10 weeks old.

Momma cat looks peaceful with her babies, a pretty girl. Very cool, I kinda envy that a bit, we haven't had kittens around for years and years. We got our 3 boys when they were between 6 months and a year old. With the way they are multiplying you could have more before this latest batch is grown and gone.

Do you think Ghost is daddy cat for all of them? better get him fixed fast, hes found his groove and that could get to be expensive feeding his brood.

I bred Persian cats and Labrador Retrievers.
I love having puppies and kittens.
I ended up at one point with 5 labs.
I miss my dogs.
Got one cat now.

I think they can go out the door at about 7-8 wks but I'll have to check on that.
Sugar's are at least 2 weeks old, try to get a pic of that black one if I can.
We'll be fine, it's just the shock of it all lol.
If we get Ghost and Kow Kat then we're golden. $1000 poofff !!
Have not contacted the SPCA yet, they don't answer their phones ya gotta leave a msg.
Too many things going on here with doctors appts and stuff.
Without a car makes it soooo much harder, taxi's are costing us too much and don't take cards so gotta have cash on hand.
I gotta find out if uber or lift takes a card.

Getting some light and air down in there.
Very dense which scares me. I got the big fan running in the daytime now.
Light is @ 73% RH=43% and I cut the time by 15 mins so 7: 45 is lights out and also made sunset 20 mins instead of 15.
Nute mix is 1/1/1/2 + .5 tsp. per gal + 2ml Diamond Nectar.
I put in the last mix this morning. The plants are starting to slow down intake.
Next feed is plain ph water after the tanks go down to the last gallon.
That will probably be at the 9 wk mark.
The lower buds on WT where they don't get the max light are a bit fluffy, the uppers are nice and hard.
I was looking at tri's today and very good so far but Runtz is exceptional.
Thanks but I'm just following as best I can at what you do.
My last grow with Apollo was very good, still smoking it, but this one is finishing much better with lots more tri's.

Hey, tip Dirtbag told me a while back was an old Tobacco growers trick to add 10ml/gal epsom salts/gal, at the end, its supposed to help the plant material burn better and cleaner, giving the joints a whiter ash. I've done it many times but I can't really tell one way or the other. My joints ash does look pretty clean but without a sample of what it would be like without the added Epsom salts how can I tell. He was /is a pretty good grower so I listened. With the AP's I've been adding it to clean water the last 2-3-4 days while I'm chopping my plants.

I decided to check the buds with a scope.
They are all looking better than ever before, lots of sparkely tri's.
Then I checked Sun Daze Haze and wow, she's more than ready to chop!
I was spoting amber all over the place. Not gonna wait and chopped her.
I was hoping to let some plain water run thru for a week or two but guess not.
Hung her up and started to deleaf, she got a ton of leaves.
Took a few quick picks but could not get the amber tri's to show much.
I cut her up and will hang in a drying basket tomorrow.
I double checked the others and they are ok and looking so good
I think they will be ready in a week or less but who knows.

I'll throw in some plain water into the tanks in the morning.
They are down to a gallon each of the weak nute mix, 1/1/1/2 + KB + DN

Thanx for that recipe PC, along with the GH change really helped me out.

I want to thank everyone that sent me the seeds for this grow, it turned out spectacular!

I'm tired and my back hurts and I'm gonna light one up and I'm outta here.

I've looked at doing a loop there and back but she'd be a lot of driving over a short period of time and it would take a week with 3 days one way and 3 the other with our 3 cats in with us....lol small Kia and 1 shit box in the back....maybe not...lol

Ah the drying part was in my head for the last week and I got nothing. haha
I got a 35" x 24" x 64" tent and maybe some how make space just outside the room, moving some shelves and stuff
but then there is the problem of exhaust. I just seen an AC two into one 6" pipe fitting for about $40 but idk that's a ton of work.
My cellar temp runs around 67f with an RH of 37, I'm thinking of putting up a plastic drop cloth to seperate a nook out and run a small
steamer on low with a small 4" fan. That might solve my problem. I am currently usiing a big roll of it underneath the plant to catch the leaves
and just now as I'm typing this thought of this idea lol.

I'll be bring up the plant today to finish trim then I'll figure out what to do.
When all the plants are down I will use the grow room to finish the drying.

Thing I liked about this grow, it was easier than the last grow which was the easiest ever.
Apollo was great but I probably needed a bunch more stuff for the finish that I didn't do.
This time the finish was much better with more tri's.
If Runtz smokes as good as it looks I'll be growing that again.
Also I am pretty sure I'll be investing in those larger pots, XL 6.6 gal.

Monday is D Day for them pesky balls!
We are diving in full force to find funds or I'll take the hit on my cards.
Either way both going to get snipped.
I hope I can catch that Ghost. I got a plan that worked before.
Hear him into the bathroom and use a blanket to cover catch then put him in the carrier overnight till he goes in.
I do have a large dog cage that was used by my grandson for Sky, I kept it, it might be used to cage Ghost overnight.
I need one of those neck snares for wild animals lol. idk how I'm gonna do it but it will get done or he has got to go.
Sugars kits are almost 3 weeks old, I just read a female cat can go into heat cycle a week after having kittens WHOLLY CARAP!!!!!!!

SDH is all trimmed as best I can and I put the branches in a round hanging drying net in the cellar.
I got a fan blowing indirect and steamer on low to see if I can pick up the dryness a bit.
Buds looked good but there was some larf on the lowers. I didn't expect that much cause of the sidelights.
I gotta think of a better way to mount them some how and I put them in late.
Took some pic's of the bud.
Don't know why that one pic is blue, clouds maybe orrrrr it's Breaking Bad bud.
One down 4 to go. Looks like another week or two
