I'm gonna have to run more of the dantes crosses i have. See what happens lol.
That ONE is gonna be fire. Saturday will be 6 weeks of 12/12 and it's already FAT. Fastest fatties I've had so far. I can't wait to see the end product. Frost is coming in thicker every day.

Those inn the back may not look beautiful but, they smoke above their looks???
Who knows. Only time will tell. The two I chopped had maybe 3 calyxes per budsite with like a bajillion of em. I'm not gonna trim that.. Next time I'll just make some butter out of the whole plants (if this happens again) instead of just tossing them on the back deck. I came home from a night shift and just wasn't having it. Saw too much shade on my prize pig and threw a fit. Chopped and tossed and off to bed 🤣.

I have 1 gg4 x Dantes and 1 Apple Fritter x Dantes going right now. We will see what happens 🤷🏻
I doubt they'll stretch like yours did being im in soil.

I hate "Super cropping" makes me nervy, . I had to super crop a masonis seeds "Mean Tree", great cannabis. zmean grower

What are you seeing? I'm no expert.

And as I stated above.. I don't really have a way to adjust the levels of nitrogen without skewing the recommended ratios.

Lotus nutes. What's the fix? Less calmag? There is no GROW in the solution.

This is what's in the mix

The CalMag is only 75-100 of the 1200ppm.

I'll get a better picture of that plant with just the whites on when I get home from work.

I run lotus and notice that I have to cut back on the cal-mag on some cultivars and boost it on others. This last run I just chopped had this issue. The Eden’s fire was dramatic and needed 1/8 of a dose of cal-mag because she was slightly clawing and the 9lb hammers needed 1/2 tsp to not show cal-mag deficiency.

I have rooted leaf cal/mag I use with canna coco sometimes for experience. Thanks, SS

Tent's looking a lot less crowded.. Front left is the bad bitch of the group. She's really starting to beef up. Back right is the one of the losers I decided to give a shot. Weak nugs but they're starting to gain some mass. Not very photogenic.

This girl is looking good. Easily the winner here. The only one giving any hope to the STACK of Dante's cross testers I have.

OK I kinda missed where you had to cut the top of the tent?

Lmao

Thinking of dialing the lights down as the fade occurs?
Just by looks of my crop at 4 weeks I went from 100 to 75%
You should be cutting back on lights and feed IMO.

Yeah when I start bringing the blue up and red down, I'll start lowering the intensity. I'll finish with a 39r:99w:99b ratio. That will likely happen on Saturday. Top-off is mostly RO at this point. 100ppm solution up top slowly bringing down the plant site ppm. It's dropped 10-20ppm per day from 1300.

I've been thinking about finishing it out with all blues for the last couple days.

Starting week 7 today.
The one is really packing it on and the nugs are getting huge and frosty. The other is starting to thicken up also. It's got some odd nugs on it. Here's a good picture showing the difference in the two.

It's really spindly but it's got A TON of budsites and they're more dense than I expected. Looks to be a trimmers nightmare.

This one's doing awesome and I love it.

Still just topping off with mostly RO at 100ppm and the plantsites are down to 1240. They're drinking like crazy so I filled the top-off res to nearly 60 gallons and I'll just let them ween off as we finish. I still expect a full two weeks, at least.

I need to flip my light schedule so they'll get 24 hours of darkness starting at 6pm. I'll flip the red and blues then and go to 39r:99w:99b

Well I accidently blasted my girls with photons last night during lights off. I'm not sure what I did but as I was setting the times, the lights kicked on for half a minute. WHOOPS.

Here way are on day 53. I've lowered light intensity and dropped the tent temps. Still top-feeding with a 100ppm solution. I don't know if these can get any fatter. I had to tie up a few colas.

There's a bit of amber on the sugar leaves but none within the buds. Still some clear ones. I'm assuming 2 more weeks tops.

Oh they'll get fatter dude. You've got at least 10 days left imo, they pack on a lot of weight those last 10-14 days.
Looking great tho man.

This thing has just been busting since she flowered. I wish all 4 turned out like this one.
That's the problem i have with seeds. No 2 seeds are identical so it's just a crapshoot when running new seeds

Looking like I'll get my best dry yet. It's kept 60/60 pretty well.

The weird plant will likely dry a day or two sooner, being super spacey nugs, but they're both frosty as hell. I'm excited to sample it in a few days.

This is off the winner plant. Full of massive FROSTY nugs. I wish I coulda pulled off 4 of these instead of just the one... these nugs are BEAUTIFUL

I'm ready to get some beans going for the next round but we've still got a little unpacking to do and I'm over it. I'll get things going soon, though. Likely Blue Dream. It's a star strain and I'd love to try my hands at it.

Not bad indeed.

This grow has come to an end. I haven't weighed anything but it's all bagged up in the Groves. The plant that grew weird has a pretty green taste before curing. I probably pulled it from the dry tent a tad early. It's frosty as hell and pretty smooth, though.

The star plant has an almost creamy profile. I'm excited to try it out once it's been in the bags for a couple weeks. It yielded probably close to a quarter pound, maybe a little more. Nugs were huge and dense and took 5 days to dry after a wet trim.

I'll report back with a final official smoke report around the 9th. Stay tuned.

Smoke report is in. Smokes good, tastes good. That is all.

I kid. I'm blitzed and haven't finished my doob yet. The Gelato really came through in the end, which I love. It's not quite as heavy or strong as a good Gelato, but it's got an excellent creamy taste that's there from Inhale to exhale. Last night I thought I tasted marshmallows for a hit or two. Nice and smooth as well.

My nose is jacked so I can't comment on the smell but the wife loves it. It's got a great high that doesn't bring me down.

These nugs have been in the Grove bags for a day shy of 2 weeks. I'm very satisfied and only wish all 4 plants could've grown like this one.
