Patioponics is up and running!!!!






Africans rising on the window sill will go into the outdoor flood and drain then later upcanned into pots and Earth




This has been sitting in the idea and collecting parts for it phase for a very long time but the whole patio remodel and repair job also included redoing my coco and soil mixing station and water tank and getting it under a canopy tent.
I finally got the new canopy for the old market frame and now the next part is to outfit it with gutters and a downspout to collect rain and add it to my collection barrel

Those things barely last a day in a swimming pool. On a lake, not a chance it lives past the first use. I had a few of those things for the gulf and they'd be done after the first afternoon the plastic is so thin. Even when not using they leak air and deflate in a matter of hours lol.

I wasn't expecting them until next month and figured I'd get to use them for the next grow but now I get an early jump on them.
Cant wait to see the differences between rez and medium ppm and how that moves on the ecowitt dashboard graphs.

Another thing about those graphs..I think I can use it to track growth efficiency.
Since plants cool air as they grow, this garden is cooling the air inside the room. It even dips and then spikes before lights go off.

I believe the dip is relative to optimal performance during the day and the spike is when the daily growth is done and the lights can be turned off.
Along with the other adjustments, I've gained about an hour of efficient growth per day, around 9.5 hours of the lights on time is used to actually grow.

Any time left on beyond that is just waste so I'm connecting dots between lights on time, growth efficiency during that time, and how it relates to temps.
Basically, the hotter it is the less the lights need to be on. Growth efficiency is greatly hindered by heat so the window of good growth rates is narrowed by heat.
When temps are optimal, more hours of light can be used.
These are the factors at play when deciding reduced hours of on time and why 12/12 is just suggestion IMO. I seriously doubt even with the most efficient grow space, the entirety of that 12 hours is being used. It's more like around 9-10, even on it's best day. Those extra 2 hours wasted is simply burning money and wearing out equipment.


Kinda feel like I'm creating a monster with this group, finding my happy place and dialing in. I see trellis trouble on the horizon and big, tall plants with smallish root balls can lead to a top heavy disaster later so I better get to work on preventing any of that

i can't stop thinking about your comments on the cooling and the time of day when they're done and show it. i think i experience this same theory but in a different way. because of the way my top off is set up it uses a small usb pump to add solution to keep my water level at the optimum level. well every time my plants sip a little the pump makes a noise. i can hear t go off every few minutes and when they were at their peak i would hear that pump go off every few seconds. then an hour or so before lights out i would hear it slow up again to every few minutes. i think this is giving me the same signal but in a different way. i've only noticed it the couple weeks since i've been spending more time down there with harvest and scrog stuff. i knew what i was hearing but didn't really know what it meant.. maybe this has something to do with what you are talking about?

I saw that chair!!! There's a few others too and they're all cool!!!
I have a giant inflatable doobie with the Raw logo on it I've always wanted to fill with helium.

I'm printing out a remix Benchy, one of those little 3d printed tug boats, so it holds one of those ecowit blades thru the hull and floats on the surface of my rez, transmitting constant EC and showing what happens before and after floods.
Another probe will be in a plant so I can watch that.
I won't use that to change anything but just monitor it thru the stages of life.

Couple weeks ago I decided to let it run the rez like a gas tank and run it close to dry then refill it with new solution. Takes about 4-5 days then I refill it and I'm curious what the ppm does thru everything.
Kinda wish they'd come out with something for pH but at week 5, I no longer need to add or check that since it's all good at those high nute ranges but early on it would be cool to have pH on the ecowit dash.

I'm still working on the new graph with new data but here's the old which I've marked up on paint

Plants exchange hot co2 laden air for cool clean oxygen and if you have enough of them in a space, they can be an air conditioner in many ways but with humidity.
After lights turn on, photosynthesis begins and we see on the chart where temp drops after lights on. They slowly climb thru the day until an hour before lights off then the graph almost goes vertical again then plummets with the lights turning off.
That spike before lights off is the plants turning off. They stopped photosynthesis for the day and are shutting down until the lights come on the next day.

Where I've adjusted and am watching the new graphs is that slow climb to the spike is much more level and longer, some days by an hour and half.
And the temp differences really don't seem like much but the difference in growth efficiency between 88 and 92 degree is huge

Planted a handful of sprouts today and am thinking about dropping more 80s Durban due to low germ rate and maybe some hybrids.

I used very fresh collected rain to germinate these seeds on a window sill in my warm kitchen.









Medium is recycled coco/perlite mix.
Flood and drain but since it's outdoors and hot I have it cycling floods for 15 minutes every 4 hours

They're already locked in on the Sun



But I am using a 30% diffuser sail for these first few days

Ambitious drop today! Very low confidence in germ rates though since some of these packs are from a generation ago but have been stored well.
In any case, every slip in almost every VG I own has a seed in it today.
No priority or hopes yet...all of it's pure fire if it grows out but these are all for making more seeds. I'd love to have a fresh stock of BB Moonshine and Motown Lockdown seeds more than anything so will see what happens

There's been many times where I'd walk in my room and think it would be in the 100s but actually cooled down. It only happens when I have a large garden or big plants with lots of leaves to offset the heat created by the lights without using AC. It's why I don't defoliate more than removing sucker growth. One of those things where taking natural tendencies and use them to an advantage.

Never been mad at algae either and encourage it in my barrels but if it turns dark greenish brown and is oldish or gets too soupy, I clean it out a let a new bloom grow.
If it's bright green, that's the good stuff and hell yeah it's adding oxygen to the water, the air, and turning inedible plant food into edible plant food.
It can be unsightly if anything but it's a good sign and ally if you ask me.
I think algae is responsible for like 50-70% of the oxygen on Earth man. All that algae in the ocean keeping us all alive!

Enzymes have my cocomat looking all kinds of purrty!!
The first application was funny because it did a deep cleaning and loosened everything to be dumped thru the drain.
When it was all back in the rez the 'zymes turned it all into a ball of crud in the middle of the rez making it ez to use my net and fish it out. Just a lot of waste from roots and what not and instead of being locked up in the media the little guys cleaned it all out and put it in a dumpster!!!
Now every new application is just to maintain. Love the appetite it gives my plants too

i already have a mental images of me floating around my neighbors pool in it!!!! i had it all these years and id prolly ruin it in a few hours!! hahaha i have no memory of it though, can't remember at all where it came from. hell i thought is was it chair!! haha i have a memory of sitting in an inflatable chair/love seat thing smoking a doob with my buddy... must have been some other chair!! hahaha

It's a good time of year and seasons are set for a late outdoor grow at this latitude so I'm all in and will try to at least get more seeds from all of these for a fresh restock.
I'd be happy if I get 50% from them but am expecting low teens and lots of duds. I may drop more too. Lots and lots of old keeper stuff I have could use a refresh.

This is a point in time where info from a grow comes to me fast and in tidal waves and I have random thoughts created from observations.....

Praying leaves- Good, bad, whatever...I'm 1000% convinced it's not only inevitable in many strains and genetic but it's stretch in real time. If leaves have gone vertical, what you are witnessing is the plant actively stretching it's height.

Open floor plan arrangement seems to be the only way I can make multi strain hydro grows work.
I can't put plants in rows or a grid and instead arrange by shape and size of canopy.
There's 5 different shapes to cannabis. Well, two really but there's some slight variation to the Xmas tree structure that to me, give it a couple extra categories in canopy shape slotted by height and girth of the Xmas tree shape...ie tall & narrow, short and wide, tall and wide, short and narrow but all resemble a Xmas tree.
The other which is indica and if pure will be minimal side branching with only one or two lower side branches competing with the main cola.

So to fit all that together results in a floor plans that's random




Along with the random floor plan the next step is to be prepared for a staggered harvest and the fact some plants will exit before others creating a void and needing more water to flood the bed to make up for the missing plants.
That will be solved with spaghetti. More on that later.


The consequences for the timers being fucked in the early days of this grow are being paid for this week by having 6' tall and very top heavy plants with small rootballs
not anchored to the mat.
So twice this week, the entire right side plants fell out of the bed.
It's been a challenge to fix it but Stoney's elastic scrog net got me inspired



I'm using two 2x4 nets with one end hooked to the bed and the other is hooked on light winches and pulled up vertical.
Just gotta say...it was cool AF using a winch to stretch out a net. COOL AF!!!!!!

Now this au natural canopy can use itself as scaffolding and trellis which the vertical net just makes it so nobody goes overboard again




It's time I introduce Romulan. I wanted some donkey dick to breed into my indicas later and well....

ya know a few days ago i thought i was in for another yellow jacket nest.. i needed to clean the leaves out of my basement window sill and the surrounding area had hidden nest written all over it!!! i kept looking over my shoulder the whole time... thank goodness nothing was there.. the very last time one of them got me i was doing that same thing!!! a little sting shy is all!!! hahaha

man those are some serious solar trackers you have growing!!! can you tell the time of day by the look of your plants yet? a "ganja dial" because we don't need no stinkin shade!!! haha

Puts some extra stank in the dank but smells like rotten eggs and turns my rez white. Gnarly but it's a helluva special sauce. Hit the rez with it once every two weeks thru flower.

Doesn't feel like I downsized my grow and it seem like the only way I can tell I did is because I have access to the sides and back now until harvest and not slowly get limited as they grow.
Bad thing about that access is now I see shit I need to fix all the time

I've got to be on good terms with those YJ's and keep them around with the outdoor stuff happening. They'll chomp those caterpillars when the weather has them dropping from the trees and onto my plants.
I think they have a nest inside the metal palm tree on my deck. It's a good spot and we don't cross paths. My bbq & doobie smoke probably pacifies them since they right there but about 10' up above everything.

I should 3D print little sundials huh. Line 'em up so they point 4:20

Looks like I'll get a second chance at that Alien.
Alien Rift is these guys Grandpappy. Vader OG's Jawa, Alien, and Lime Pie stuff all in a blender.

I'll see wild swings with each flood in both the plants and the rez and of course rocket fast rises when water levels drop. But as long as the plants are fine I'm not gonna let anything I see on these charts change a solid working plan even though it may read shit is off the rails crazy and everything should be dead.

The cool thing about these type of probes is yeah they're for "soil" but they can't tell the difference between water, coco, or soil. I could probably use the damn thing to measure pudding lol.
The EC will likely need to be cleaned often and cannot be trusted as the last word. Plants have that say but it's gonna be fun seeing this stuff play out on a cardiogram.
It was funny when the rez probe went to 0% dry when it drained to flood the bed.
I have it on a styrofoam raft so it floats on the surface no matter the depth. It's a little information overload but it's good and useful info and not data I can't even use or know what to do with.

It's expensive but I bought that bottle last year. It's on it's 3rd grow and it's barely lower than the top of the label. I think it was around $70 but probably has 10-5 grows worth of application for me. I'd consider it liquid UV because it does what I want UV to do for me but way more reliably.

Full house and still more on the way so tomorrow I'm loading up my spare 3x3 tray and taking it to get drilled for flood and drain plumbing at the hydroshop in the morning.

Thai Fighter is in!!!! This bitch is nasteeeeeeeeee!!!! Hard to grow and loves to stretch but was one of my best plants since Ript Banana. True banana too. This is one I grow for potency and nothing else.

Cloud Surfing Apes is another in and with numbers behind it. IDK about this strain other than breeder pics that made me drool. It was basically a weighty and pink gorilla glue from Maryland. Yes please.

That nano sulfur was once powdered but it's the degree which the powder is refined that makes it more soluble than the next for plant uptake and getting liquefied.
It's the same as coffee and the difference between automatic drip and espresso grind. If the powder sulfur doesn't diluted ez then maybe runnning it thru a coffee grinder will help refine it to nano. It's gross though. Rotten eggs dialed up to 10. I shut the door and run the exhaust high as possible when I add it. I also add it when my wife is asleep and hope it doesn't creep out and wake her up.

Got some liquid goodies too but there's about 300 gallons of used premium soils and a new bag of lobster compost I had for making tea but I mixed it into the pit.
Just gonna figure it out as a grow but so far so good.

I feel I'm learning a ton though.
I realize that when sprouts fishbone in the VG, if I pull it up straight it comes out clean kinda like turning a barbed hook in a fish mouth so it pops out ez. I no longer open the VG and just wait until heads are up.

Next grow will gives me great start to finish info but I find the ecowitt sensor to be a very useful and really fun tool

I set a new rez yesterday and watched the graph and it showed that it took 30 minutes for the rez to mix and stabilize.
After a flood with the new rez, I could see what it sent and what it got back in EC



Same with the plant probe but with it there's a clear downward slope before the flood that makes me think that's uptake.
It starts at 1000 then floods at 2200 but only sending 1296 back to the rez




I also noted each uptick on a fresh rez and was able to create a pie chart making up the body of my rez




I found it fascinating that bloom is added in at 2tsp per gallon while micro is only 1tsp but micro doubles the ppm of bloom.
Whatever mystery ingredients are in my water, I'm almost convinced it's a good source of calmag and nitrogen in the form of nitrite and nitrate allowing me to maybe lower the use of both calmag and micro. Calmag especially since I also mix crab meal into my medium.

I also find that the ecowitt EC is around 1000ppm high compared to my what my feed chart results should be and the fact my bluelab meter aligns with the chart and my plants as well so yes the ecowitt is great info, it's off by exactly 1000ppm too high in my use.

Right now I'm running at around max everything...1000ppm but ecowitt would have me thinking I'm at 2000 and should panic lol

This has been sitting in the idea and collecting parts for it phase for a very long time but the whole patio remodel and repair job also included redoing my coco and soil mixing station and water tank and getting it under a canopy tent.
I finally got the new canopy for the old market frame and now the next part is to outfit it with gutters and a downspout to collect rain and add it to my collection barrel

I really hope my outdoor system can work as well as it does indoors. If it does then it's the starter for everything like garden veggies and landscape plants and shrubs. It's to be universal so any plant can be started in it then after a few weeks go in the ground or in a container of soil, in an aquaponics bed, or just continue on in a soilless hydroponic system.

It's a helluva skipping stone from the Mattole River below. Same river I grew up on and same river I've seen keep many plants alive thru prohibition and trout on my hooks when I was a kid.
Just another grow I make sure to bring along some tradition and history. Outdoor plants do that to me

i know its not the same thing you're using for but it backs up what you are saying about it for sure!!!! i understand that your using it for info and to fine tune the power of the plant. but still a cool link to the two none the less!!!!

one thing that would be cool to see on a chart is just how much O2 your algae is adding to the water? i know in the spring time when i first open my pond and kill off the algae it affects my fish. i run the leaf blower in that water to try and keep the levels up but nothing adds O2 like that algae does!!! i'd be very interested in seeing it on a graph to see just how it competes or maybe even blows away an oxygen concentrator.

with all the enzymes i'm now using i'm tempted to put a light in my rez and grow some surface algae..

Kinda wish this garden wasn't so big. It's supposed to be about 2' shorter than it is but haze and a timer mishap has it in all kind of trouble for space and headroom.

Rivers and beaches for me man. And a river that runs into a beach with a nice estuary has to be some the best and easiest trout fishing there is! The one time it's not Fishing, it's Catching!!

The urban guerilla grow is a bit of a challenge. Eyes are everywhere at some are in the sky. I'm doing my work at night because some of my spots can be seen from balconies and me toiling there in the daylight could get eyes on me but if I sneak in at night an install plants and watering lines then nobody should see my work

Accurate AF too.
EC is a nice unexpected feature since I thought it was just a pH probe.
The Ecowitt TDS self calibrated and fixed themselves to be inline with what both bluelab meters read.
Next step is to create a 3D printed all-in-one housing for all the devices + a built in bubble level so they attach to the grow bed for ez reads as they are now

The garden is around the midway point for some plants and others are just getting started.
It's hot and very uncomfortable in here. It's a plants world now and not really welcoming to me.

haha i still cant stop thinking about your liquid sulfur!! hahaha i've only ever used powder and even then i only mixed it in the soil and watered it in so i never smelled it... i will tell you this, you can clear out the living room in the winter if you sprinkle a little bit on top of an oil lamp!!!!! hahaha this i know!!!!

This isn't my favorite grow and I seem to be finding ways to screw it up but it's all hanging in there for now.
I can't seem to get out of my own way and keep making blunder move after blunder.

I lost all my males. IDK why but plants die in my carport grow tents so I can't make seeds.
Having lots of second thoughts about using double recycled coco. They say it can be reused 3 times over but IDK...two seems good for me then the 3rd time is problematic for some reason. Might be best to compost it after two grows.

But there's silver lining of still some good pot to be had and learning what not to do in the future. It continues and I keep telling myself, next grow is the one where it all comes together.

The new meter is really cool man. 5 stars!! I went looking for something else and found it then realized it's what I could really use and not what I was looking for to begin with.

It's not a wall mount or a continuous meter. No wifi either.
It's really more like a pH pen but like the coolest pH pen you ever saw since it does multi media and EC just as a topper. I can stick it in water and all types of growing medium from rockwool to soil to coco to perlite and whatever combo of them all. I could probably take the pH of a bullfrog butt with the thing!

The EC is the same sensor as the truncheon stick so I know it's solid AF but the Bluelab pH Leap probe is all sorts of baddassery I never knew existed until last week.
I didn't realize this is what I bought. I thought it was a common soil probe and then another pH probe for liquid. I can see why it was originally $400 because damn. This fucker has me feeling all kinds of professional!
I might be able to leave the probe in but it's a $100 replacement so for now I use it then clean it up and put it back in it's storage tube. Normally, these probes use a storage solution in the cap but this one has a gel in there. Maybe petroleum jelly? It can also be cleaned off with regular tap water so I don't need distilled water to clean it. This makes it super user friendly not needing special care.
It's very likely I'll turn to it from now on when mixing my rez each week instead of just monitoring between changes. I like it too much and it's big display is great for my old eyes.
This is one of those times I feel like the market is so saturated with crap from AC Infintiy and Vivosun that we miss the really good stuff out there because it doesn't have that marketing or a legion of "influencers" pushing the shit. I never woulda bought my ACI meter had I known this thing existed man.

I did end up getting another continuous wifi meter but I only paid $47 and am not expecting much but would like to see if my floods change at all between the flood and drain events. That meter will be here today.

Grease is a really interesting company man. Golden Gun sulfur was exactly what I was looking for in a sulfur supplement but they have a couple other things I wanna try.
Some products can be sourced in other ways but when I price compare to alternatives it's not like Grease is sticking us with a marijuana green tax and upcharging a ton.

I thought my bottle of GG was $70 but I only paid $30 for the small bottle and they gave me samples of two other products I'm using this grow. One of which, the algae extract, I'll buy again along with another I wanna try.
I used their trace booster and have been able to cut micro for the past two rez changes without any def. That stuff seems to maximize food and stretch it out. Like liquid greensand probably.

I'm not sure about the strain specific stuff or the structured water. Those feel too snake oily to me but even with that I really don't see anything out there in regards to supplements like what Grease is doing. The whole line doesn't interest me but there's 3-4 products that very much do.
The structured water is IDK man. I mean, I can easily 3D print a thing that slips over a hose with magnets inside but that just seems like it would pull the iron from the water. Maybe that's all what structured water is IDK, but I don't see it being something needed or would have any effect I want.

The sulfur gets gobbled up by the plants in a single flood and then it's gone from the rez. That much I do know. How they use it is another story.
Some grow trichs where they don't usually grow trichs. Some pile it on so thick I think it chokes the bud from growing larger. And some, I can't tell if it did anything for it frost wise but they stink up to high heaven. They process that rotten egg into a skunky musk that makes me gag.
So it's not instant trichs 100% all the time but I've seen enough to consider it legit and will buy another bottle when I empty this one. And it's flashed enough performance for me to look into other products from Grease, mainly super grease and the fermented plant juices. Both can easily by DIY but my wife already hates the smell of kimchi and some of this stuff is pretty much kimchi without the cabbage and cayenne. I've been lucky with the sulfur but not gonna push my luck with that fermentation stink!
I also have to believe that for the day it stinks, that's gotta be a detterent for pests. Bugs hate sufur so win win maybe on that front!

I'm using a stepladder to get up above and be able to look down so I don't get blinded by the lights.
I wear shades and my eyeglasses are transition lenses but it don't matter with that supernova simulator mounted up there.
Plants sure love that light but I fucking hate being under it. And that Mammoth up there is only making it worse.
That thing is bleaching the fuck out of anything getting close to it so I know it's packing a punch. I turned it up to 100 last week and almost cried out in pain man. That shit is hostile!!! I really doubt I turn it up past 75 after this grow but at least I know what I got under the hood with it.

Gonna try to do some outdoor and indoor work for an hour or so before work today and try to get a handle on projects. Stretched out thin again working football camp starting this week. Went from chill vacation to grinding 11 hours a day in this heat. Only the second day and already




Also in a funk with no racing last week. They just cant cut off a junkie like that and not expect withdrawls. And they got stingy on points too. And what is up with trucks? One race a month or some shit? Geezus. This needs to be a triple header weekend FFS.
I do have good news and it's confirmed...USA will upscale at least the first two races on it's schedule to 4K. Won't be as good as 4K bluray or 4k ultra, but should still be as good as HBO and Prime and way better than Fox's 720

Now things get a little sporty with a chnage in feeding going to more of a tea than a hydroponic nutrient or really kind of a hybrid of the two.
Started a rez loaded with Bembe, Great White, and Yucca today to send up and will be gone by the time the weekend is over.
Next, a rez loaded with sulfur, and then a clean water rez alternating between the three until harvest. Each load is only 20 gallons and is eaten up in about 3-4 days. It's at this point where I want to shelve the salts and feeding chart and get into something else more organic and stinky to bring the gals home all sticky and nasty.

I was able to get in and do some work on my beastie Romulan girl.
I've never had a plant that needed more than one yo-yo. She's using 4. And not just the 4 but 4 with the double hook so 8 hooks and 4 yo-yos not to mention what's pretty much elastic chain link fence keeping her contained.
I think she wants to fight me






Moved some branches around and uncovered this monster lurking in the bushes.
A bodhi Strawberry haze sending up a cola the size of a newborn human child.
There's another too, a little smaller, and looks like a football on a stick.

The second drop of seeds is doing exactly what I wanted from a 12/12 from seed grow. Plants about 30" tall, not much brnaching, and a cola the size of a human head on top.
Seems like the Bodhi haze stock can fit that bill

i have the liquid storage in a bottle but my probes are not root zone probes like yours. i have learned just keeping my bluelabs clean and stored properly they work flawless. i have the doser, the guardian, and two pens and they all do really well for me. and the best part is i think i only paid like $400 for all of them combined!!!

last night i did another total breakdown and heavy cleaning of my puffco peak.. i think i didn't clean the glass for like a month, it was all cruddy. sonic cleaned the atomizer and completely took off the rubber sock and everything!! squeaky clean now!!!! i saw puffcon 26 is coming up in a week or so, that means we'll soon get a new software update and an all new featured light display. i have the one from '23 on my lowest setting right now.

I felt pretty bad about killing those yellow jackets but there's survivors building a new nest where we shouldn't cross paths.
They'll abandon it in the Winter but right now they're territorial.
They're beneficial in many ways but man do they hurt and make me mad!

So far so good outdoors with one lady growing thru the pot in into the Earth. She's on the RC track too since I thought her pot was dead and I used it as track wall. It's a Bac Tao and all I can say is I'm pretty sure this weed is invincible. It loves heat, drought, neglect, shitty soil, my dog peeing on her, and being crashed into a few times by a 3S buggy
1st strain I've ever seen take orange oil and not burn and she says fuck off to mites not letting them ruin her day.

There a few big fish on the line I hope to reel in and make this grow worth the time and trouble doing a hot Summer grow. Would like a couple to look better but they just outgrew the space so I did what I could the corral them back in.

The electric truck mystery was pretty funny too but Hank hitting the dispo was classic especially the way the show has progressed.
Hank, at one time, thought he got marijuana poisoning and committed a blackout murder from taking a few hits off a joint and tried to induce vomiting.
So for him to go to NM and hit up a dispo to help Peggy was so huge.
It's also funny too how we all know Dale and Hank likely woulda been MAGA or at least Trump voters during the hiatus but they way they convey the ridiculousness of MAGA and shit like the culture wars without directing fire is so damn funny. Dale becoming mayor was so hilarious to me. It's the common sense humor I've been missing for a while.

wow so that golden gun is pretty cheap then.. $30 and you get 4-5 grows from the bottle. not pricey at all!!! hmmm... of coarse the only time to use it when the plants already stink the high heavens, pile on the stench!!! haha

i never seen or heard of that of probe before you getting it. do you think the "plus" model is for the special ph probe? or maybe the EC? ... i also never seen a storage gel but i bet it's not petroleum jelly and please don't use that!!!!! haha
i have the liquid storage in a bottle but my probes are not root zone probes like yours. i have learned just keeping my bluelabs clean and stored properly they work flawless. i have the doser, the guardian, and two pens and they all do really well for me. and the best part is i think i only paid like $400 for all of them combined!!!

last night i did another total breakdown and heavy cleaning of my puffco peak.. i think i didn't clean the glass for like a month, it was all cruddy. sonic cleaned the atomizer and completely took off the rubber sock and everything!! squeaky clean now!!!! i saw puffcon 26 is coming up in a week or so, that means we'll soon get a new software update and an all new featured light display. i have the one from '23 on my lowest setting right now.

Watched the Xfinity this morning and that was some great racing and just the fix I needed! Even better I could forward thru all those cautions!

I was mistaken...I did get the $70 bottle of GG so the 250ml bottle would be the $30 bottle. They also sell samples for only $1 and those are 80ml. One of those could maybe strech a whole grow for me but the smaller the rez and fewer the plants the longer that 80ml will last.
I'd go the sample route and just see if it does anything but don't just use it on one plant. The more the better for sample results. Some plants flash and some don't. Those that do, I figure out what made them do that and duplicate it.

Man I seem to not let my rigs get to where I need to deep clean.
I rotate between 3 unicorn and 3 other custom toppers I change daily.
At most, they get cloudy with some goo at the base and water line of glass.
I had forgotten to pull and clean my peak chamber for a couple weeks and one day it let me know so I got in there and cleaned it up. I've never taken mine apart though.
I've ordered some new chambers for both the Peak and Proxy. 3DXL chambers seem to have a shorter life than others. The old proxy chamber are total workhorses and last a very long time before losing some oomph.

There's a slight difference between the two pH probes from Blue Lab. The one for water has a blunt tip similar to mot pens while the Leap probe for soil and water has a metal point at the tip and looks like a writing pen. IDK if the Leap can plug into your model but it's worth investigating IMO.

That actually was not supposed to happen but just goes to show how much some plants outgrew the system.
The trunk is in what amounts to about 4 solo cups worth of coco medium. If it was soil that's an ez 7 gallons required for support. It's so overgrown it requires 4 waterings per day and constant water in the bottom inch of the tray otherwise she wilts. She'll be first to go on a feeding tube soon because of that.

The art room grow idea started a long time ago before grow tents and when mylar was in every grow closet.
Red mylar came out and I tried it. Supposed to increase yiled which it may do for tomatoes but not for weed.
That got me experimenting with light reflection and colors on the walls to enhance anything but nothing worked or made a difference.
I started taking measurements of light off the walls with mylar and hammered aluminum, both are 99% reflectivity and found that even with something like 600 watts of HPS blasting the wall, what I was getting back amounted to candlelight or a very dim CFL. It was telling me reflective walls were pointless and did nothing for a grow.

Next, I tore down the mylar & hammered aluminum and put up posters and painted my room black.
No regrets and can still grow monsters so I'd rather see art on my walls today than I would shiny metal or white walls. I feel like if I need my walls to be reflective then I should probably just get better lights and that's why my philsophy today is a very dark room with very powerful Sun like lighting up top and nothing off the side or under the canopy.

It's funny because it's true.
No matter where you go in this city you will smell weed at some point. I have some apratment neighbors on the 4th floor that have some pure fire right now I can smell when I wlak my dogs past them. If anybody thinks old school skunk is gone, there's a couple lesbians next door that have something to say about that hahaha!
There's also a few 420 friendly lounges where it's all technically illegal but nothing is sold and just consumed on private property.

this is a fun track for sure, lots of different racing grooves and the high horsepower package!! i think i heard that next year this race will be the fourth of july race!!
