Dabbers, I need gear recommendations!!!

Just a quartz* banger that I cap with an old glass dab container...prefer the bucket style over nail

Dude.. so I take the bulldozer style buckets and break it off. It then hits like a nectar collector but from a rig. Easy to take small dabs or big dabs. Heats up fast and cools off quick for a good low temp dab using less fuel. No fumbling around with something on a stick.20230915_204655.jpg
I broke one way back when and I live hours from a new one, so I made due. They sold glass locally but glass never tasted good to me.

I intentionally break the tips off of all my bangers now. I love it and wouldn't go another route.

I wanted to get in touch with someone that blows so they could make them without buckets but I never followed through with it. Seemed like a money-maker sort of idea.

it's actually not that hard. you just need a mold for the glass-on-glass connection, and you can buy glass tubing for hella cheap by the foot. once i learned about how cheap glass tubing was to buy in my tweaker days, i quit buying bubbles lol fun thing to fuck with when spun out

her cousin is talking about selling her a puffco that she's trying to offload. technology man... i remember when electric nails were the new fancy thing. so out of touch with all the devices and whatnot now.

fuck, if i took a dab, i'd die lol or at least wish someone would kill me. a single hit of flower rocks me, can't imagine what an unmetered amount of concentrate would do.

the lady picked up some diamonds. never seen those IRL till she handed me the container and I opened it and the shit sparkled. I was blown away. fuckin live resin diamonds. damn. shit looks like crumble wax but finer and it sparkles. wtf is with the sparkle?!

My puffco was last used for DMT so I've been afraid to use it again. I'm not ready to go back to that place... I should just replace the atomizer

- Good question ? I press all my own Iā€™ve tried the expensive shit like the diamonds , taste is much better so I wonder if they donā€™t add back terms after extraction ? Or mayb just the co2 extraction method ? Donā€™t really know but ya got me wondering now

The place I used to shop said the diamonds was just THC while their High Cannabinoid lineup was Diamonds with terps added back. The diamonds they sold had little to no color or flavor but they knocked your socks off. If the High Cannabinoid stuff wasn't mixed well, I'd always get a sort of glycol taste to it so I quit buying that stuff. Same reason I never enjoyed carts.

Two what we bought was almost white , but tasted great but did have that aftertaste like a cart, guess I rather smoke this

I have a Yocan XL pen for on the go and a Puffco Peak Pro for home. The Peak Pro is expensive but worth it IMO.

yeah this shit is almost white. it reminds me of what dry sift looks like if the dry sift were sweaty, if that makes sense? and sparkly. like they put white glitter in it or something. shits wild man... i remember when getting room temp stable shatter was like the top of the line grade A primo shit. now we've got all these crazy non-solvent extraction methods resulting in all kinds of varieties of product that is simply too much to keep track of.

thanks for all the suggestions gents! i know she likes the experience of using the torch and banger, and I've thought about picking her up so pearls, i think they're called, to go in the bowl thing, and she desperately needed some kind of topper for the banger too but i don't know what those balls or topper things are called either lol she doesn't need a fucking pen though. hell nah. she scares the fuck out of me with how she drives as it is, she don't need to have smoke on the go. every damn time she has a cart, she's hitting it while she drives and I'm like, woman! if you get caught doing that, you're goin to jail for DWI and I ain't doing shit other than dropping your car insurance policy.

i feel like a dog dressed as a sheep trying to hang out with you guys these days :ROFLMAO: day 65: no one seems to have noticed yet but they might find out i'm not a stoner after all this time
 
I consider bangers to be essentially disposable. Get 5 of these or so every 6 months and then throw them out when they break or get too scratched up.


I like these carb caps, too. The directed air is clutch for efficient vaporization.


Also, ever since I first worked a kitchen station where I had to make a bunch of creme brulees, I've preferred propane torches to butane. More efficient combusion, hotter flame, faster heating time.
