I have a bunch of these flying around my greenhouse They dont seem to be causing any problem. they are about the size of a small housefly

I'm no expert but it sort of looks like a type of tachinid fly. They lay eggs on other bugs so it could be benecicial to keep around, if that's what it is. Does it have a hairy back and butt?

Thanks , That sounds like the right description. Color is a little different but it says it varies so i think this is great news.
