Momma cat looks peaceful with her babies, a pretty girl. Very cool, I kinda envy that a bit, we haven't had kittens around for years and years. We got our 3 boys when they were between 6 months and a year old. With the way they are multiplying you could have more before this latest batch is grown and gone.

Do you think Ghost is daddy cat for all of them? better get him fixed fast, hes found his groove and that could get to be expensive feeding his brood.

What's wierd is we didn't know when they had them (Bella and also Sugar)
They must have been a a few days old when we found them.
The black one is Sugar's and at first look it looked like a Ghosty kind of kitty.
The other 4 of Bella's are 2 Tabbies and 2 Tuxedo's and Ghost does have a small white spot on his chest.
He must have a Tux in his parent hood I guess. I've seen one around and also a big black cat used to come around too.

So 8 kittens but a few weeks to a month or so apart, that gives us time to find forever homes.
I think they can go out the door at about 7-8 wks but I'll have to check on that.
Sugar's are at least 2 weeks old, try to get a pic of that black one if I can.
We'll be fine, it's just the shock of it all lol.
If we get Ghost and Kow Kat then we're golden. $1000 poofff !!
Have not contacted the SPCA yet, they don't answer their phones ya gotta leave a msg.
Too many things going on here with doctors appts and stuff.
Without a car makes it soooo much harder, taxi's are costing us too much and don't take cards so gotta have cash on hand.
I gotta find out if uber or lift takes a card.

I was just down picking off some leaves from WT.
Getting some light and air down in there.
Very dense which scares me. I got the big fan running in the daytime now.
Light is @ 73% RH=43% and I cut the time by 15 mins so 7: 45 is lights out and also made sunset 20 mins instead of 15.
Nute mix is 1/1/1/2 + .5 tsp. per gal + 2ml Diamond Nectar.
I put in the last mix this morning. The plants are starting to slow down intake.
Next feed is plain ph water after the tanks go down to the last gallon.
That will probably be at the 9 wk mark.
The lower buds on WT where they don't get the max light are a bit fluffy, the uppers are nice and hard.
I was looking at tri's today and very good so far but Runtz is exceptional.
Thanks but I'm just following as best I can at what you do.
My last grow with Apollo was very good, still smoking it, but this one is finishing much better with lots more tri's.

Hey, tip Dirtbag told me a while back was an old Tobacco growers trick to add 10ml/gal epsom salts/gal, at the end, its supposed to help the plant material burn better and cleaner, giving the joints a whiter ash. I've done it many times but I can't really tell one way or the other. My joints ash does look pretty clean but without a sample of what it would be like without the added Epsom salts how can I tell. He was /is a pretty good grower so I listened. With the AP's I've been adding it to clean water the last 2-3-4 days while I'm chopping my plants.

I've looked at doing a loop there and back but she'd be a lot of driving over a short period of time and it would take a week with 3 days one way and 3 the other with our 3 cats in with us....lol small Kia and 1 shit box in the back....maybe not...lol

Ah the drying part was in my head for the last week and I got nothing. haha
I got a 35" x 24" x 64" tent and maybe some how make space just outside the room, moving some shelves and stuff
but then there is the problem of exhaust. I just seen an AC two into one 6" pipe fitting for about $40 but idk that's a ton of work.
My cellar temp runs around 67f with an RH of 37, I'm thinking of putting up a plastic drop cloth to seperate a nook out and run a small
steamer on low with a small 4" fan. That might solve my problem. I am currently usiing a big roll of it underneath the plant to catch the leaves
and just now as I'm typing this thought of this idea lol.

I'll be bring up the plant today to finish trim then I'll figure out what to do.
When all the plants are down I will use the grow room to finish the drying.

Thing I liked about this grow, it was easier than the last grow which was the easiest ever.
Apollo was great but I probably needed a bunch more stuff for the finish that I didn't do.
This time the finish was much better with more tri's.
If Runtz smokes as good as it looks I'll be growing that again.
Also I am pretty sure I'll be investing in those larger pots, XL 6.6 gal.

Monday is D Day for them pesky balls!
We are diving in full force to find funds or I'll take the hit on my cards.
Either way both going to get snipped.
I hope I can catch that Ghost. I got a plan that worked before.
Hear him into the bathroom and use a blanket to cover catch then put him in the carrier overnight till he goes in.
I do have a large dog cage that was used by my grandson for Sky, I kept it, it might be used to cage Ghost overnight.
I need one of those neck snares for wild animals lol. idk how I'm gonna do it but it will get done or he has got to go.
Sugars kits are almost 3 weeks old, I just read a female cat can go into heat cycle a week after having kittens WHOLLY CARAP!!!!!!!

SDH is all trimmed as best I can and I put the branches in a round hanging drying net in the cellar.
I got a fan blowing indirect and steamer on low to see if I can pick up the dryness a bit.
Buds looked good but there was some larf on the lowers. I didn't expect that much cause of the sidelights.
I gotta think of a better way to mount them some how and I put them in late.
Took some pic's of the bud.
Don't know why that one pic is blue, clouds maybe orrrrr it's Breaking Bad bud.
One down 4 to go. Looks like another week or two

I see my iphone gets in now so all fixed up.

Plain water in the tank now and I got all 4 pots on 1 tank now.

The buds in the hanging drier are doing well now that the steamer is pumping moisture in the vicinity.
The Temp is 66-67f and RH, in the cellar area that I have sectioned off a bit with curtains, is 56 so pretty good.

The others are a week away with light @ 70% RH 47%
I also reset Sunrise/Sunset to 20 min from 15 min. about a week ago.
I reduce the time lights on by 15 mins, so they off at 7:45pm instead of 8pm

Between the light and the GH products and PC's nute schedule, made it easy peasy for me.
Can't wait to smoke some of dat Runtz.
The only curiousity was the White Truffle's.
Each time I plant one it come up a dif plant haha.
Last one looked all white with small buds like cotton, then this grow I got a giant bush for one seed
and the other seed next to it, in the same pot, same strain (WT) but dif plant all together and neither looked like the first WT.
I've had that happen to me a few grows ago with another seed from QC seeds.
I think quality control issues but I liked and enjoyed the smoke anyways lol.

Researching "Ten Lives Club" not to good reviews but they will take the mothers and babies too.
So basicaly they said they would take all and give them shots and a chip and find a home for all.
But untill they do the cats and kittens stay there prob in cages ugg.
The other option is "Diamonds in the Ruff" team that finds foster homes for them untill they get a perment forever home.
I am emailing them as I think they are the best alternative.
Oh boy am I feeling it for these cats. My daddy head is going nuts and I want to keep them hahaha.
I get a feeling in the pit of my stomach and almost sick at the thought so I have to make sure it's legit and ok for them.
I had to take some pic's of them to send in an email, here they are.

They said they (10 Lives Club) could take the baby kittens at 4 weeks and that would be ok uh!! I don't think so.
I believe 7-8 weeks 2 weeks after they are weened is what I read, So I have a problem with 10 lives.

Well I’m getting exceptional tri s, really good growth and no problems during the grow.
I did raise the Bloom to 10ml for a week, other than that I followed the plan all through the grow.

Yes with all of our growing experience and growing beauties for 4 months we can fk it all up because we can't hit the parameters to properly drying the shit. Your wine cooler is probably the best location I'd think if you can keep the RH steady and temp down. My shit still over dried in my drying box but its smoke able. it just looses all the smell sometimes.

Don' get attached to the little fuzz balls, lol....Pot Growing Cat daddy...could be a good online moniker . I have my 3 boys eyeballing me now for their morning treats..

I bought 2 sm 1 oz Cvaults and they are great but the price on them is 2-3x more than they were just a few months ago. I bought 2 sm cheapo versions of Cvaults and they suck but are okay for a weeks worth to haul out and keep in. I'm looking so if you come across something to store 1/4 lbs or?? in or....what do you use?

Can you hang them in the shower for a few days?

We have a second bathroom in the basement I use mist if the time. It’s easier to control the humidity in there too. I add hot water to the sink if it’s low. I also put a clip fan in there just to blow a light breeze throughout the shower. I had an extra spring loaded bar I put across the middle, just above the shower head.


I’ve also cut branches and put them in a hanging dry bag on the shower bar. But most times I hang the whole plant with the help of a metal coat hanger.

I bought 2 sm cheapo versions of Cvaults and they suck but are okay for a weeks worth to haul out and keep in. I'm looking so if you come across something to store 1/4 lbs or?? in or....what do you use?

I still use mason jars but when they run out I use the larger jars with the hinge and rubber seal. Problem is where to put them all.

You and others grow more than I do so I’d think things like the cvaults or good Tupperware with boveda packs might be better.

They fail after a while the zipper rips out, I hot sealed a few this time and I can push air out of them...not sealed very well. I looked at cheap tuperware but that stuff isn't air tight. I may have to go a better brand.

That's afkin monster, Just wow, Nice job man there's a lot of smoke to go through...lol... I see some large containers needed soon. Do you have enough to get to handle it all? I was using the Grove bags but I'm souring on them, they don't last and its a constant cost buying them at $4.50+15% each. Can you hang them in the shower for a few days?

We have a second bathroom in the basement I use mist if the time. It’s easier to control the humidity in there too. I add hot water to the sink if it’s low. I also put a clip fan in there just to blow a light breeze throughout the shower. I had an extra spring loaded bar I put across the middle, just above the shower head.

I’ve also cut branches and put them in a hanging dry bag on the shower bar. But most times I hang the whole plant with the help of a metal coat hanger.

Great idea if the wife don’t mind we only have one bath with a shower tho. Cats r a problem too they like jumping up and snatching at the branches haha that’s why I can’t use the spare room.

I will try that as I have no other options right now.

Lots of buds ! I think I'll put them in the shower area to see how that works out.
I wieghted the whole plant and it wieghed in at 14lbs.

Kinda crowded but I found 2 more drying nets. the same size. to help out.
SDH is doing well in the wine cooler. set to lowest lvl.
It'll be coming out soom. as it over dried but I threw in some orange peels to reverse the process and it worked beautifully.
They are not so crunchy and stems/buds drying perfect now.

The br is a good choice but will def have something to put them in next time.

The last 4 plants will be coming down within the next few days. then I'll use the room for the drying of all.

All Chopped Down Today!
I got tired of waiting and seen enough amber to chop.
Waiting a few more days seemed fruitless to do and not going to wait till tues
that would be week 10, to see more amber.
I think they are as ripe as they are going to get.

By wieght Tangi-Dream and Runtz are the champs, AHLJ n White Truffles (small 1)
were light by comparison.

I hung the trees in the room and brought the BR ones down too.
The cats are going on the 26th so had to get those plants out of the bathroom cause of the smell and wifey not happy lol.

Well. it's done now and hope the drying goes as well as the grow did.
I think the only variance from the PC Grow System was putting a few fast acting lime pellets on top of the pots when in early veg.
Dunno if it helped but it helped my tomatoes when they got this blight rot.
Then I also kicked up the Bloom to 10ml for a couple of feeds in week 4 of flower.
Also started to lower the light at wk 5 of flower 1% down per day.
I think I would wait till week 6 to start lowering next time and not sure how low I would go, maybe quit at 80%.

btw the wine cooler fridge is working out pretty good, I'm almost ready to trim and bag them.

I was a bit concerned they showed no signs of tip burn so I thought, not enough nutes, I figured they could take more.
That was when I finally seen some tip burn and knew they had enough so went back to 8.
Other than that I went by the formula with KB liquid and dry.

I was told tip burn is either too much food with not enough light or too much light with not enough food. Dirtbag said to me that if I'm not burning the tips then I'm not trying hard enough...lol....its a sign your close to perfect and as long as its just the tips and not burning the whole finger I think your close to right on

Bagged Sun Daze Haze today in a couple of 8oz Grove Bags with a 62% humidity control pack thrown in.
They looked good and there were plenty but small in size.
The wiegh in was 5 oz. not so bad.
I not too happy with the way the WT giant bush is going.
Buds feel light and fluffy maybe it's savagable idk.
The others are ok and looking real good.

Oh The Eye's

Tomorrow we get our new washer cause I broke the knob on the old Speed Queed which lasted 20 yrs and would have lasted another 10, shoot.
Day after that, all these kittens and cats go to a better place that will give them shots, meds and fix them and find them their forever home.
I'll make a decent donation and probably another each month for a few months, for me and wifey, we are too old and it's too big a load to take on.
Well, at least we rescued them from a life in the wild. Ghost is a trouble maker and I'm going to get him fixed this year, better late than never.
