Ya I think we stopped selling over proof spirits up here? Haven’t seen any in a long time but I don’t really check often.
I had to make a 12 hr return trip to Maine to get Everclear but only the 151 proof was available, Maine has banned the 190 proof stuff. We don't have anything over 40% here. It still sits in my cupboard all green after washing some weed in it a few years back. I got the Green Dragon but now what....lol....I'm supposed to reduce the alcohol next but I guess I'm letting it cure..lolYa I think we stopped selling over proof spirits up here? 1800 Tequila used to be over proof but has been normal for the last decade.
Can’t get Everclear up here either.

Looks like it’s federally okay but some provinces don’t like it and less carry over proof now.
