Looks like that’s the latest poop in the world of facebook.
I think that would go a long way in aleviating a lot of concerns about purchasing and/or growing weed in the future.
Will it get done?
Will it open the door for other hyjinx in the production side?

I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

I think the biggest thing is to get the federal regulations removed or at least lessened, a lot of states will probably ease up regulations once the feds do.

The biblebelt is a rough patch of property to drive through with no dope and no dispensaries in sight.

I think it won’t change much. If banking would get accepted it would help the commercial side. And medical research of course.

But at the same time the DEA just raided the Dude Grow Show and took all his cannabis plants. They are all the sudden going against home grows or YouTube channels that promote home grows. Also all the sudden there is “science” claiming cannabis causes some terrible screaming/vomiting syndrome lol. Obviously paid science/scare tactic. I don’t know about you but I know absolutely zero people with that syndrome and have never seen anyone get that my entire life. It also matches the symptoms of neem oil poisoning.

Those that have been in the game a long time can see when big alcohol/tobacco panics and starts a campaign against cannabis. It’s been done a lot but it never really works because the Americans people are not dumb. We’ve seen the damage alcohol and tobacco causes to our loved ones and we also see the good that herb causes.

I read about this also and thought much the same as you.
Smoking for almost 50 years and never met or heard of such thing.
It is used to calm nausea so the whole vomiting thing struck me as odd.

I think it’s all bull anyways. I don’t live in a free country if the government has control over what I can grow in the privacy of my own home or property.

Indeed, I remember operation Green Merchant, I shopped at Worms Way hydroponic store in Worcester Massachusetts, a store which was a participant in that Federal sting, but I always paid in cash and always took somebody else's car. Hate to see us going backwards

Texas just opened a new 75,000 sqft medical cannabis facility in Bastrop county.
Hemp laws were recently rolled back but many here believe this facility is a signal the laws regarding cannabis are about to change and cannabis products will replace hemp products in dispos and liquor stores.
