Welcome!!!!Just wanted to say what's up. A few people may remember me from thc farmer, but I was pretty new over there too. Started noticing that most of the quality people started disappearing. (and I also saw why, which made me start looking for somewhere else to go as well) I popped in here & here are all the familiar names that have been missing.
If you have a decent grow shop nearby, that stores their soil indoors, you're probably OK. The problems I've had with soil materials stemmed from poor storage outdoors. If they have a stack of FFOF on a palette for example, sitting out in the elements, the bags near the bottom can stay waterlogged for extended periods and lower pH drastically. The bags in the upper part of the pile might be leached of N.
Yeah that was my problem. I got the last bag in stock in February (before grow season has started for most people) at a general garden shop, not grow shop. Pretty sure it was leftover from last season.
That's where I went that was out of Happy Frog. They also have a location in Warrenton, like 2 miles from my house that is closed on Monday. Moral of the story don't try to buy anything from a grow shop in this area on Monday. I was looking at going to damn near downtown St Louis to find something else open.
They seem to have a good supply of Roots organic nutes, for after the soil runs out of them.

That's super cool of you to offer, I think I may have bitten off more than I can chew now anyway (or more than my tent can reasonably hold might be a better way of putting it) depending on how many females I end up getting. But next grow I may take you up on that.

Holy shit bro they banned you. That's insane. I saw both threads, in fact that's what I referenced in the OP as far as seeing why people were leaving. I get deleting the thread because quite frankly it made the site look REALLY bad. They were basically telling users that if they have an issue with anyone selling on their site that they will 100% support the seller & pretty much give the middle finger to the buyer. I mean I get not wanting to run down sponsors but the unprofessional way staff was posting in that 2nd thread was unlike anything I've even seen. And when you make it so clear that sellers get special treatment over buyers you're going to drive buyers to other sites & guess what those sellers won't be sending you money when all the buyers leave.Welcome! My only complaint about this site is the black background and white words are very hard for my old eyes to read.

Yeah I didn’t think I was out of line at all. It’s too bad that happened. I have no hard feelings about it and I understand why they did that but like you say, very unprofessional. I think they should have addressed the issue with the seller and corrected it. Kill the bugs before you send clones! If I was that seller I would have taken that thread as advice and stopped selling until the bugs are dead. And you are correct. They will never see my money again lol.
No you were not out of line at all. You said nothing negative about the sponsor. All you did was had the audacity to ask for help with plants you got from a sponsor. But the fact that the results might not look good for one of their sponsors means they go on attack. I work sales & that thread should have been archived as an example of how not to handle a small PR issue.
