Bandit on a Safari and I'm Hunting Unicorns

you gotta be getting close to harvest yeah?

i think Steamroller has been chopping as well.. i wonder if he's using his power scissors?
ahhh speak of the devil, he just posted here!!!! hahahahaha

.

87° here today......
No power scissors yet.
I got the 3 High Mars in the Cannatrol day 4 today.
I think they will need a little longer as I stuffed all 6 shelves with the three plants.
Probably get them into paper bags with meters soon.
The rest [ 5] need to be chopped ASAP so I can clear the tent.
Probably this weekend, they got water yesterday which is probably last for them.

who smells the best? in your opinion.

Fan of Nugsmasher also and owner of an XP.
I agree with Bandit and feel the gauge makes a difference.
Plate size matters and I think the XP is 4x6.
Beyond the lifetime warranty Nugsmasher is a 'diamond' per say.
They will give you 80% purchase price credit if you choose to upgrade in the future.
But the XP or the Touch are likely most peoples top end and good enough for all but the true pro IME.

Love my Touch over my old OG but the buy back program is the only area I'd give NS a failing grade or maybe D+ at best.
Yeah they give money back but not anywhere close to 80% and my trade is was immaculate, in perfect like new condition.
On top of that you cover return shipping and on a press this heavy to Nevada, was about $100 UPS ground.
The credit I got was for around $340 and I was expecting double that. It also took some patience, a couple emails and a phone call to get that refund. Along with the UPS shipping it cut it down to only $240.
While that's still cool for a company to deal with trade ins and stuff, it would be better if they were more transparent on how it actually works because it seems keeping it vague is intentional.

i gotta listen to his scanner for this one!!!

you know they'll be doing interviews with him for sure!!!!

.
trucks in texas this week!!! i really like that track.

speaking of texas, i had to shine up the kicks man. they had a rough week and got pretty dirty!!!! last night i busted out some car cleaners and went to town on them.. used fabric cleaner on most of it and then leather cleaner for the rest. they smell brand new again!!

ready for action again!!

Trucks are next week bro! They're off this week then everybody comes to Texas for a full weekend of action.
I bet this will be the highest rated 'Dega race in the history of ARCA with that guy running it.
Looking forward to the new Netflix season as well soon.

Hey draft starts tonight!!!!
I saw a mock on NFL that had my guy Kelvin Banks Jr. to The Raiders!!! ;rockb

I'll probably end up sending you my 2025 football season shoes too man. I have so many pairs of orange and white shoes now one pair has become my gardening and yard work kicks. Sent a few older pairs to donation last week.
I get issued all new stuff 2x in August and don't even keep much anymore. I've marked my size as a women's medium and large so this year my wife will get all my outerwear and shirts.

You just can't go wrong with Nike Pegasus or Air Max. I'll die on that hill!
I'm loving my new custom Air Max Bandits!!!

Yeah you could say I had a harvest
Everything is either hung or on ice. Didn't even need power snips and hand plucked all leaves and left everything frosty on the vines

Not for me anymore!
Been without booze of any kind for 105 days and I aint breaking that streak.
Have my first check up since my heart episode and pneumonia tomorrow. Getting another echo and tests to check my progress and TBH, I'm trying to impress my doc with my choices since he last saw me.
Booze would destroy that progress so I'm not going back to it. Just weed and herbal tea for me brother! Cheers to that!

i'll have to check out the air mox before i buy.. mostly i want sneakers because of how safe these have been for me. with my diabetes i don't have a whole lot of feeling left in my feet and have troubles with balance and comfort. since wearing these i haven't had a single stumble or close call. if i wear boots, hiking shoes, or sandals i have like three close calls a day!!

so bro the stability from there are the game changer for me and now thinking about it maybe i should go to a store and try some on first.. i haven't done that since i bought the pair that turned me off a long time ago!! hahaha

Damn, I'm sorry, my dad has the same problems, making me want to look for a solution.

I can't imagine what that's like besides maybe some feeling I get in my hands/wrist from playing too much computer games, my left hand starting with my pinky and going out gets so fucking numb sometimes, im not sure what it is biomechanically exactly causing it, and worse in my right hand....

there's a specific character in a game that requires really fast and accurate movements/"wrist flicks" , I've mastered over the last 10 years and fucks my wrist/hands all up lol

it does suck man, what i wouldn't give to have just one day the way it was before this happened. i used to love to walk barefoot around the house. i'll never be able to that again. mine came in the form of neuropathy, i've learned to manage that part pretty good but the dead nerves are permanent.

sucks gettin old!!!

Are all empty carts about the same, or any you recommend?

you should look for a ceramic kind, i think they taste cleaner than the bi-metal,,

Another Nike shoe you may like would be the Downshifter. It's another runner on a similar wide platform for stability, comfort, and hours on the road.
I always recommend running shoes even if you're not a runner. Maybe walking shoes too but avoid shoes like cross trainers or basketball as they're not really made to be worn for a long day or have the support needed for people with back pain and other issues. Nike may be one of the only brands making runners in gore-tex as well, not sure.
But yeah the Downshifter is pretty much my daily driver I'm not afraid to tear up or get dirty and stained. Usually can be had for around $50 at most sporting good stores.

I like the Raiders pick a ton! Best RB in the draft and probably the best almost sure bet you can have in a top 10 pick.
You saw what Pete Carrol can do with a good RB from his days with Marshawn Lynch and back at USC with Bush and White. Coach knows how to run the damn ball bro!!! Jeanty will be a star soon.
Saints, Donkeys, and Pack all bettered themselves with Longhorns last night but there's still a couple available.
Rnd 2 we'll prolly see Alfred Collins the big DT who LV could use and Ewers tonight or 3rd round but I think he goes tonight.
Also have another DB and some day 3 picks on the board.
Good draft so far. Nobody took the Sanders bait so that's good.
I saw Raider fans wanting him last season holding signs wanting to tank the season to draft him but Raider brass not taking him tells me they're not doing stupid shit anymore or at least less of it. You do not need an entitled diva with a helicopter dad in your program bro. We get them all the time and jettison them about as soon as the drama reveals itself which it always does.

Sealed the deal on a 5 ton rosineer this morning...
Ah!! Just over 500

Are all empty carts about the same, or any you recommend?

Really interested in making carts and maybe concentrate for edibles

That's a good looking rig and should do very well for ya! Great deal too!
Yeah Stoney is your guy on cart info. Edibles are indeed better when made with concentrate over herb too.

Hey good luck with all that, none of it is easy, I can kick them all for a while then Pizza drags me back in. Next thing you know I'm drinking beer having shots of whiskey and waking up sick.....I like the steam baths at my gym but saunas I have a hard time breathing in. Back in British Columbia it was all sauna's out east here all I know of are steam baths

thanks i'll use that info for sure. yea arch support is probably second in line to the stability. to add insult to injury i'm also flat footed so a good arch is nice. but the "wide tire" is a must for sure.

and i'm not apposed to the price, believe me id spend $500 if i knew it would help me!

hanks for asking buddy!

oh man they really know how to keep ya in suspense!!! i'm sure you can feel your body and know you're doing the right thing. i'm still sticking to my low carb diet, it's working. i didn't weigh myself yet but i know i'm lighter. sure feel high today!!! hahahaha

i sure do miss some good cajun rice though!!! hehe

Quitting booze is almost exactly like when I quit cigarettes. Had my last one and didn't look back. My wife marvels at my ability to quit something cold turkey but IDK, it works for me.
Been to some AA classes in the past and considered it a fluffy joke of a treatment. I'm wired different.
What helps me is being disgusted by something and hard coaching.
Thinking about cigs and booze, mostly the flavor and aromas that were once pleasant to me now make me gag and turn my stomach.
Food commercials of big greasy burger or pizza with cheese stretching across a room do the opposite and make me crave a salad.

On the backside is some hard coaching from my doc and people around me.
IDK if others do, but my doc will cuss at me and treat me like a grown man and not a sickly patient. He's from a football background and has a kid in the NFL so we're in the same type of environment where words are not minced and everything is hard. I respond to that. Reminds me of my old drill sergeants in the Army getting on my ass and pointing out things that could mean life or death.
I've also been getting help from a strength and conditioning football coach and told him as well, don't be nice and tell me what I need to hear not what I want to hear.

I'm still able to enjoy pizza but I gotta make it and verify ingredients.
A thin wheat crust is a heart healthy option on crust often with low carbs, 0 fat, low cals, 0 cholesterol, 0 sugar, and low salt.
I use fat free mozzarella. Only cheese approved by heart doctors. Sometimes I'll use plant based cheese too which are good once melted.
I'll use either a no salt/no sugar red sauce, pesto, or my fave, just brush with olive oil and shake Italian herbs on for the sauce.
And for toppings I just do veggies but will add hardy veggies like squash and artichoke hearts to replace any meats. If I do use a meat, it's shrimp or clams.
With ingredients like that I can make a pizza about as healthy as a chef's salad. Satisfies that craving 100% but it also helps that once I grew up into an adult, my taste for pepperoni has faded and it's kinda gross to me now so veggie pizza on wheat is right in my wheelhouse of flavor.

I have the big dry sauna at my work and a small steam sauna at home. Been a sauna guy for about 15 years now.
The dry is hard to breathe and takes time to acclimate to it. At first, I could only do 10 minutes with a towel over my face to cool the air I breathe in. But after maybe 5-6 times I was able to stay in longer and breathe better.
The dry is great for weight loss, pain, blood circulation and acclimating to heat.
Saunas have been one of the reasons I can function in 105 degree Summer weather.
The small steam sauna does some of the same but to less effectiveness yet excels at respiratory therapy with that steam. Add in some eucalyptus oil and you're in business! That's my go-to treatment for cold and flu.

thanks i'll use that info for sure. yea arch support is probably second in line to the stability. to add insult to injury i'm also flat footed so a good arch is nice. but the "wide tire" is a must for sure.

Yeah I just now realized I never did talk about my NS trade in experience. I guess I was so sour about it I just wanted it over with.
That was when you made my magnet plate for me which had me all happy because I was still mad at NS for wanting another $35 for that part after I had just bought a $2000 press FFS. Talk about nickel and diming a customer to death. NS has that shit down!

Luckily I can still have rice! In fact might make some shrimp fried rice this weekend.
Yeah it was just techs and a nurse today then the doc will see me later to go over everything but they dropped some hints to make me smile and happy enough to go to the dispo and grab a celebratory cart of Mowie Wowie lol.
Yeah I can feel it too bro. I feel stronger, faster, and lighter. Can climb several flights of stairs like nothing now without getting winded.
I can also see it being able to wear clothes I haven't worn in a decade so I'm into some of my old Texas gear that look like new vintage today hahaha..
There's some stretch marks on my belly from shrinking like a pregnant woman after giving birth and I even had a lady get all flirty with me so much I had to tell her I was married while on a dog walk the other day.
All that in itself is a high I really enjoy. Booze can't even come close to it so that's just another reason why this has all been relatively ez for me.

Chips and beer around when I’m in the mood look out. But I stopped buying it so lost a lot of weight.

Then a while ago when they started selling alcohol in the grocery stores my wife starts buying me beer or cider. She stopped the chips again but is back to Doritos. 🤦

I think she’s trying to do me in…slowly. 😳🤣
