Exactly. I've been involved in this for a decade and a half & know exactly what a contrail is, and what a chemtrail is.

I have pictures of them starting and stopping the spraying, essays of the manufactured micronized metals everywhere in the world's soil that didn't exist 30 or 40 years ago etc.

To answer the specific question there are no military bases in my state, I'm well over an hour from our small airport that only handles small Lear jet type planes and there is no regular air traffic here, zero. I rarely see a plane other than the sprayers.

I’m not up on that one. According to the history on it, it started in the 1940’s.
It has an awful lot of clandestine ties in the U S.

In my opinion this is not the more conventional cloud-seeding, this is something else. It can be documented back to 04 and many believe it started in its current form in the late 90s, it is thought to be happening in concert with HAARP

Caught my attention about five years ago when I saw a cloud pattern repeat itself over and over. I only paid attention because it was shaped just like Kentucky. Nothing is uniform in nature. I have seen the same pattern you just showed.
