Excited to be a part of this forum

Girls look happy and you are in good hands.

BTW Welcome to Bud Builders. Definitely a great place to learn without the annoying broscience to muck things up. I'm currently mentoring someone on another site and I'm still having to cull all the dumb broscience he keeps trying to employ!😄

Right? so if my ppfd is ment to be around 500 or 32.4dli during late veg. i can manage 450ppfd or 29.6dli? so a lil less! But I don't wanna go ahead an move lights closer or more intensity? As this is the first time using these evo diodes my lights is now at 18" 75% intensity? Should I go ahead and turn the light UP 5% ?? 🤷

Is this something to worry about? After a couple of days since mag/epsom salts,20250303_160201.jpg water feed.

Looks like a bit of a sunburn. I wouldn’t be too excited.
@gtb - That yellow won't go away. I saw burnt tips like that on some of your leaves and that was a clue that you were trying to run your plants a little bit too hard, and why I suggested you turn your lights down just a bit. As long as you don't continue to see that yellowing developing on new growth, you're fine.

What do all you guys like your lights out humidity to be? Just where I am the humidity can raise to 70-75% I'm this to high? My lights on humidity is roughly 60%

Do you have the ability to get an ACI exhaust fan/controller ?
They also control temp with multiple settings and are a big help in keeping the grow space at proper parameters.
Alternatively InkBird also makes humidity controllers that would turn your dehumidiefier on and off for you at a set level.

Hi mate i use ac infinity cloudline controller 67 I set my parameters for a certain humidity but with my country being so cold I can't get humidity down at light off might look into the inkbird see if that helps

Having the dehumidifier run at night would also help with temps as they usually raise the temp a bit.
I use an InkBird to control my heater/AC and have not one bad thing to say about it.

This is a great question and shows great awareness of your grow.

What kind of dehumidifier do you have now? Yeah, they do have a harder time removing humidity in cooler temps. Not sure if a dehumidifier with a bigger compressor would help or not.

I have mine hooked up to a controller like @steamroller so I can run it based on the tent's humidity instead of the lung room.

I don't say much, but I am following this and happy to see the ones with more wisdom helping you. We do have a great community here for sure

I've ordered one of those inkbird humidity controllers to just try dial things a lil better than I have now!
As for wat dehumidifier I run it's a compressed dehumidifier (logik l20dh19)

Make sure your dehumidifier has auto restart or is anolog.

To test this turn the dehumidifier on then unplug it and plug it back in. It should start running again.

If it does not this controller will not work for you because it works by cutting the power

Crapp that's a waist of money I was curious about if it would or not. I unplug mine when switched on but won't turn back on automatically shitt.. cheers tho mate
Have you tried turning it to constant on and then unplugging and replugging? I got lucky with mine, it auto restarts and boots back up in to the last mode it was on. I was wondering if that was standard or I'm lucky.

I debated rigging an external sensor in to the unit hardware but thankfully the controller hook up works.

Idk if it's recommended, but you might be able to diy the dehumidifier and extend the built in sensor all the way to the tent. It has been done. Just need some electrical skillz

Maybe a new dehumidifier will be on the list then with this auto restart option 🤔
You can bypass the control board.it will run constantly when power is connected. You won't be able to control fan speed, and the bucket full switch won't work. I did it for my thermoelectric dehumidifier in my drying chamber.just hooked up a ink bird to run it.it should also work on a compressor unit....

Hows this
It depends on the unit. You will have to open up the unit unhook the power cords running into the controller board then find where they run out of the board and connect the wires.the controller board won't do anything, the unit will run constantly when plugged in. Then just hook the ink bird to the power cord and it becomes your control board.

Does this deficiency still! 🤦‍♂️ look like it's progressing?

Also as I l had turned down intensity and raised lights to 24'" and now at 350ppfd is this to little? Should I maybe turn the light back up a notch?
