Everything Ninjadip

These little quirks seem to pop up more these days. Genetics, stress, spilling nutrients… who knows for sure. I get the little thumb finger once in a while, on different strains.
Likely my fault, didn't feed them really anything until the other day, a few weeks of just taking it easy, might be my new grow style, lazy until forced lol
Crazy i went from 0.3 EC right to 1.2 in the first change after a month of being lethargic

With that laziness in mind i just went on a bicycle ride today to try get some juice flowing again

I hear you. I’ve been dragging my feet as well. I’m blaming the fires and smoke. 🤣

That’s quite a jump from 0.3 to 1.2 EC after taking it easy for a month 😄 How did the plants react after the change any tip burn or did they seem ready for it?
They taking it like it's nothing lol
Well i did make an amazing snap yesterday when attempting to bend the taller one, a little super glue and i expect it to bounce up today.

So far no burn, just a lot of new growth

2 weeks then flip is the plan

Def been the smoke lol

Man i need to do some sativa or anything besides another couch locker lol

At first i was a little bummed out about the realization that these are likely blueberry diesel and not cupcake, but now I'm kinda excited, i need something less potent in my life, I'm just getting too high lately!! Lol

Daytime use is what i like hearing here!!

Likely i won't post again until another month on the plant updates but thought i would follow up on close up pictures of the snap, and how this plant can't grow fast enough it seems, look at this crazy overlap

Soi went to go adjust light hours for Bloom and realized...i never adjusted them after last harvest so they been on 12/12 this whole time lol

Went to go in flower but realized I'm already in flower ... 😂 Complete Stoner

Just upped the DLI and I'm good to go, went from 1.2 EC to 0.8 in a few days, they are so hungry, which means they are ready for business. Time to change the 0ppm water in topoff to a 75% strength of next nute change to keep them happy!

I think it's going to be a great grow!! 🤞🤞

Yes..I agree you need to smoke something less potent Ninja 🤣🤣🤣
Man i broke up some flower to smoke and then realize after a while i only smoked one rip... Just straight lethargic after any of it. Want to press some cause i think it would have good yield cause it's crazy sticky, but I'm like how much higher do i need to be?!? Lol

Idk why i have such difficulty with even canopy, this one started offset, but i think i got them pretty even now, great timing if stretch is coming up.

I did my best to use lights and low stress training to get them level. Lowered UVA on the tall one and raised on the short one, the some LST to bend the other one downScreenshot_20260805-110413.png

Don’t forget you cam manipulate there upwards growth by using neg differential or close to day temps at the start of flower.it’s hard to do it sometimes if your battling with the cold nites.just takes longer to heat up the room.I’m glad it’s just for the first 3 weeks or so when they aren’t big cause I’d battle with humidity when the rooms full of growth trying to get nite temps up..i think @Dirtbag use to lower his day temps a little to get it closer..by how much I can’t remember.that was over at the other place..

I totally forgot about using temps to control growth! Thanks

I used to keep the room low 20's Celsius lights on, high 20's lights off for the first 3 weeks or so of flower. Definitely helped keep stretching to a minimum.

Sherbanger #22 is like that. Branches every which way. Good weed but a pita to grow in a tent. 🤣
That one going everywhere is my own doing lol

Instead of all vertical i do my best to get an even canopy. I used to do the scrog and will eventually get back to it when I'm able to get a bigger tent.

Ah. My problem is the plants get to large by the time I flip. Usually because I was correcting a deficiency.

This current grow with my son is probably the best in a year or more. I cheated and went back to liquid nutrients for his plants. I’m pretty good with them now. My autos are in Gaia Green, still getting a handle on dry nutrients.

I get it, I'm usually waiting for the other plant to catch up before i flip. I ran out of boat on the last one, I think I'm just going to make it in this time.

It's funny, I'm here wondering if she's growing at a good speed, and now it looks like I need to do another defoliation!

Plant on the left seems 1-2 weeks behind other one, ever since i changed feed and light intensity.

Will make for an interesting harvest window

So crazy how resilient they are. Right done stretching, left is just about done.

Not bad for the canopy level now, and great fill for two plants, no matter how many grows are under my belt i still get crazy excited to see how the flowering progresses at this stage

With and without cam light, interesting

Not sure what this is... Ai thinks it's a genetic defect, idk. This plant is also the one that is lagging in growth and flower development compared to the other one, and the one that had an odd leaf growth early on, like a mutant. Water smells fine, plants drinking, other plant is looking amazing, looking at pictures it looks like sulfur deficiency, one of the odd ones. Haven't had to troubleshoot in a while, could use some help. Genetics or deficiency?

You know I just guess but I would look at Mosaic Virus if the plant has been weird for a while.
Saw this at the British car meet this am and thought of you~!

Noob mistake.. a complete plant profile pic.

First one is the one that might be bad genetics or bad grower
PXL_20260822_152116005.jpg
Second one is doing amazing
PXL_20260822_152136333.jpg

Not trying to brag but haven't had to deal with anything in a long time, I've been following the recipe

idk man,, same water, same lights.. same everything and clearly a difference. my vote would be for genetics as well.
